- Alessandro (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto. - Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal Metro. Sotto casa un market molto fornito aperto fino a tardi. Appartamento molto bello e luminoso, 3 stanze da letto di dimensioni adeguate, zona living e una cucina ben attrezzata. Pulizia perfetta. Siamo stati accolti da Brando con molta cordialità. Ci ha fatto trovare acqua , caffè e birre in frigo. Molto disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni utili su locali nelle vicinanze.

What I didn't like is that the number of the cleaning tablets for washing machine, dishwasher and the number of plastic bags for trash bins were too few and it was the only negative point of this apartment.
- Eric Jesus (10/5): Excellent location with recent renovations and A/C - Very conveniently located with a metro line and several bus lines that connect to the city center. Spacious, well lit, and fully equipped kitchen. There is A/C in all rooms which was excellent as we visited the city during a heat wave. All in all, a great stay that I would recommend to anyone with groups of 6 or less. Some minor details like: A/C in need of maintenance, and loose toilet seats. The neighborhood is shady.

Para de metro a dos minutos y andando a zona céntrica a 40 minutos . Brando pendiente de lo que necesitábamos , contesta muy rápido y resuelve Me gustó todo , por poner un pero , escasos utensilios para limpiar . Una fregona sería necesaria

- Sanjay (10/5): Comfortable apartment, close to metro - Brando met us at the apartment and check in went very smoothly. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was well equipped. Supermarket right next door. Very conveniently located to metro and airport train. Definitely would stay again. Nothing. The place was exactly as described on the booking
- Mihai (10/5): It was a pleasure to stay here, highly recommend this property. - Well-located, close to the metro, with grocery store on the ground floor, elevator available, spacious, modernly decorated rooms. The host, Brando, very helpful, gave us very useful information. On departure, as a bonus, he held our luggage until departure to the airport. It was what we wanted. A bit noisy, near the railroad tracks.

- Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment with gorgeous decor. It was a great size and perfect for our group. It came with everything we needed too. Brando was so welcoming and provided some great suggestions for local places to eat.
- Dragos (10/5): Exceptional - The property is located in a very good area (opposite a school and a high school). It is also very close to the subway (maximum 50 m from the exit of the stairs). The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Also, the apartment has 4 balconies (2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room) and 2 bathrooms. I would definitely choose this location again on a new visit to Rome. The hosts, Brando and his sister, were very kind and responded very quickly to requests. They didn't have house slippers :)

Below the building there is an excellent supermarket where you can buy groceries and ready-made food. The landlord is wonderful - helped us with everything.

We love the it. - Modern, clean, sleek, convenient to metro station, bus, FCO airport is about 40 min away thru train and easy walk to/from the place.Brando, owner is easy to work with, responsive to questions. Could add paper towels, daily supplies e.g dishwashing and washing machine soap. Trash can, soap dish would be useful and functional in the 2nd bathroom.
