• Julie (4/5): Dissapointing for a Gold Coast get away we were so looking forward too. - Location was good This booking ended up being through a third party which I was unaware and not mention of that on booking.com, that meant I couldn’t use the mantra reception at all for anything. Not even checking in. I had to go and collect my room Key from the corner shop in a key box and put back there on checkout. We paid peak prices of around $650 per night only to find there was a pool but not usable as was being refurbished during our stay but was not shown nor advised about this is anyway. The room had 2 double beds, but looked more like king single size. The fridge was just a bar fridge that barely worked stuck on the carpet against the wall. Parking prices were incorrectly quoted to me and I ended up paying $80 for one night in the carpark connected to the hotel before moving to an open air carpark across the road the next day.
• Amoren (3/5): Not worth the money - The location is good but the rest is terrible The 1st night, our shower is dripping, the bathroom is not clean, our light in the entrance is not working. Even the internet is not connecting in the tv .

• Jemma (5/5): No problem with the motel just wasn’t happy with the room - Local was great Was not aware I was not booking though the motel I probably wouldn’t have booked it if I had known this, having only 1 key for the room for 4 people was a total inconvenience.

• Bo-dean (4/5): Was agreat location and the room was ok with a good view of the ocean - Location Pool spa area was not operational. When we booked it said it had the pool spa area. Arrived and was told it was out of service months ago. Booked though hotels combined and somehow it was an AirBnB. So then we didn’t have access to the pool gym spa area plus also parking ect. No facilities as it was AirBnB. False advertising I believe. Kids were not happy. Bathroom needed cleaning a bit more. Grout was disgusting. Needed a thorough clean. Besides all this the room was clean and tidy. Balcony had a great view also. Perfect location right in surfers paradise.
• Ryan (9/5): Had a great time with my mate and loved the views of the ocean - I liked the view, location, room was a good size for just my mate and I. Was a shame the pools and spas were closed. Parking. I got told I’d pay between $6 and $25. I ended up paying $60 to park in the Mantra Carpark.

• Kathy (1/5): BAD - Host was invisible. Required a $200 refundable deposit which was not stated on the booking details. The door was not working, due to a short stay it took time away seeing my sick father where we had dinner plans, took 2 hrs to sort out. Cold water tap in the shower would not work properly and was leaking. Dirty room inside. Host never responded when we called for services.
