• Noemie (10/5): Un appartement parfait pour visiter Milan sans être en plein centre ville. - L’appartement était très complet et extrêmement propre. Très bien situé avec restaurants, supermarchés et transports en commun…le tout à 500m. Sans parler de la gentillesse de Patrizia. Le matelas était beaucoup trop mou à notre goût mais à part ça, beaucoup de choix d’oreiller et de couverture. C’était très appréciable.

• Salah (10/5): Exceptional - Patrizia was very friendly and was waiting for us on arrival. She provided us with the keys and everything we need. The home was very clean and has everything we needed. Air conditioner was the top in that hot weather. The neighborhood was very calm and the secure. We found a place to park the car and all the facilities were in a walking range. Going to the city was the easiest just take the tram to the city from the front of the door.

The airline missed my luggage at the transit airport due to which I arrived late but she was very helpful and was waiting at the tram station. Located very near to the tram station.

Nice open space downstairs with a sofa and kitchen as well as an outdoor balcony. As I was travelling with a friend could have done with an extra bed.

The room has all the facilities and we were really impressed by the design of the location! A brief message for the owner. We truly appreciate the little presents you left for the visitors, but the bottle of wine you left for us would have made us feel extra special if it hadn't already been opened and possibly even started by the guests who came before us!

Patricia was lovely and explained everything when I checked in and even left some water wine and juice in the fridge. There was coffee and tea available as well as fruits. Tram is less than a minute away and very easy to get to the city. This is where I would stay if I'm back in Milan. Just fantastic
• Julien (10/5): Perfect for a couple and very well connected ! - We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is spacious and very well located, while still in a quiet area, the tram stop (T4) is right in front of the building and allows for easy connection with M1 and M2 so you can reach anywhere in Milan in less than 30min and for only 2 EUR per ticket, which you can buy in the nearby tobacco store or from the app . But you can also find a lot of commodities (Supermarkets, mechanic, restaurant) in the vicinity and everyone in the area is super friendly. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and moreover, the host is a delightful person. She is very interesting, full of advices and will go out of her way to accommodate your every need. I highly recommend this property, especially for a couple ! We will definitely stay there again ! Everything was perfect and I cannot find any downside. For very long stays, maybe a washing machine could be useful ?

The location, althoug far from the center, is ideal as it is very well served by transport. The apartment is very well equipped. The hostess is very friendly. Definitely a place to come back

• Morenike (8/5): Recommend - Check-in was very accommodating. We were co-workers with different schedules and though I made the booking, I arrived in Milan much later than the other girl. The owner was willing to let me pick up the keys after work which finished late after check-in hours though we eventually opted to have my co-worker pick up the keys instead. The property only had one key available, but the owner went out of her way to make another though it unfortunately was made incorrectly. Apart from some initial hiccups, the stay was lovely and the owner an absolute gem. Super spacious apartment with a terrace, kitchen and loft space. I requested the sofa bed to be made with beddings at the time of booking and when we arrived, it was not. We tried to figure it out ourselves but eventually the owner had to come and do so quite late at night. There were quite a few stray hair strands on the beddings that I had to remove before bed. This property is very new to booking so with time I am sure organisation will improve. I definitely recommend to stay here.
