• Jordi (10/5): Petit studio calme et bien situé - Appartement super par rapport au qualité/prix. Cuisine bien équipée, climatisation, un petit coin pour manger, accès facile, place de parking dans la rue. Parfait pour quelques nuits près d’Anthene (45 minutes à pied du centre). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le lit n’était malheureusement pas le plus confortable (les ressorts sont dérangeants) et le poignet de la porte de la salle de bain faisait que tomber. L’appartement possède d’un petit jardin mignon mais pas entretenu pour y accéder. L’appartement est humide mais il y a un déshumidificateur qu’on as dû vider tous les jours.
• Stavros (7/5): - Το σπίτι είναι σε ήρεμο σημείο.Επίσης ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με είδη κουζίνας, είδη υγιεινής, πετσέτες κλπ.. είναι περίπου 1 χλμ από το μετρό των Αμπελοκήπων. Το σπίτι είναι σε δύσκολο σημείο αφού είναι σε μια απότομη ανηφόρα. Αν έχετε κινητικό πρόβλημα δεν το προτείνω. Επίσης, θα ήθελα να είχαν αφήσει μια συσκευή για τα κουνούπια. Το σπίτι είναι μέσα στη φύση οπότε όπως είναι λογικό είχε κουνούπια. Τέλος, θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι δεν έχει καθόλου σήμα αλλά αυτό σώζεται αφού έχει wifi.

• Hazel (3/5): Good location. - Located just 1km from the nearest Metro. Dinky size for max 2 adults for max 3 days. The WiFi is good. Extra bedding, pillows, an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer, are all provided. A dehumidifier is provided. The studio is clean and tidy. Dangerously, disgustingly damp – not suitable for anyone with a breathing, or lung, difficulty. The dehumidifier is very loud. The property reeks of damp and all the cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, and pots smell and taste of damp. Guests are requested to take out the trash – but there is no indication of whether or not rubbish needs to be separated for recycling, or where garbage can legally be left. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues (there are several steep inclines on the way to the property, and a spiral staircase on the way to the apartment). There is washing up liquid provided, but no draining board or tea towels available. The so-called garden is inaccessible, overgrown with weeds, and the garden furniture (a table and two chairs) are very sad and sorry looking. There are no spare electrical sockets, although I did find an extension cord in one of the drawers. The mattress is thin, and I could feel the springs. There are no lamps, so if you want to turn the lights off at night, you must make your way to the bed in total darkness. The door handle to the bathroom repeatedly falls off. I found a screwdriver in a drawer and attempted to fix it, to no avail. There is no oven of any kind – the only provision for cooking is a two-ring electric stove.

• Ertan (6/5): Acceptable stay for a low price. - Nice studio with a small garden and balcony. Kitchenette and utensils good. All necessary tools and equipments such as fridge, TV, air conditioner, hair dryer, iron is very good. Bed is good, very quiet neighborhood. Very bad bathroom. Hot water was not enough even for one person to take shower. Worn & torn bathtub. Need renovation & maintenance.
• Andres (1/5): Bad - The studio is not in the mid basement, it is in the real basement, from there everything is a lie and false. The studio is stinky, it smells of too much humidity, it is freezing because The floor is ceramic, the bed is terrible, with old springs that hurt your back It does not have a microwave, to heat up some food they intentionally cut off the hot water in the bathroom, its air conditioning does not heat in winter, the owner's treatment is terrible, we asked him for assistance to enter the studio and he did not answer the call, he limited himself to sending a message half an hour later and we were freezing in the street. He refused to guide us how to get to the studio and only told us to take a taxi. I rate the environment as TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE COMES TO THIS ENVIRONMENT, apart from the fact that it is far away on a dark street with many ups and downs and dangerous. There are no outlets to charge cell phones, there are no TV channels or cable, only applications that must be accessed with personal accounts. TERRIBLE IN GENERAL

The accommodation was comfortable, tidy, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Everything was clean and organized, and the space had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Also I felt right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and cozy place to stay!” The location was a bit of a drawback for me. It’s situated at the top of a mountain, which meant it was quite far from the city center. I had to walk a lot to reach key places, which could be inconvenient, especially after a long day of exploring. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and don’t mind the extra walking, this could be a good option
• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The studio although was smaller than expected , it’s clean , modern with new decoration and it looks that every piece of furniture was carefully selected and it has all the essentials, from towels to coffee:) The facility has all the kitchen essentials and the bed is super comfortable and big , the pillows the best I’ve had slept on along all my visits to studios n hotels the past years , something that left me very impressed and we got some real rest ! Also, the space feels like it’s divided to a living room and a bedroom with a piece of furniture but light reaches the whole apartment. The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier than expected, which was the biggest “plus” in our stay and made our trip even better ! The studio is bright in the morning even though you go “underground” (-1 floor) in a semi underground layout, perhaps, because the building is located in the foothills of Lecabetus hill. So be prepared to face long uphill roads with lots and lots of stairs, in case you were thinking of arriving on foot;) It is also near a super market (about 300meters away) , hospitals and Alexandra’s avenue which is one of the main roads in Athens and can connect you with various places either using the bus or the metro that’s about 15 mins away from the studio (downhill roads!!) The area is quiet, the building clean n peaceful , the lecabetus hill mesmerising and the stay wonderful ! Also, even tho our stay was on the first days of October , nights are very cold so be sure you have long sleeve clothes if air conditioning isn’t for you . +be aware of the lack of parking in the area if you were thinking of coming with a car ! In conclusion , the studio, the stay and the overall experience was great , it’s a place I would recommend you to visit and If it occurred , I would come here again! Thank you for the lovely stay! The only thing I could say as a minus is the lack of charging sockets. There are maybe 2 you can use n only one of the is somehow close to the bed(but not next to it) . It was very difficult for us to charge our devices all at once so we took turns. Bur that’s something that multi purpose charging socket thingies would do the trick.
