Guest Reviews
- Allison (4/5): Not worth the money - Location was amazing. They management fixed everything as quick as they could. I got locked in the bathroom on first night, this really distressed my 6 year old. I touched the larder and the door fell off! The door lock going into sun room was broken. WiFi didn’t work for 24 hours. The washing machine was disgustingly. Grout on bathroom tiles had mould! The list goes on. Property really needs updating for the price we paid.
- Richard (8/5): Short holiday at the villa - The booking procedure was straightforward even with the new registration rules for Spain. The location is quiet and very relaxing, the house was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable, the aircon worked great and was definitely needed a few times. The pool was clean with a shallow end / deep end to suit all abilities, it was very welcome on the hottest days of our stay. There are two pools pictured although the villa only has the one pool which is enough for a small group. The kitchen is a bit tired, a few of the hinges were loose on some of the units, the hob has a sharp edge were the glass has been chipped at some point. There is plenty of cutlery but no corkscrew for opening the wine!! The fridge / freezer works ok although the controller had a annoying temperature alarm beep that kept repeating itself even though it was cold enough The lock for the sliding metal gate on conservatory door could not be opened with any of the supplied keys. The BBQ is rusty and not useable. Overall it just needs a little bit of TLC and the place would be perfect.

- Emma (5/5): Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and made the most of our time, choosing not to let these issues spoil the experience - The pool was a great size and perfect for relaxing. The surrounding area was lovely, with a brilliant location close to the plaza. The neighbours were all friendly, which really added to the overall experience. The property is in significant need of maintenance, and unfortunately, the photos do not accurately reflect its current condition.
We were without Wi-Fi for four days before the issue was finally addressed. The villa was booked for six people, yet there were only three sunbeds available. The bathroom sink was blocked and overflowing, and the fridge emitted a constant beeping sound, making it difficult for anyone staying downstairs to sleep. Additionally, the garden was overgrown with weeds and clearly not maintained.
While the Wi-Fi issue was eventually resolved, the other problems we reported received no follow-up or attention.
- Holly (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (9/5): A great villa in a quiet location yet so close to Villamartin plaza. - Location and pool Only one tea towel and surprisingly, no plastic glasses for use in the pool area.
- Jason (8/5): Great Break with Great Friends - Booking was really easy, with clear communication throughout. Collecting the keys was simple, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The villa itself was lovely—just what we needed—and in a fantastic location, close to bars and restaurants. As it's a rental, it could do with a little bit of TLC. The artificial grass could use a refresh and a few weeds needed tidying up—nothing major, but small touches like that make a difference.
- Hughes (10/5): Exceptional - The WiFi code wasn't correct but we guessed the strongest signal and used that with the passcode and it worked.
