- Caglar (8/5): The receptionist were very friendly and accommodating. They quickly responded and fixed requests. - I liked how the rooms were accessed via a pin code. No key was required. The room couldve been cleaner. The floors were very dusty and dirty. Although the beds were made nicely and the sheets looked fresh, it had stains.

Really can’t say enough about how kind they were to the kids , how they checked in with us daily to make sure everything was good , and how friendly they greeted us each day. Truly impressed with their customer service . Thank you Nadeem and Marwan!! Wish there were two full baths in the family room. WiFi was spotty .

- Prof. (1/5): An appalling experience from start to finish — unclean, unmanaged, and unworthy of even a single star. - Only Mr. Sabri (the gatekeeper) and Mr. Mohammed showed professionalism and decency. Beyond that, there was nothing commendable about the property. This was, without exaggeration, the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. The apartment was in unacceptable condition: dirty bedding, broken fixtures, neglected kitchen, and a disturbing presence of cockroaches and insects. Customer service was nonexistent — no phone calls were answered, and all communication was restricted to WhatsApp messages copied from a script, with no flexibility, no responsibility, and no human concern. Despite multiple requests, I was denied access to any manager or decision-maker. It felt like dealing with a ghost company hiding behind a screen.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished with modern decor, and had a peaceful, relaxing rooftop space that we truly enjoyed. Muhammad Amr Sabry and all the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional—making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that attention to detail and guest comfort are a top priority here. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—Bird Nest is definitely a favorite!

Sabri, Dalham, and Mohamed have been great at assisting us with all our needs at any given time of day. Mr. Saeed was very respectful and made sure that its safe at night. It’s also located in a very nice area, a 5 min walking distance to EDNC and a short drive a way from Pointe 90 mall. Highly recommend.

- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay at the Lotus Residence! We were a group of five friends and stayed there for a week. The apartment was spacious, three nice bedrooms, quiet balcony. Our guest experience specialist Rasha was amazing, always texting back immediately and sorting out any of our problems/answering our questions about Cairo. There was always a night guard at the entrance aswell. What should be known is that New Cairo is still very much under construction and the area is mostly non finished buildings, thus very little infrastructure, not even supermarkets in walking distance.

- Hamad (6/5): Beware - The best aspect of the property is the bathrooms and showers : large , modern fittings and appliances with descent size combined showers Having a balcony was a bonus although the weather was hot , useful for early morning reads Lots Location: Although the property lies within the modern area of new Cairo, in fact the location is far and at the end of the 90th highway. The area and roads around the apartment buildings are not well maintained with difficulty for access, somewhat scary at night for family members. You will also end up paying almost double for transport Communication: The communication for access was not smooth with the supervising host although it was well established company, we moved on Friday and the focal local agent informed us he was on leave and we have to do the check with the janitor which I thought is not professional specially to tackle important issues such as passports , the safe, WI Fi , keys , concern about cleaning etc. I certainly found the dedicated local agent not professional in communication and addressing customer concerns, however the janitor “Sabri” was more of positive person in providing needed help Internet and TV When moved in the internet and TV was almost non-existent since was phenomenally slow since one of the basic packages , impved after we raised the issue but shouldnt be the standards Safety: As mentioned, many blocks around the area are empty, which is a concern specially at night. To make things worse I noticed the balcony safety door lock is broken (not sure how that important aspect was overlooked ). It might be trivial for them but was important for us especially when you are in a different country and area which you are not familiar with Standards: Although the projected apartment was rented as high-end and well maintained , at check in the apartment was not cleaned well especially the kitchen(smelly , fridge on safe mode which not the standard on the day of heck in ) . We spend the first week at the company Boutique nest which is faultless but because of availability we moved to the distant location , in comparison the place is decent , good but certainly not excellent in standards and certainly overpriced

The manager Amr was very friendly and helpful through out our stay. It was our first time in Egypt, he was very informative and attentive to all our questions and needs. Sabry was very helpful too! Everything about the studio was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, great interior, very well equipped and has free snacks that were good. Most important it’s very safe and family friendly. Overall, great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The staff are very nice and accommodating especially the manager Amr who went beyond to see that we are comfortable and our needs accommodated.

Manager Mustafa was shouting because he required passports copy without knowing who he is talking to while I already send it to his building guard. I didn't like his attitude while he was nice at the beginning. Cleaning wasn't good at all. They stated we are cleaning once a week if you require. I stayed without bed comforter cover for 5 days.

- Sarah (10/5): If you are looking for somewhere to stay in cairo, this is the spot! - I am out of words.! I’ve been visiting cairo for over 12 years and this was my best stay yet.. The property was spacious and everything was super clean and organized.We were offered snacks and the fridge was packed with everything we might need.. The property manager Amr is one of the best I’ve dealt with;moreover, his way of dealing with his residents made our stay even better.He was always in reach and never hesitated to help… The location is pretty good, with a mall right ahead of you. It’s in Tagamoa, were all the cafes and squares reside. You will need a car to move around though. Definitely dealing with birdnest for my upcoming visits!!!
