• Romain (6/5): Moyen... - Emplacement proche de la Sagrada Familia, accessible à pieds Mal équipé (peu de vaisselle, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de crochets dans la salle de bain, etc...). Pas super propre à notre arrivée. Mal isolé phonétiquement. La clé d'accès se désactive à 11h00 le jour du départ...il faut le savoir ! Les photos sur l'annonce semblent assez anciennes.

• Mary-Jane (8/5): Overall we were happy with the standard of accommodation and loved the location - It was a pleasant, clean and comfortable apartment. The bed was comfortable. It was generally quiet at night. The location was excellent. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped The lift only worked sometimes and we were on the fourth floor. There were only two wine glasses, one was chipped and the requested replacement never arrived. There was poor soundproofing from the apartment above but they were quiet after about 10pm.

Nel nostro appartamento Le sedie in ecopelle si stavano praticamente distruggendo rilasciando pezzetti di plastica neri , si potrebbero tranquillamente comprare dei rivestimenti per evitare questo disagio.

It is worth noting that while this area is iconic, it is not the most central part of Barcelona for a typical tourist stay. While the location is not "ideal" for everyone, it is certainly very good and convenient. The Pros: Check-in: The "internet key" access worked flawlessly and made the arrival process very smooth. Cleanliness: The apartment was notably clean and well-kept. Modern Touches: The windows and electronic appliances are new and function well. Value: The price-to-quality ratio is quite fair. You are not paying a premium price, and in return, you get a solid, functional accommodation. Areas for Improvement: Furniture: Several items would benefit from an update. The sofa, chairs, and wardrobes show significant signs of wear and tear. Lighting: The ceiling lighting is unfortunately quite poor and creates a somewhat gloomy atmosphere. Amenities: Small details were missing, such as laundry detergent tablets or basic hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes.

• Ernesto (8/5): - El lugar bien ubicado, las instalaciones muy buenas, lo malo es no tener un contacto directo en el sitio, el poder hablar con alguien por situaciones que se presentan. Por lo demás, muy bueno. Que nadie te entrega el departamento para verificar que todo marcha bien dentro. Como yo puedo justificar si algo no esta funcionando y despues desean cobrarme? Tampoco te especifican cuando te reembolsan la garantía.

It’s close to everything: the metro, tram, bus, restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Plus, it’s just a few minutes from the Sagrada Familia. The keyless entry via a website was a nice and easy with video explanation provided. The apartment was also a decent size for a family of four." However, the apartment is definitely in need of an update. The bathroom door is rotting, the shower is covered in limescale, and the ceiling lights are quite poor (nearly useless). Fortunately, there are a few floor lamps that provide much-needed light. The TV placement is impractical because the stand is so low, the foot of the bed blocks half the screen when you're lying down

• Edvard (8/5): Regardless of the shortcomings, our stay in Barcelona was beyond expectations. - The location is great, just 2 minutes from the Sagrada Familia and public transport. Communication with the host is quick and straightforward. The apartment looks great in the photos, but in reality it’s quite worn out and could use some renovation. I really don’t know if we had loud neighbors, or if the walls are just thin. Maybe both.

Tenía todas las comodidades para una familia de 4 personas. Muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la Sagrada Familia y el subte. El edificio es muy tranquilo. Estaba muy limpio y con el confort necesario para los 4 días.

Poničené ubytování, špinavé stěny, sprcha, plísně, propálené záclony… Fotky neodpovídají realitě, dokonce ani budova není ta stejná - dle fotky.

• Lorenzo (1/5): Non la consiglio a nessuno. Troverete la casa in pessime condizioni e attribuiranno a voi la colpa. - L'unica nota positiva della casa è la vicinanza alla Sagrada Familia. Soggiorno pessimo. Casa sporca, mobili rovinati e dotazione della cucina inadeguata (pentole non adatte al piano a induzione, abbiamo avuto enormi difficoltà per cucinare qualsiasi cosa). Mancavano i beni di prima necessità (prodotti per pulire, strofinacci, bicchieri sufficienti, utensili per cucinare). Il terzo giorno si è intasato il bagno e dalla doccia hanno iniziato a risalire acqua e feci (vi evito la foto) e nonostante sia venuto un ragazzo a sistemare la situazione si è poi intasato nuovamente dopo poche ora senza motivo. Per questo motivo ci siamo trovati con un solo bagno da dividere in 7. Come se non bastasse ci prendono in giro trattenendo la cauzione per danni preesistenti che avevamo segnalato sin da subito (bagno intasato e mobili rovinati). Siamo sicuri si siano approfittati di noi in quanto un gruppo di ragazzi per tenersi i soldi della cauzione.

Salon wymaga odświeżenia- kanapa jest poplamiona, stół i krzesła zniszczone. W moim mieszkaniu nie było balkonu, co uważam za pewną niedogodność.

• Wojciech (9/5): Pierwszy raz w BCN - Lokalizacja przy samej Sagrada Familia, szpitala Sant Pau, Bliska odległość do metra, autobusu i tramwaju. Sklepy spożywcze i restauracje dookola. Bardzo wygodne materace, super ręczniki oraz kuchnia prawie jak w domu. Zabrakło deski do krojenia, szufelki na śmieci oraz ciężka regulacja cieplej wody. Szkoda, ze nie było drzwi między małą a dużą sypialnia.

• Jacek (8/5): Dobry wybór dla większej rodzinki - Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne. Mimo znaków użytkowania mieszkanie było czyste i przyjemne. Bardzo blisko stacji metra przy Sagrada Familia. Dzielnica spokojana. Mieszkanie najlepsze dla 6 osób ale i 8 spokojnie się mieści - łóżko w salonie wygodne. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona choć kieliszków do wina brakowało. Mieszkanie mieści się na 4 piętrze. Winda działa bez zarzutu.

• Chrysostomos (9/5): - Great location, two blocks away from Sagrada Familia. Very comfortable appartment with big spaces and a nice bathroom. The system with the key is easy to use, but you need to be prepared with their videos first. Same looks with their pictures and a comfortable balcony, perfect for smokers. The bed matresses could be a bit better, but it's not a big deal.

• Lenitha (1/5): Good stay to start with mugged off by the end. - Ideal location near to Metro & Sagrada Familia, fairly okay. Dusty and floor was not clean as seen in other reviews too, don’t recommend walking around without slippers. My kids were bitten quietly badly, my son was sleeping on the sofa bed and had bedbug bites. Although this was manageable, what was really disappointing was that I never received my deposit back, when I contacted them 10 days later, then only they claimed that we had made damages to the property which we absolutely did not, their only proof was a dated and timed vague picture of damage to the wall which a cleaner had allegedly sent to them. Even after showing them my own date and timed pictures showing that I had not damaged the wall, they said this was not proof enough, yet somehow their picture was? If anyone chooses to stay, I would recommend taking a video of the entire property before leaving showing every nook and corner.Dinning chairs were not safe to sit on.

Le logement ne devrait pas être considéré pour une capacité de 8 personnes car le canapé lit est extrêmement inconfortable, nous n'avons quasiment pas dormis alors que les lits dans les chambres sont confortables, c'est un gros point négatif.

Fatto segnalazione a Booking a distanza di un mese nessuna risposta

• Monica (8/5): - Situé très près de la Sagrada Familia et du métro, l'appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour. Restaurants et cafés à proximité et un supermarché juste en face. Le seul bémol est que l'appartement reçoit très peu de lumière naturelle dans le salon, ce qui donne une sensation étrange en arrivant.
• Katalin (9/5): Sagrada közelében lévő tágas, kényelmes lakás. - Jó lokáció, a Sagrada Fanilia 5 perc gyalog. Tágas lakás, nagyon kényelmes volt 6 főnek. Rengeteg bolt, reggeliző a környéken. Kocsit béreltünk, annak is találtunk jó áron garázsban parkolóhelyet. Tisztaság volt a lakásban. Ár-érték arányban is jó volt. Egy zavaró dolog volt: a kaukcióval kapcsolatban. Utazás előtt 5 nappal kifizettem a kaukciót, a 150 eurót levonták a számlámról. Rá 7 napra újra levontak 150 eurót, megújuló szolgáltatásként. Ekkor pont kint voltunk már. Egyből írtam nekik, hogy ezt hogy gondolják? Magyarázták, hogy ez így természetes. Nem hagytuk magunkat és visszakértük a második levonást. Egy órán belül vissza is kaptam. A hazaérkezés után pár nappal visszakerült az első 150 euró is a számlámra. Tehát végül rendben volt, de azért okozott kis idegeskedést, ami pihenés alatt nem hiányzik senkinek.

Appartamento eccellente, per ogni confort. Il gestore subito pronto per risolvere dubbi o richieste. Lo consiglio caldamente. Nulla.
• Ferenc (5/5): Ár érték arányban nagyon nem éri meg - A lakás kiváló környéken volt, ennek minden előnyével! A közelben a Basílica de la Sagrada Família, metróállomás, buszmegállók, kávézók, pékségek, vegyesboltok, ajándékboltok. 1. A foglalással minden rendben volt, az online bejelentkezésnél derült ki, hogy 150€ kaució fizetése kötelező. Az összeggel nincs probléma, de előzetes tájékoztatás nincs róla. 2. Az épületbe és a lakásba történő bejutás. Egy online kulcsot kapsz, amit - hiába küldenek videót - magadnak kell kitalálnod, hogyan működik. Tipp, csak a szállás wifijére csatlakozva tudod használni. 3. Az 5-2 lakásról tudok nyilatkozni. Meglehetősen lelakott. Minden agyonra elhasználva, kikopva, összekarcolva. Egy felújítás, de egy festés mindenképpen ráférne a lakásra. 4. Kicsit sem rugalmasak a bejelentkezést illetően, ragaszkodnak a 14 órához. Viszont akkor elvárná a vendég, hogy 14 órától legyen elfoglalható a lakás, legyen kitakarítva és ne éppen a porszívózó alkalmazottat találja a helyszínen. 5. A vállalkozásnak több lakása is van az épületben, ahol - a mi tartózkodásunk alatt - valamelyikben mindig valami bulizó társaság bérelt lakást. Vagyis annyira nem sikerült pihenni éjszaka. A házirendben - már aki elolvassa - világosan le van írva, hogy ezek titott tevékenységek, de ezt senki az égvilágon nem tartatja be a vendégekkel. A vendégkör megválogatása a szállásadó felelőssége, és ennek megfelelőn a leendő vendégek informálása. 6. Az ágyak matracaira egy csere ráférne, mindegyik ki van feküdve. Pihenésre minimálisan alkalmas. 7. Van egy TV, viszont a hozzá kompatibilis távirányító már nincs. 8. Takarítás, törölköző csere, szemét ürítése nincs, ezt magadnak kell megoldanod.
• Γωγώ (2/5): - Η τοποθεσία και ήταν καθαρά Λάβαμε παράπονα από τον πάροχο ότι κάναμε θόρυβο ενώ στο διαμέρισμα δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση και απλώς συζητούσαμε. Επίσης όσες φορές προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με το κάλυμμα μας την αδύνατο και όσα μηνύματα αφήσαμε δεν πήραμε απάντηση ποτέ.
