Meg (10/5): Home Away From Home - Great location for a great apartment. Will come back for sure with friends and family. Washer and dryer were great! The AC in both rooms weren't working but left the doors opened and the AC in the living room definitely helped cool the entire apartment.

There were 2 pans but no wooden spoons or colander, no oven gloves etc so cooking anything was difficult. More glasses needed too as well as coasters.

Daniel (7/5): Tolle Aussicht, aber Sauberkeit mangelhaft - Die Lucentia Residence ist grundsätzlich schöne Wohnanlage in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur, mit beeindruckender Aussicht und einem Infinity-Pool im 37. Stock. Die Anlage bietet 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, ein Fitnessstudio und ein angrenzendes Einkaufszentrum. Die Lage ist praktisch, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Nachtmarkt Bukit Bintang. Das Apartment selbst ist groß, hat einen Balkon, mehrere Klimaanlagen, Ventilator, Föhn, Küche und Waschraum. Leider gibt es erhebliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung: • Die Küche war nur oberflächlich sauber, der Spülschwamm verschimmelt, es krabbelten Ameisen, und noch Müllreste der Vorgänger (Flaschen) standen in den Schränken. Tassen waren innen nicht sauber. • Unter dem Sofa war es sehr schmutzig. • Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimal. • Im Waschraum stand eine leere Waschmittelbox – ohne Waschmittel kann man die Maschine nicht nutzen. • Das Bad ist ebenfalls verbesserungswürdig: Abflussabdeckungen verschimmelt, Dusche nicht gründlich gereinigt, Handtücher rochen nicht frisch. Pro Person gibt es nur ein großes Badetuch, keine Handtücher fürs Gesicht/Hände, kein Poolhandtuch. • Toilettenpapier war extrem dünn und für zwei Personen nicht ausreichend. Zusätzlich ist das Apartment mit sehr vielen strengen Regeln verbunden, und man zahlt bei kleinen Verstößen schnell Strafe. Wenn Gäste alles perfekt einhalten sollen, wäre es fair, dass auch die Unterkunft perfekt vorbereitet ist. Das Schlafzimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht sicher, ob die Bettwäsche frisch war. Der überdachte Pool ist auf Booking-Bildern sichtbar, aber nicht zugänglich, da Privatbereich. Der Check-in war langwierig und unfreundlich, ohne Erklärungen oder Hinweise. Fazit: Schöne Aussicht und tolle Lage, aber die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und strengen Regeln machen den Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Das Apartment hat Potenzial, muss aber dringend überarbeitet werden.
