• Τάσος (10/5): Ανταποκρίθηκε με το παραπάνω στις προσδοκίες! - Εξαιρετική, άμεση επικοινωνία απ τον οικοδεσπότη. Πολυ καθαρό και με κάποιες παροχές που έχουμε ξεχάσει απ τα σύγχρονα airbnb (κάψουλες καφέ νερά κλπ). Η τοποθεσία πολύ βοηθητική αρκετά μαγαζιά στη γύρω περιοχή. Ίσως για κάποιον να είναι πρόβλημα ότι δε μπορείς εύκολα να ανοίξεις παράθυρο και κουρτίνες καθώς είναι ισόγειο και έρχεσαι σε άμεση επαφή με τον κόσμο απ το πεζοδρόμιο.

Procedure di checkin e checkout semplicissime trattandosi di un seminterrato, non puoi godere di vista o finestre. Fortuna che il condizionatore funziona alla grande

Helpful and prompt communication from host. The pull out sofa bed was unexpectedly uncomfortable, and the hot water for the shower did not work great.

• Jelena (10/5): Athens holiday - Apartment is on great location. All attractions are just few bus stops away or 20 min walk. The neighborhood is so live (lots of bakery and coffee shops, restaurants and chill places). Apartment is well equipped, clean, cozy and we didn't even saw the owner. He gave us instructions by phone and he even left for us some presents and guide tips. We really felt like locals... Big recommendation! Easy communication! Don't hasten just go for it! Everything was great so no complaints!

• Haim (5/5): i wouldn't recommend at all ! - great location, new place. kitchen for coffee or easy breakfast. 1. it's on the street level, you hear everything going on, also the window curtain has to be close all the time otherwise everyone can see you, no privacy. 2. The boiler is way too small and the hot water system is ridiculous. you have to turn on the boiler, then its automatically turned off after 25-30min. , hot water are good for maybe 5 minutes. imagine yourself coming back from long day or flight and you have to wait now for hot water and then it's not enough and even more if you don't understand that its shut down automatically you won't have water for second person (like your wife / husband exc.). we left the place day before, we planned to stay for 2 nights but we checked out first thing in the morning to a different place. what a shame!
