Wolfram (4/5): - Der Aufzug für behinderte Gäste (meine Frau ist gehbehindert). Die Matratzen grenzen an Körperverletzung. Sie sind viel zu weich! Gesunder und erholsamer Schlaf war nicht möglich. Das Restaurant war geschlossen. Die Info hierzu war sehr unbefriedigend. Einmal hieß es: Personalmangel: ein andermal wurden Renovierungen angeführt. Den Chef hat man auch nie gesehen.

Jens (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Region um Aurich - Die gesamte Organisation des Hotels ist unkompliziert, im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden, die gesamten Räume sind sehr sauber und die Fenster sind sehr schalldicht. Es gab kostenloses gekühltes Wasser zum Selberzapfen, was angenehm ist. Die Einzelbetten sind schon etwas weich und das Frühstück war bezogen auf Brotangebot und Getränke eher einfach. Hier erwartet man im Norden Deutschlands etwas mehr.
