• Lucia (8/5): Ubytovanie bolo fajn a splnilo naše očakávania. - Byt sa nachádza v dobrej lokalite, blízko vaporetta (Fondamente Nove), reštaurácii a obchodov, je priestranný. Kuchyňa mala všetko, čo sme potrebovali. Sprcha aj wc fungovalo bez problémov. Postelné obliečky aj uteráky boli čisté a voňavé. Ubytovateľ bol veľmi milý a ústretový, osobne nás počkal v predstihu, odovzdal nám kľúče a dovolil nám nechať kufre vo vstupnej chodbe, než bude byt uprataný. Čo sme veľmi ocenili :-) Byt a jeho vybavenie má najlepšie roky za sebou (napr. nápis v kuchyni stratil písmená) a niektoré miesta treba lepšie vyčistiť. Kuchynské stoličky boli nepohodlné.

• Aleksandra (8/5): - Апартаменты очень большие и светлые, нас было 6 человек, всем было комфортно. 3 отдельные спальни+гостинная с кухей. Кухня хорошо оборудована, было все необходимое. Расположение отличное, до моста Риалто 7 минут пешком. Рядом много кафе и тратторий Чистота апартаментов оставляет желать лучшего, следует обратить на это внимание клининговой службы. Были проблемы с бойлером, из за этого практически не было горячей воды. Также, пол был очень холодный, было бы неплохо оставлять тапочки для гостей, хотя бы в холодное время года.

Le.proprietaire avait omis ce "petit" detail...Des vacances gachees et un proprietaire qui n'a fait aucun geste commercial. Deplorable

It is very close to the main tourist attractions,but thankfully not in the too crowded area which is great! Clean, comfortable beds,near to the vaporetto station..The host is very friendly too..Definitely recommend it!

• Zeinab (3/5): Not what we expected! - No breakfast included The air conditioner was not functioning and the host told us after arrival! And we were so hot and warm and sweaty!
• Kimberly (5/5): Passable - The location was good, slightly out of the busy tourist center. We had trouble getting into the apartment. You need to call them to get them to remotely unlock the door, but the number we were give was off despite advising of arrival time. The two double beds were very lump and uncomfortable. There was also no pillow cases and a very limited supply of items in the kitchen and no wine glasses. We did inform them of the lack of pillow cases and wine glasses. They did deliver some pillow cases after the first night of none and said they would also send some wine glasses, but these never arrived. Overall the place didn't feel particularly clean. I would not stay here again

• Anelys (3/5): Overall disappointed with the stay. - Location. AC did not work during my entire stay. Landlord stalled saying it will be fixed, yet it was an obvious lie. After a long hot day out in the city, we would come back to a very warm humid feel. Very uncomfortable feeling as one would not like to sleep and wake sweaty. To make matters worse, when we first arrived the house seemed to have been cleaned in a rush. Other than that the beds were at least made, but the sheets felt unwashed as they had some stains. Additional note, the toilet had nasty stains on the rim and the wifi didn’t reach the furthest room.
• Paulo (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and well equipped apartment. We stayed with 4 people, but the apartment could have accommodated more people. The location is good, very close to the Malibran Theater and the Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo. Just over 10 min. from the Rialto Bridge.
• Malvin (9/5): It was just perfect! - Property was clean and spacious and the location was close to major attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive to any inquiries. Definitely will stay here again! :)
• Hayleigh (8/5): Nice Roomy Stay in a Peaceful Neighborhood - Excellent and accessible location in a quiet neighborhood. Reasonable price. Roomy enough for our whole group. Communicative host. Plenty of bedding to stay warm. The perfect stay for Carnevale! Bathroom walls appeared to be moldy.
