• Pinto (8/5): Bien - La décoration 100/100 Le canapé lit était salle , quelques machines comme la machine à café capsule marchait pas . Ou même les télécommandes comme celle de la climatisation . Puis aussi l’entrée ça fait peur

• Nancy D (9/5): Excellent location to everywhere - Location & parking were excellent. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The Nespresso machine wasn't working, but I am pretty sure they will have it fixed before the next customer arrives. I would had a separator or curtain from the room to the open concep as it was a little inconvenient for us to change as we came with kids.

• Renée (9/5): - Hauts plafonds, qui donne un effet de grandeur au loft. Nous avions tout ce que ça prenait pour cuisiner. L'appartement était très propre. Les instructions étaient détaillées et claires. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de bacs de recyclage ou de compost, mais à part ça, c'était super!

Stationnement gratuit réservé. Plats et couverts sales. Manque un ouvre-boîtes. Lumière dans le séjour avec couchage. 3è couchage pas préparé.

• jane (6/5): Looks good but not for me - Well fitted out inside in industrial style but it is NOT an apartment. It appears to be a large breeze block converted garage/store room with a dismal uninviting entrance in a back alley (see photo). No windows or ability to have fresh air. Looks very nice inside and might suit some but not for me...too dim and claustrophobic. It says 2 bathrooms but this is misleading. There is one showroom (with sink) and a separate toilet (with sink). The bedroom and shower areas are divided from the living area by panel walls (not full to ceiling). On the plus side - the kitchen area is very well kitted out. On the negative side the toaster was broken (dangerous) and I couldn't see any smoke detectors. The main bed was comfy; the sofa bed not so. It is a 25 minute walk to station and a 35 minute walk to the old town. Plenty of bars/restaurants in the area and a pharmacy and small supermarket nearby. No windows. No smoke detector Some lights not working Cleaning could be better (dusty shelves in toilet, crumbs in sofa bed, half eaten packet of crisps in cupboard) No welcoming note with any instructions about where to find things (eg bedding for sofabed) or how to use appliances

• Eduardo (7/5): Good for a 2 night stay, albeit small and crunched for 4 people. - Location and cleanliness. Great organization and super complete with all the kitchen items. Great customer service. There are no windows, there was a leaking ceiling in the main bedroom, a lady entered the storage area at night and kept the light on, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Also, it is not mentioned that the entrance is in the alley and not on 3e avenue.

• Dieter (4/5): Disappointing - We stayed in the apartment for two nights in June 25. The location is quite good. There are several restaurants and stores in the immediate vicinity. Even the city center is within walking distance. The apartment is very basic, the building is shabby from the outside. Inside the apartment was clean enough. However, as there are hardly any windows and fresh air, it smelled a bit musty. The bedroom is not a separate room, but only separated by a screen. The toilet was poor. The room was not cozy and I can only recommend it for a short time and only for a maximum of two people.

• Juan (5/5): Nice place, but no parking - It is a well-maintained place with lots of appliances, close to the Old Quebec and in a quiet neighbourhood. The booking included a parking spot that we couldn’t use as someone else parked there before we arrived. I called the landlord but did nothing about it (other than telling me to download an app and find parking myself); I had to park on the street and was not easy to find an available spot - it was a long weekend Friday night. By the time we left (booked for two nights), the spot was still occupied.
• Pollyana (7/5): Great location, cute studio, however some issues. - The neighbourhood is lovely and very active, I would easily live in Limoilou. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with beautiful decorations, a cozy space, and good amenities (like shampoo, soap, coffee, sugar, and S&P). Good AC. Great for couples. We are not allowed to leave the dishes washing (dishwasher) on the morning of checkout, so a bit hurried to have breakfast on checkout day. The pillows are too soft and all the same, so we couldn't choose between them. They forgot the bedding for the sofabed and I booked for 3 people. The parking is one spot for 2 Airbnb units so the other customer parked first and I didn't have a parking spot. Since the neighbourhood doesn't allow unregistered cars to park overnight in the street I had to park in a private parking 5 blocks away, they paid for the parking but it was not the best convenience. When I booked, I didn't realize it was a studio apartment with no door between the bedroom and living room. Also, the ceiling is all open between the shower room, bedroom and living room. And the door of the bathroom gets stuck.
