Guest Reviews
- Vincent (9/5): -
- Lukas (6/5): Ok für eine Nacht - Die Lage ist super, ansonsten spricht nicht viel für die Wohnung.
- Veronica (1/5): - Nothing The flat was not clean, very tired, rotten window frames. Felt very unsafe location. Could not stay
- Geraldine (6/5): Fine for a one night stay. - The location was great for Kings cross station and for walking to restaurants. The rooms were clean amd toiletries were provided. The building was run down and in need of repair.
- Grazyna (7/5): -
- Leao (10/5): Excellent - The place is really clean and easy self check in process.
- Leao (10/5): Strongly recommend! - Perfect location, you can walk to most of London attractions. Full of restaurants nearby and only 2 minutes walking to Metro Station. Helpful host!
- Angela (8/5): Excellent service. - The staff, i had a slight issue getting into the key safe, it was close to midnight when I got there, and the code had been changed, I contacted the number on the app and was met with a very friendly and professional response, making it easy to fix the problem. 10/10 experience in this regard. The location was perfect for my needs and the beds were so comfortable. The squirrel family that hangs out on/around the tree next door is quite the delight to witness as an added bonus. Thank you for making my trip such a pleasure. No cooker, hob only, which for a 2 night stay was acceptable, but not ideal for longer stays. The toilet seat needs work, its a little loose and the cover either needs removed or tied up, not great when it keeps closing on you. 🙄 but again for a couple of days it isn't too bad. The front door lock needs a little wrangling, but easy once you realise you have to pull the door to you a little to turn the key.
- Joanita (5/5): Passable -
- Amy (1/5): We left and stayed somewhere else. - Rough area, taxi driver warned me to be careful. Apartment block very run down. Apartment overlooked abandoned building sure. Inside very small, not pleasant. We didn’t stay.
- Leao (10/5): Strongly recommend - Very clean and comfortable, easy check in process.
- Zoe (5/5): wouldn’t stay here again didn’t feel safe - the location the flat was old not so clean didn’t see a single staff member and druggies was in same building we didn’t feel safe and a man kept asking for money out side the apartment
- Bruno (10/5): Nice and clean - Great stay
Highly recommended
- Gomes (10/5): Good place - Good property, I've stayed here a few times! I recommend it to everyone
- Bethany (5/5): Passable - Pros
- Location, close to King's Cross and Euston stations
- Very secure
- Good communication with the owner and pin code was sent the day before
- Fully equipped kitchen
- WiFi Cons
- small for 3 adults and 1 child. Once you open the sofa bed, there is not much space left to sit in the lounge
- shower, 2 different shower heads and systems with no instructions on which one to use. Shower door doesn't close properly
- heating never came on so the place remained cold. We realised the next morning that the lounge window was open, we couldn't access it due to the sofa being there.
- for me personally, the beds were a little uncomfortable so I never slept well. But appreciate some may prefer a softer bed.
- Krista (2/5): Good location and fine apartment, but no heating or hot water and no response from the owner - There was no heating or hot water. We contacted the property owner by phone and text but had no response.
- Khairul (10/5): Excellent - Quite spacious for an apartment in London. Very close to King’s Cross Station, therefore prime location. Good value for money. Got washing machine, complete kitchen tools.
- Ki (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, cozy and views!
- Chris (8/5): I would defo stay again but customer support needs work - Was very warm and comfortable with a great location Entrance way is a little ropy but that’s not there fault it’s communal. Customer service could use work as they sent me the wrong key safe code, when I arrived at the 3pm check in this caused my friend anxiety after 6 calls and no answer she rang and they finally answered and gave us the code. Said they had sent it but it arrived at 5.50pm 3 hours after check in lol but id still stay again
