• DanicaVujosevic (10/5): Studio with everything you'd need for a holiday stay - Everything was great! The studio was compact and had everything you'd need for a short stay, lots of attention to details. The kitchen was also decently equipped. The staff was also super attentive, responsive and polite! Bed was really comfy as well :) Wonderful terrace, area is perfect, lots of shops nearby. I would definitely choose this place again when coming to Puerto de la Cruz. Not ideal for early sleepers because of the bar that plays live music every night of the week. They do stop by 11pm at the latest, so it didn't bother me, but it is something to keep in mind. If you keep the windows closed it should be alright.

• Carmen (9/5): Ein exzellenter Gastgeber, dem das Wohl des Gastes sehr am Herzen liegt! - Von Anfang gab es eine herausragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber: Immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, sympathisch und lösungsorientiert. Es gab auch zwischendurch Nachrichten, ob alles okay ist oder auch mit relevanten Informationen, z. B. einer Notfall-Übung, bei der ein Alarm über das Handy ertönt. Der Gastgeber verschickt eine tolle Präsentation mit Hinweisen und Empfehlungen (z. B. für Restaurants), um sich gut auf den Urlaub einstimmen zu können. Die Wohnung war liebevoll dekoriert (Tisch war schön eingedeckt), im Kühlschrank standen zwei große Glasflaschen mit Wasser bereit. Vom Wasserkocher bis zum Sandwichmaker ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr leise. Die Lage war als Ausgangspunkt für meine Vorhaben perfekt! In wenigen Metern Entfernung gibt es einen schönen Aussichtspunkt, der auch zum Sonnen einlädt. Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Mein Navi hat mich zuerst an eine andere Adresse gelockt - ca. 550 Meter entfernt. Also besser die Präsentation vorher genau anschauen - dort werden alle Fragen beantwortet. Schräg gegenüber ist eine Bar/Restaurant, in der bis spät abends Live-Musik gespielt wird. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, eher Oropax mitnehmen. Mir hat es wenig ausgemacht, denn die Fenster dämmen schon recht gut und ich mochte es, mit leisen spanischen Klängen einzuschlafen.

• Carmen (10/5): Great location & cute apartment - The apartment was super clean, a bit small, but perfect for me as a solo traveler. It is equipped with everything you would need and the location is great. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee places around the location.
• Wojtek (10/5): awesome - Apartment location was great for me. Buses/Shops/Restauranst/Coffe shops 1 minute from apartment. About 10-15 min to city centre and beaches. So if u travel by bus from Santa Cruz u have bust stop near there. Super view from balcony. Big smart tv no problem to connect with mobile phone. Very comfy bed! some music played in restaurant from 8pm until midnight every day...
