- Julia (1/5): Zeer teleurstellend - Weinig Ik kreeg op de Booking een hele andere kamer aangewezen, ik had online betaald en kwam bij het hotel aan toe gaven ze aan dat ik opnieuw moest betalen, ze hadden mijn Booking net voor aankomst geannuleerd en mij een andere kamer toegewezen, niet kunnen slapen door het geluidsoverlast aangezien de kamer zo is ingedeeld dat je de ramen niet kunt sluiten kwam er super veel geluid binnen de hele nacht door, zwaar overprikkeld daarnaast heb ik nog nooit z’n hard bed gehad, als hier. Het was net op ik op de tegels lag.

We asked for and early checkin in writing and received a response accepting early checkin. We arrive to check in early and manager was visibly upset with us and told us NO early checkin
