• Monica (8/5): Struttura accogliente - Struttura dotata di tutto, dal bidet al frigo e cassaforte. Nel complesso ambiente ristrutturato e confortevole e dotato di tutto. Vicinanza a metro. Staff accogliente e disponibile. Un odore sgradevole dalle tubazioni del bagno.

Accueil cavalière , aucun service pendant les 4 jours de notre séjour, résultat: poubelle pleine, même draps, même serviettes humides à la longue.

No tenía ventanas en las áreas comunes. Estuvimos varios días y no vino nadie a limpiar las áreas comunes, los basureros hasta el techo de basura.

• Angelica (7/5): Vatican Guest House - Ottima posizione per il Vaticano e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulizia così così (non ti rifanno la camera), cucina con solo capsule del caffè e una bustina di tè. Caldo assurdo e odore costante di kebab. Tende oscuranti che non coprono bene perciò si dorme con la luce sugli occhi. Bagno non male la box doccia devastato e zero mensole dove poter appoggiare le proprie cose. Insomma, così così. Per gli stranieri forse è ottimo ma per noi italiani credo ci voglia qualche accorgimento in più.

• Teresa (5/5): - No one to check us in our flight was delayed. I messaged the owner to let her know and she said she couldn't stay to check us in bur she would send instructions via what's app. On arrival we couldn't get into the building but eventually another tenant let us in then there was a problem with the code for the lock to the Guest house area after a few attempts we managed to get in. Our room was fine and very clean but the curtains couldn't be opened which meant we had to tie them up to get light into the room. We went out to dinner later and on return we again struggled with the faulty lock took 20 mins to get it to work. We reported it the following morning but the owner said it was our fault for not using the correct procedure which was incorrect as we were following her instructions to the letter the problem was that the it was loose however she did say she would visit and l and after that it worked fine
• Paula (9/5): Buena opción en Roma, gran ubicación - La ubicación es buenísima, hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes por la zona y queda muy cerca de una estación de metro. A 5 minutos caminando del museo vaticano. El alojamiento está bastante bien, puedes usar la cocina que tiene todo lo esencial para preparar cosas sencillas. Es limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo unos pocos días. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida y nos ayudó todo el tiempo. La habitación que nos tocó era un poquito oscura y el baño olía un poquito raro al final del día, nada inmanejable
• Rossella (8/5): Comodo, ben collegato e silenzioso - Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti dal Vaticano, ben collegata con metro e bus. Zona molto piacevole. Area comune comoda e ben fornita (macchinetta del caffè con cialde, microonde e altri accessori). Stanza silenziosa nonostante affacci sulla via principale. Comunicazione eccellente, Ariana sempre rapida su WhatsApp, check-in e check-out semplici e veloci. Qualche piccolo accorgimento migliorerebbe il soggiorno, come mensole in bagno per appoggiare gli oggetti e ganci per le tende oscuranti. Inoltre, ho notato l’assenza di un coprimaterasso, cosa che personalmente ho trovato poco igienica.

• Corinne (7/5): Pour la ville : absolument merveilleux - Le parfait emplacement à grande proximité des musées du Vatican et de la Place Saint-Pierre ainsi que l’accessibilité très aisée au métro et bus. La chambre zoé était sombre (1er étage sur cour intérieure), odeur désagréable dans la sdb/wc (égouts) et l’homme de ménage qui est arrivé 30 minutes avant le Check-out à la demande de la propriétaire des lieux et ce, alors même que nous n’étions pas prêts à partir, ni avertis en amont.

• LUISA (7/5): Staff was able to appropriately respond to questions. Good location if your focus is within the Vatican. Toilet smell sh - Location as we needed to be within the St Peter’s Basilica. Stench in the toilet. Pillows worn, not comfortable. Room space too tight especially if you have 2 luggages for 2 people.

• Agnieszka (9/5): - Bardzo lokalizacja , przy Watykanie i w pobliżu Zamku Św Aniola. Czysty pokój i łazienka. Bardzo wygodne łóżko . zdjęcie z pokoju Zoe. W pokoju nie ma zasięgu WiFi ale obok w kuchni był bardzo dobry więc nie miałam problemu . Bardzo proszę , kupcie nowe krzesła do pokoi i do kuchni bo to tylko psuje wrażenia.

• Anne (8/5): Great, comfortable and convenient location to access Vatican city within easy reach from Termini - perfect location to visit the Vatican museums and St Peter's basilica - only 10/15 min walk, and less than 5 min walk from the Ottaviano metro station. plenty of coffees, restaurants, little shops in the area. great communication from the hosts with clear directions and instructions provided ahead of arrival. a couple of water bottles left in the room fridge on arrival very welcome (that small fridge was also very useful to keep drinks cool). access to a common space with a little kitchen with kettle/tea and coffee machine/pods. high ceiling bedroom with comfortable bed and bedding. bedroom overlooking a busy street and nightlife but noise and street activities did not disturb our sleep. daughter found pillow a bit too firm but that's a matter of personal preference.

• Federico (9/5): Camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort come descritti. TV, Wi-Fi, frigo, fon, bagno spazioso - Posizione centrale a pochi passi da Città del Vaticano. Ottimo il collegamento con la metro. La camera è dotata di una finestra, un letto matrimoniale (letto alla francese), frigo bar, TV, armadio, comodini e tavolino, aria condizionata/riscaldamento. Il bagno è spazioso con sanitari nuovi e doccia di ottime dimensioni. Fuori dalla camera, spazio con armadio a scomparsa con ebollitore e macchina caffe cialde. Ambienti puliti. Eccellente illuminazione. Tutto perfettamente funzionante e corrispondente alle foto online. Personale molto disponibile. Varie opzioni di pagamento. Ho soggiornato solo una notte, ma è consigliatissima per periodi più lunghi.

• Pelagie (6/5): Très bien situé - Le logement est idéalement situé ! Vous êtes à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces, des transports en commun et, surtout, du Vatican. C’est parfait si vous souhaitez visiter ce site incontournable sans perdre de temps dans les trajets. Le quartier est vivant et pratique, ce qui rend les balades et les petites courses très faciles. Si votre priorité est d’être proche du Vatican et du centre, c’est vraiment une très bonne adresse. Les chambres sont bien moins lumineuses que sur les photos. Les murs étaient sales, la chasse d’eau instable et un fort bruit se déclenchait dès que j'allumais la lumière de la salle de bain. La cabine de douche est étroite, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas (les boissons restaient chaudes) et la chaise était complètement abîmée. Ce qui m’a le plus dérangée, c’est la gestion du taxi pour l’aéroport. On m’a annoncé un tarif de 65 €, car l’établissement travaille avec une compagnie fiable et ponctuelle, ce que j’ai accepté même si le prix est plus élevé que la moyenne (environ 55 €). Cependant, on m’a précisé ensuite que le paiement devait se faire en espèces. Comme je n’en avais plus et que j’ai indiqué vouloir payer par carte, le tarif est soudainement passé à 70 €. J’ai trouvé cela peu professionnel. Finalement, lorsqu’elle a vu que je préférais prendre un Uber, la propriétaire est revenue au tarif initial de 65€.

• Jesse (9/5): Heerlijk, mooi, vriendelijke en fijn. - De hygiëne was top, het appartement was goed te bereiken en de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was erg gunstig! Mijn maat en ik zijn beide 1.90m+ de bedden waren eigenlijk net iets te kort, maar dit is geen groot probleem, want dit zijn we wel gewend wanneer we reizen.

• Maria (7/5): Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ωραίο δωμάτιο αλλά ανεπαρκής εξυπηρέτηση . - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία λίγα μόλις μέτρα από το μετρό και δίπλα στον Άγιο Πέτρο. Όμορφο δωμάτιο Δεν έπιανε καθόλου το WiFi , ούτε τα δεδομένα του κινητού μου μέσα στο δωμάτιο . Έστειλα δυο φορές μήνυμα στους οικοδεσπότες σχετικά με το ζήτημα και τους ρώτησα αν υπάρχει κάποια λύση και σε κανένα μήνυμα δεν έλαβα απάντηση . Δεν υπάρχει υποδοχή .Επίσης ενώ το τσεκ ιν ήταν στη 13.00 ανάμεσα σε 11.00-12.00 με πήραν τρία τηλέφωνα για να επισπεύσουμε την άφιξή μας γιατί είχαν να πάνε και σε άλλα καταλύματα όπως μου είπαν . Σε δικό μας αίτημα ομως να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας νωρίτερα επειδή είχαμε φτάσει από τις 8 το πρωί απάντησαν αρνητικά .

• Jessica (5/5): Piden que te contactes por Whatsapp para hacer el check in - La ubicación es unas pocas cuadras del vaticano, es muy fácil de llegar con los micros que vienen del aeropuerto. La habitación es moderna y limpia, cuenta con todo lo necesario. No hubo ruidos molestos ni ningún inconveniente con los demás huéspedes. El proceso para entrar a la habitación es muy complicado porque no es un hostel ni hotel, es más como un Airbnb en donde tenés que comuncarte con una persona por Whatsapp lo cual es sospechoso porque es preferible mantener toda la conversación por Booking. Uno reserva en esta página por la seguridad de la plataforma y ellos obligan a contactarse por privado, las instrucciones no son muy claras y son demasiado limitadas porque no tienen una recepción. Se pueden dejar las valijas luego del check out sin costo, pero no hay una habitación donde dejarlas así que quedan en un área común donde cualquiera podría agarrarlas y no habría forma de reclamar. Así y todo se pudo ingresar sin problemas pero cuando no quieren responder todo por la mensajería de Booking es muy sospechoso.

Peccato per la strada molto trafficata e quindi rumorosa a tutte le ore praticamente. Soffione della doccia non sta appeso e in posizione, da sostituire, e scarico da cui l'acqua scende lentamente.

The owner responded quickly and friendly. However, the wifi connection was not stable and towel change was every 3 days, which were sad for us.
