Guest Reviews
- Mike Glee (9/5): - N/A You could hear the other residents wandering around. The lighting and water operation was a bit confusing in the bathroom. I helped a girl trying to work it.
- Victoria (8/5): Recomendable - Limpio y seguro La ubicación

- Sean (5/5): -
- Susan (6/5): - Hosts were very welcoming and flexible Stains on sheets and towels; smelly room if left closed; uncomfortable mattress; pics in booking does not reflect the current state (much older and dirty place than in the pics)

- Ruth (4/5): - There is very good communication before I arrived. It is a small three bedroom house converted into a guest house. It is not sound proofed and it was very noisy all night. The room I had was very small with a top-bunk bed that was difficult to get up and down from.
- Laia (10/5): -

- Guest (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Difficult to find but worth it when we got here Hard to find using google maps, not well labelled. The stairs , no hand rail.
- Ronnie (8/5): Lovely but not suited for booking. Com. Its very much an air bnb. - There was a dolce gusto machine with all pods including milk pods and I love that coffee. The machine is horrendously loud tho. I was in a small room that had a little ladder up to the bed. I don't mind these beds but usually they are thrown together for a kid to save space for the youngest kid in the family. It was the case here for sure. It was Dr difficult to get up and down from. I arrived just before midnight and as I got out of the cab I realised I didn't km ow if I was at the right house or not. Tgere is a key box and I collected the key even tho the owner came out side as I was coming in and carrying my case upstairs. I was extremely sware that this is somones house and they very much live here. I don't think this property is suiting to Booking.com, its an Airbnb not a guest house or hotel. Wen I realised I became rather uncomfortable as the house was easy to make noise at night and I felt like I was keeping everyone awake and gmfely guilty in their home.
- Иванова (9/5): - Host was very helpful, kind and flexible. Location was quiet but still close to the centre. The place feels nice and homey.
- Richard (7/5): Rooms for tourists in an ordinary suburban house. - This is a house where rooms are rented out to tourists. You don't see the owner, who communicates through Whatsapp (promptly). The room and shared bathroom was fine. I think there may have been just one other guest (whom I didn't see) when I was there (I think it's three bedrooms in total), so it was quiet. The house is located on a mostly quiet street in the suburbs and there was a place by the stairs to leave my bike indoors. It's quite a way out from the main attractions, so be ready for a long walk. There's no access to the kitchen either, so feeding yourself can be a problem.

nice to be in a home when you are traveling i think there should not be other peoples clothes in the closet, if its a guest house

- Maggie (10/5): Loved it - I walked from Heuston Station and to the RDS. In bad weather I'd have used a bus.
- Alan (9/5): - Second time staying here. Bang on for the price paid. Room was very small but felt price was fair. Host accommodating and easy to access the property. Coffee machine in room which is a nice touch.

- Pat (3/5): False advertising tbh - Host was v helpful and access was easy It was not a single bed ..it is a bunk bed ..... older people would be in big bother if they booked this .. I struggled t get onto bunk especially when the base of the bed came away as I climbed in

- Grace (10/5): Excellent and good value for your money - The host communicated very well and with very helpful suggestions to make sure my visit to Dublin was smooth. The instructions to enter the property were very clear and didn't have any issues entering the property.
The room was really nice, comfy and clean which I really needed after having a long day. The location was safe and near transport to city centre. Luas line is just a few minutes walk and bus stop is just 5 mins away. A good touch of coffee and variety of tea in the room. The bathroom was squeaky clean too! I highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again. Nothing
- Žaklina (6/5): Pleasant - Location Dirty closet, only one towel. That’s it.
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (8/5): Comfortable, cosy room with benefit of a coffee / hot water machine with pods & tea bags supplied! - Cosy room well designed to make best use of the space, eg full length mirror on door, bed had space underneath for bags/ cases, bed a ‘top’ bunk up above the space. I found the bed really comfy but may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. I loved the coffee machine with coffee pods supplied, water could be boiled in coffee machine to make tea too. A bedside lamp & window open to cool the room in a hot day were nice touches . Shared bathroom right outside door with toilet & nice shower . I would book again next time in Dublin . The location didn’t look the most salubrious / safest for a female solo traveller . 8 min walk from public transport or Euro 17 average Uber.
- Muhammad (10/5): Comfortable , central, clean - Nice and comfortable , I loved it
- Joseph (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (7/5): Good - Good price and comfortable. About a 30-minute walk to the City Centre
- Penny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Glen (8/5): Very good -
- Szofi (7/5): Good - Its a nice little house in a calm area where u can have a nights rest. For me it was way too cold but apparently it was like this everywhere i went.
- Anonymous (10/5): Great host, lovely location and room - Easy, detailed and timely communication with a host. Room was very cute. Bathroom had everything you need and more. 😊 -
- Mandeep (10/5): Exceptional -
- Izabel (9/5): It was amazing, I will definitely stay again when I visit the city again. - It has everything you need, towels, clean bed linen, equipped kitchen, washing machine, a complete apartment that you could even live in. I have nothing to complain about, everything is impeccable, clean, organized, everything new.

- Robert (10/5): Our stay was short. We arrived late and left very early. It was so nice to be able to feel like home. - My fiancé and I arrived late. It was beautiful. The host was amazing. He was so accommodating. The room was so romantic. The washroom was very clean. The house felt like it was our own. When we arrived it was so easy to find everything you needed was there. The coffee in the room and the extra touches made it beautiful There was nothing we didn’t like. I would strongly recommend the home to anyone.
- Cathal (8/5): Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Dublin. - Location, communication with the owner, very clean room and quiet area. Ideal for solo travellers.
- Elaine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Veronica (9/5): Superb - The comfort and fabulous greeting we experienced. Would always try to stay if returning to Dublin. Had difficulty getting the shower to turn on but eventually it did work
- Lee (8/5): Very good - Everything just perfect for a solo traveller
- Jim (8/5): Very good - Convenient
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, very comfortable beds. Great communication from Owen throughout! Some slight construction work opposite the property, outside of hosts control so I haven't marked it against the hosts
- Kelsey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Onyinyechukwu (8/5): Very good - Host send messages ahead to explain clearly how to do a self check in Will be great to have a mirror in the room
- Soononn (5/5): Passable - This is just a storage room not suitable for bedroom. The space is terrible small and the ceiling light not working also
- Mark (4/5): Basics Missing - The bed was comfortable. I was just looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay and chill for one night with home comforts before an early train, but I'm afraid simple expectations were not met and I was disappointed, so I can only score 4 (according to scoring guidelines). I think it's like false advertising when the pictures - and the description - of the room show a giant TV on the wall, only for it NOT to actually work as a TV (I was told something about a laptop connecting etc etc, but please just remove the TV or connect/programme it properly and don't include 'TV' in pics or - worse - the description); There was no kettle (or sugar or milk) in the room - just a 'fancy' capsule coffee maker, but not everyone drinks strong coffee, and certainly not in the evening - a kettle gives A LOT more flexibility to travellers - tea, soup, noodles etc and a more homely stay; The location is not central - in an area called Dolphins Barn - a good 25-30 minute walk to Heuston Station and the centre (in the other direction); A shared bathroom is never ideal and there were so many almost empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner there, but no actual shower gel (but of course location and basic accommodation configuration cannot be helped).
- Trevor (8/5): Very good -
- Guillaume (8/5): Tiny bedroom in Dublin - Nice place to stay for a vacation in Dublin, not far from the city center (30 min walk). There was a Nespresso in the bedroom so we had good coffee in the morning ! The room is really small (not possible to fully open our luggage).
- Michael (5/5): Bijou abode - This room, amazingly, had almost everything except a TV but it was also the smallest room I have ever stayed in at approx 1.65M x 2.1M it was made much smaller than that by the slope of the main stairway taking close to 1/4 of the floor. Certainly novel & just as well it was only 1 night. I used the desk but not the fridge & coffee maker although they looked fine! I imagine that sleeping in Tokyo must be similar as it had to have abunkbed because there was no floor space. Shared shower room was not ideal but it was just one night.
- Juliette (7/5): Good value, easy check in, immediate communication from Fergus. - Fergus replied straight away to all queries, easy check in. Location is not central but don't be put off - it's in the south of Dublin, by the canal which is fab, good vibe, an easy walk to bar/pubs and good bus connections. I was in a very small room (cabin bed) - not much room to move - but the bed was really comfortable. Would be nice to make a cup of tea as well as coffee.
- Tony (8/5): Very good -
- Petra (9/5): Superb - Nice garden, great coffee, good parking and connection to town. Fergus is really a nice guy.
- And (7/5): Good -
- Delia (8/5): Great host and good value - Very pleasant and attentive host with very clear instructions about arrival. Good location, and very comfortable bed. There was a tiny coffee machine too. The walls are all stud so you can hear everything! The 'quiet hours' is helpful. Teabags would be nice for the non-coffee drinkers!
