- Tan (7/5): - It's location One of the 2 rooms which I booked, I do not like the bathroom, No door to the bath area, once after bath, the whole floor was wet . The other room's bathroom have door, why the difference after paying the same price.
- 海玲 (5/5): 下次不会订这家酒店了。 - 酒店靠近路边，非常吵，隔音效果很差。白天就算关着窗子也能听到外面的车声，特别是摩托车的声音。晚上基本上没睡。 酒店的卫生，还有就是隔音效果不好。一整晚都没睡，一直听到有车的声音。

- Mohd Khalid (2/5): 1. Always show friendlier and smile to any inhouse guest dealing any kind of business/issue at the front desk as it - 1. Location 2. Airconditioning Towel, bedsheet, pillow cover they didnt change it for 6 night im staying there with my mom and make her skin reaction so itchy. Even the bath towel as inside the bathroom notice saying must left the towel on the floor for change to new clean towel but i never want to do that and instead i left both towel on the chair in the room but the house keeping did not want to change it for me. I also wasn’t happy and too disappointed with the customer service of your front desk Mr. Hussain/Hossain(im not sure how his name spelling) that not to friendly and serious looking at the inhouse guest dealing during check-in hotel. I did ask politely also about the hotel room issue which they only provide it on day one and remaining they told me must pay RM 3 for a box of tissue but then i pay to stay in that room for 6 night.

- Isuru (7/5): Strong location but feels overpriced - The location was extremely convenient, with several malls close by — including Berjaya Times Square right next to the hotel. The monorail was only a five-minute walk away, and popular spots like Jalan Alor, Chinatown, and a few other attractions were all within walking distance. The room also offered a nice view. Our Triple Room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were satisfactory. We were also allowed a late checkout at 1.00 pm, which was very convenient. The hotel is quite old, and the rooms reflect that dated feel as well. Although the bathrooms were generally clean, there were some visible patches of mold along the edges. The stay felt relatively overpriced compared to similar options nearby, especially considering it was a room-only rate. There was also ongoing construction on our floor (6th), and the smell of paint was slightly inconvenient.”

- Shannon (7/5): Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang - I loved the location as it was very central and this made it quite easy to walk to malls, the towers, and Petaling street. The room was adequate for a solo traveller but would have been fine for a couple as well. It was clean and comfortable with enough space for luggage. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was in enough supply. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and accommodating. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly. What I didn't appreciate was that people's movements outside the room could be heard but overall it was a pleasant experience and I would opt to stay here if I go back to KL

- NILSHAN (3/5): The management should consider upgrading the room facilities and placing more focus on guest comfort and safety. - The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything I needed, including restaurants, shopping, malls, food street and public transportation. It made getting around super easy. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was below expectations. The room appeared outdated, and the bed was both uncomfortable, and not properly cleaned, which affected overall comfortable comfort of the stay.

- Mohd Firdaus (7/5): A comfortable stay - the location is in the heart of Bukit Bintang area. Opposite the hotel are Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport Mall. The Imbi Station of KL Monorail is just beside the hotel. All the good eating and shopping spots are all in a walking distance. You can reach the area by monorail and MRT. The tv channels have only one working channel which is AXN. The parking is very limited but i guess this hotel caters more for guests using public transports since the stations are all nearby.

- Jl (4/5): Metro bukit bintang hotel review - The hotel room was spacious! The aircon was also cold enough! The location was convenient. The room had a smelly sock smell... The hot shower water used up within 10mins, then it was cold... it was very noisy cause the hotel was beside a large road, alot of car horning and motorbike engine noises.
