Guest Reviews
- Denis (4/5): Disappointing - The tour guides a little pricey but very skilled There is a huge noise starting at 7 am of the morning by the construction workers. You can sleep till 7 am because they are working right at your door.
The room is not cleaned and also the surroundings are very dirty.
The breakfast is poor.
If you want to visit Cairo, it is way too far. It is worthy only if you are visiting the pyramids.
- Ramzi (1/5): Very Bad - Nothing
Everything is bad They deceived me, and we agree for cancellation then later they don’t refund and Booking not protect me from such bad properties
- Giovanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Renato (9/5): Superb -
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Seif (5/5): Passable -
- Seif (5/5): Passable -
- Ann (5/5): When I was out touring it was great! The breakfast wasn’t so bad but was repetitive - My original booking was unbearably noisy because it was directly opposite the major road so I barely got any sleep, my host further went on to upgrade the room but there was construction going on right above the room so it became even worse.
The breakfast was repetitive but the staff were pretty polite and ready to help at every point!
Ahmed was a great tour guide and all the tours that I was scheduled for I really enjoyed but the accommodation wasn’t at all comfortable because of ongoing construction in the property.
- Paul (10/5): Good value for money - Cleanliness Nothing at all
- Nel2024 (10/5): location and nice view from the roof top reccommend - location location is close to the pyramids , staff is friendly and helpful , the room is new , breakfast was great and fresh , the area around the hotel is safe , nothing
- Runa (5/5): A good affordable stay for a family - The apartment was spacious for a family
- Purevnyam (10/5): Exceptional -

- Lindsey65 (10/5): from UK with love, best mini hotel in giza - the location is excellent, the room is new and view of the pyramids is fantastic, the breakfast is fresh , the viewalso from the roof top is amazing the best part at the hotel , the staff is friendly , nadia helped us on two trips during our stay at the hotel ,the organization was professional , also the price of the tours are reasonable, reccomend
- Magda (10/5): Beautiful renovated hotel at the heart of Giza - Beautiful hotel, it opened recently as Ahmed told us. Ahmed is the owner of the hotel and we were lucky enough to meet him. He helped us with everything we wanted to book in terms of tours and attractions. As for the hotel everything was perfect. The room was renovated and modern and it had everything we needed. It was really comfortable and clean as well. Our favourite part of the hotel was the rooftop, where we were having homemade breakfast with the outstanding view of the Pyramids. Location was great as well since we were only 10 minutes away from the pyramids and there were plenty of shops around the hotel. 100% recommended if you ever visit Giza.
- Yunchen (8/5): A Wonderful stay with nice service/staff/ view. - The breakfast is amazing. The staff are helpful and friendly. The view is wonderful. Some facilities are not well maintained.
- Richard (8/5): For a few nights ok. - Staff, view, room with whirlpool but needs update! The outside looks realy bad. The rooms are good. Minor problems could be solved.
- Ramon (7/5): Nice accommodation, beautiful view, but the pyramids not very close, only Keops pyramid could be seen and behind some an - The suite was very spacious, with an additional bedroom, the jacuzzi facing the pyramid and a private terrace. It is the picture that promotes this establishment.
The staff was very kind, eager to help and always smiling. We got to the hotel after an all day flight and our hearts sank at the view of the hostel entrance, it was a house,no elevator, reception on the second floor, renovations on the third floor and the suite on the fourth, with more renovations in front of the door.
The hot water was ill functioning, not fixed until 4pm second day, just a night before leaving the place. The owner’s response was that he was happy to see that we would be able to enjoy the jacuzzi experience at least in our last night, and also offered us a 50% discount on our next stay. We thought we deserved a price reduction on the current one since we could not enjoy the main element that had us deciding on booking this room. Declined.
The owner had told us upon our arrival that the suite had a private high quality internet access, but it was not working either, not until the following day in the evening. Our eSIMs needed activation and we could not get it through the hotel network, both the private one for the suite snd the main one. Disconnected.
The cleaner threw away my wife contact lenses container and some creams, probably thinking that this stuff was garbage left on top of the faucet. The owner kindly offered the manager to assist us purchasing replacements, no big deal anyway. We declined it.
We had been willing to stay for two more days, before getting to Luxor, but instead we decided to anticipate the flight to Luxor, essentially unsatisfied with the owner’s reluctance to accommodate a discount on our stay based on the jacuzzi/internet problems.
- Kelsey (10/5): Very comfortable and pleasant stay - Nice ice cold air conditioning and clean room Loved everything
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - The location was nice with a view of the pyramids and the traditional egyptian breakfast was really nice.
Overall it was amazing.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
The tours gave us a good view of Egypt.
- Adam (6/5): Pleasant -
- Akram (10/5): Exceptional -
- Iman (9/5): overall, it was a lovely experience and we were very comfortable here. prices were very reasonable and staff are very lo - location was very close to pyramids - we could see the pyramids from our room. the room itself was clean and comfortable. limited breakfast options & airport shuttle charge was a bit steep.
- Rachel (8/5): Great place for tours.. - The location is great for the pyramids and museum tours. The rooms are very clean. The best part is the staff. They are amazing led by Noura , very attentive and takes really good care of you. My son misses her already. Lack of a swimming pool made us reduce our days there.
- Akram (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and staff are super helpful and cheerful. A bit noisy on the main street.
- Sondos (10/5): Clean and Relaxing - The property is clean tidy and new it’s like a 5 star small hotel only needs the swimming pool and it will be more than wow because it is already wow. The people working there are amazing starting from Nadia, Nor, Shahd and all of them are really amazing and super friendly I spent there almost 2 weeks as I was on business trip. It was the best. Nothing really all was perfect
- Maher (10/5): One of the best experinces in Egypt (Clean, Comfort, Friendly stuff, Lux) - Every Single Detail
- Noha (9/5): Superb - I liked the view of pyramids from roof , the place is accessible and safe, Saff are very friendly and professional and room is clean and tidy The only thing, you have to use the stairs , but its ok
- Ahmed (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable with great location and nice staff I recommend this hotel to anyone wants to stay near pyramids
- Sarah (9/5): 100% recommended - The room was modern, beautiful and really spacious. The airco worked perfectly.
We liked that the room was in a Main Street what makes it really easy for the tours and taxis to pick you up. The staff was kind, they help us in anything we needed. It is true that it is noisy outside because of the cars and the mosque but nothing that can’t be fixed with some earplugs.
- Hortance (9/5): Superb - The palace pyramid hotel was located near the pyramids of Giza and It was easy to get around Giza. All the staff we met were friendly, Mustafa was always ready to help and Nadia was very friendly and attentive to all the details. Ahmed the owner ensured that we were comfortable with the room and service. The only bad thing was that It was a short stay. I will definitely stay again once am in Giza
- Md (5/5): Booking.com make it’s rate 9.00 but it should be about 6. Five star hotel booking dot com rated 7 but I reall don’t know - One staff was good and another person cancelled my booking without send me any message. But Nadia staff was very much cooperative and helpful. No elevator. Breakfast not so good.
- Shirley (9/5): Superb - Very Good size, and comfortable If get Lift Perfect
- Ciarán (8/5): Really good location to the pyramids - Great location for the pyramids. Breakfast was really good and the women serving and cooking breakfast were so nice and friendly. Nadia on reception was very nice and helpful also. Would definitely recommend It’s fairly noisy at night with traffic passing
- Lara (10/5): Amazing stay with pyramids view - The hotel is really beautiful and also super clean. Our room was comfortable and the furniture was modern and cool. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially Nadja, the front office lady.
The 4 floor “hike” is definitely worth the view, not to mention breakfast, which was delicious.
- Shirley (9/5): I recommend staying at the Palace Pyramid Hotel - Good customer service, comfortable and clean.
Nadia was very helpful and friendly. No lifts
- Keanu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chala (10/5): Exceptional - With no doubt, this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in Cairo..... You guys are awesome, I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends in Australia to visit. Once again, thanks for your service and hospitality. Special thanks to Ahmed, the manager for his kindness. N.A
- Ileniacri (10/5): Exceptional - Good experience. very friendly and helpful staff, nice terrace and good breakfast. Highly recommended
- Fatima (10/5): Exceptional - The view cleanliness friendly staff
- Lauren (10/5): Palace Pyramids - It was a pleasure staying at the Palace Pyramids Hotel. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the location was central to most of the sites, the service was good. The hotel also provides a personal driver, he made us feel us safe. I want to thank Ahmed, Mustafa, Nadia, Malak, Abdolraham, Dina and Om-mahmoud for the great services.
- Fatma (10/5): Its a place u will miss - Its a calm place, i can easily clear up ur mind on it
Nice view, watching sun sit from it
Staff with helpful with a lovely smile
The room it self is fancy 🥰 Nothing at all
- K (7/5): Good Tourist Hotel - Clean room with hot water and attentive staff. Rooms are as pictured. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to sleep when you’re done with tours, stay here. If you’re a digital nomad looking for a place to settle in or need to access WiFi, look elsewhere. WiFi is available at the reception desk but does not reach the rooms well if at all. I left after one of five nights that I booked because of insufficient WiFi. I had a SIM card and was even having a hard time connecting while using it there.
- Abdelrahman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (10/5): Amazing! Would definitely come back and also recommend this place - location: its not next to the pyramids unlike the other hotels but it was perfect for our stay because at night we had the quiet time we needed for rest and in the morning we still get the perfect breakfast view of the great pyramids of giza.
staff: we loooooved the staff so much. they made our stay extra special! everyone was friendly and accommodating and professional. special thanks to Nadia, Dina, and Mazen! they made sure we felt welcome and they took great care of us!
rooms: clean and beautiful! well-lit, everything is provided, bathroom is spacious and it has a water heater and hairdryer
value for money: 100% worth it
- Ivona (10/5): Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel clean and tidy. Recommend -
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend this hotel! The staff and the owner were wonderful and helped out whenever necessary. The tours the hotel arranged for me had a german speaking guide and a personal driver and were a convenient and cheap option to see the city of Cairo and the pyramids. The room was clean and close to european standards. Would surely book the hotel again!!
- Mimi (8/5): Great place with a view of the pyramids - Very clean and modern finishes and rooftop has a view of the pyramids The location, located on a busy road. And limited breakfast options
- Χαρουλα (10/5): Great stay at the palace pyramids view hotel . - The room was clean and renovated . Very good location if you choose to stay in Giza . And all the personnel was very polite and helpful . Totally recommend.
- Paul (10/5): The Palace Pyramids Hotel......the best place to stay in Giza! - Ahmed was the wonderful owner. He collected us both from the airport and welcomed us very politely to Cairo.
The hotel and all the staff treat you with the utmost hospitality. Great breakfast too!!
All the staff are always smiling and ready to help with any questions and information that you might need
Great value for money! There is nothing not to like!!!
- Noemie (10/5): I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Giza - The property is well accessible, it is only 15min by car to the pyramids. The staff is very welcoming and very helpful ! The roof top is amazing! Since it is very accessible you can sometimes hear a lot of traffic outside but you get used to it
- Kez (10/5): Th best hotel in Cairo without a doubt! - We have been travelling all over the world for the last 6 months and this has been by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Every single member of staff was excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel manager Ahmed was amazing and helped us with airport transfers. He let us check in early and even gave us a free upgrade to a room with the most unbelievable view of the pyramids!
Breakfast on the rooftop was also delicious.
Ahmed also helped us book a day tour of the museums and pyramids and he was our guide for the day too. He was such a fantastic guide!
Couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. If you’re staying in Cairo then definitely stay here. Great value for money.
- Shin (7/5): Really nice staff, good value - Staffs are very welcoming and friendly.
Very clean in the room, new furnitures.
Amazing Pyramid veiw. You need ear plugs to sleep.
- Niallnicko (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (10/5): If ever I will go back to Egypt , I will stay in the same place. - The place is clean and new . The staff are accommodating and good. We felt secured. The owner as well is very good ! 😊 None
- Lei (10/5): 10 - It’s very good hotel , I recommend it Very very good
- Nick (8/5): Would definitely stay here again. - The location is typically Egyptian. This should not pout you off staying here because from the first instance we booked, Ahmed was at our disposal and answered every question, arranged a whole Cairo experience and made sure we were greeted on arrival. Nadia was very cheerful and nice in reception. This hotel was so nice to stay in and we wanted for nothing both before and during our stay. He even called afterwards asking if everything was ok.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely yes and even if it was to enjoy the home cooked Egyptian breakfast. There is nothing I would have changed about this hotel. For us, it did everything and more and the staff were unbelievably helpful. The location is quite poor in terms of what surrounds it but you get a view of the pyramids whilst eating breafast so what is there not to like?
- Diana (1/5): Bad - I just found out someone made review from my account by 10 and I never did it myself! We never accommodate in the hotel as the owner come with cheap excuse and he relocate us to his other place which is less then half place, not safe place, rooms without windows and he charge me the full amount and the second property's price was half price! It's a big scam, never ever go to this place!
- Juan (8/5): Nice - The property is renewed, location is near to pyramids but far from Cairo. Some humid odor inside the room which was not pleasant, also walls were not sound proof so you can hear all sounds from street and phone ringing from the lobby when sleeping
- Ahmed (1/5): Bad -
- Elise (7/5): Good place to stay for a night to see pyramids - Location was great to walk to the entrance of the pyramids Very noisy, and bathroom not well isolated. Would not recommend location to see the city center
- Pein (9/5): Superb - Top notch customer service, every single detail of the setting is like 5 star hotel. Worth the money! Basically nothing
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located in a close vicinity of the pyramids. We stayed in a Queen bedroom, the room was clean and affordable. The window had a viewing on the great pyramid. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view on the pyramid and it’s cosy and clean. The breakfast is served on the rooftop overlooking the pyramid. The food menu though it’s limited but offers Egyptian dishes. The staff all were very friendly and helpful. They were offered late check out with no additional fees. It is recommended if you want to stay close to the pyramids.
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Madoroba (1/5): Bad - Felt unsafe, so we ended up not checking in despite having paid for a suite. Looked for alternative accommodation and got something at Holiday Inn Maadi around 01:00am. Luckily we had a car to drive there.
- Sirak (10/5): It was silent at night which is important for a good sleep, the owner and the staff were exceptional -
- Lucas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yuchi (8/5): Very good - Nice location, welcoming staff. /
- Jasin (9/5): Pleasant and comfortable stay. - The first thing i liked the most was the hospitality.the owner itself received me at the reception and showed me around the property and my room. Very helpful staff as well with 24x7 reception ready to attend any needs. The roof top with the pyramid view is just breath taking with free refreshments throughout the day. Rooms were very clean with daily cleaning and had all the amenities.
The hotel is almost brand new.
They also have a free pickup from airport when you book tour packages with them which I did and had very comfortable one and it was quite cheap compared to the market price moreover safe as it’s done through the owner itself with a good car, guide and a safe driver. Noise insulation.Cant blame them for the busy traffic around and loud automobiles.
