• Petra (5/5): - Baustelle direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer. Bett sehr ungemütlich. Es hat geknarrt und gequietscht. Fenster in der Küche defekt, man konnte es nicht schließen. Die Straße hat nach Urin und Gras gestunken. Schimmel im Bad. Die ganze Wohnung war unsauber. Sehr hellhörig.

• Liesbeth (8/5): Great Location-very spacious apartment! - The location is perfect. Hoxtonstreet is a really nice street. Opposite the apartment is a really nice restaurant ( also for morning coffees in the sun!)called Breeze Bistro & Lounge and a bit further a really nice beer bar

• Natália (9/5): - The apartment pleasantly surprised me with its size - it was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The check-in process was very simple and smooth, which made my arrival easy and stress-free. Lewis was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay. He was always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The location is excellent. Right across the street is the wonderful Breeze Bistro, with great food and excellent coffee - a perfect place to start the day. I had a very positive experience overall and would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Le check-out se fait de manière autonome et est facile à comprendre. L’établissement est également entièrement équipé. L’appartement est peu lumineux, toutefois il est bien équipé en éclairages.

Легко та зручно дістатися квартири. Легко та зручно регулювати темературу у квартирі та гарячу воду у ванній. Начитавшись попередніх коментарів, мусив задавати господарю багато зайвих запитань , але все вияаилось дуже просто. 1 хв до Лідл, який працює і в неділю. Кухонного посуду достатньо. На вулиці багато магазинчиків, кафе та барів із дуже демократичними цінами. У шафі було знайдено брудний та мокрий рушник. Із 10 лампочок на кухні 4 не працювали. Через ці дрібниці не можу поставити 10, а лише 9.

• Bethanie (7/5): Accommodation was quiet and clean - most important factors and I would stay there again - Host was brilliant and really flexible, clear instructions for key collection and really nice large spacious accommodation , so quiet as well which was amazing - just no working shower which was frustrating. Still I would stay there again. The shower didn't work, we have the same style shower in one of our bathrooms here at home so I know how to use it but It just wouldn't work.

Owner or a host takes a deposit than they go through a trash bag find a Tabasco and Accuse me of smoking and never released my deposit. Be aware of this Host, clearly is there to be robbing people of their deposit. Attitude for no reason. I would never recommend this experience. 100£ for what ? Flat is very used up. Bathroom is just used up and kitchen area is the worse. Bed is a metal frame, not comfortable at all. Also someone was constantly ringing the door to get inside of the property. Absolutely nothing. Owner or a host takes a deposit than they go through a trash bag find a Tabasco and Accuse me of smoking and never released my deposit. Host very responsive Front door key a little difficult to engage. Central heating thermostat wasn’t that responsive! Some info like WiFi code/ recommendations of places to eat would have been good
• Alanna (8/5): Huge flat, great location. - Huge flat, very quiet and centrally located for access to east and central London. Felt very secure. The washing machine was a bit grotty and smelly and needs a deep clean. The floors were a bit sticky and the bathroom sink had soap scum.

• Sarah (8/5): Fantastic spacious apartment. Nice location. - Fantastic location, spacious, and plenty of hot water. Comfy stay and lots of facilities. Space was very nice and a good sized apartment for a quick stop over. Visiting London for a conference. This was a nice stay. A couple of tweaks would make it 10/10! 1. Recommend new towels and new pillows for guests. One towel was a bit crusty - avoided. 2. Pillows should be replaced every 2 yrs. 3. the windows are all ajar but don't move at all - worth advising guests why and that this is part of the aesthetic. 4. A guest guide book might be handy with WiFi password local eateries you'd recommend etc. 5. The washing machine had a full load in it. Not sure if this was to deter usage, but it was a tad off putting. Like being Goldilocks in someone else's house. 6. The bed was good and stable. 7. Little bit of milk (even UHT) would be nice for short staying guests for a quick coffee/tea. Space was very nice and a good sized apartment for a quick stop over. Visiting London for a conference.

What truly made it special was the incredible mix of privacy and accessibility. Nestled right among bustling shops, it felt like a secret oasis of calm. The entrance, just a standard-sized room door, gave no clue about the enchanting holiday atmosphere that awaited beyond. Once you stepped inside, it was like entering a magical realm filled with warmth and charm—truly the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration! I was somewhat disappointed with the deposit payment process. It left me waiting outside in the middle of the shops for about half an hour late at night, which was less than ideal. It felt a bit awkward and unsettling—almost as if I was being watched, even though no one actually approached me. This situation could have been avoided with a better system. Starting the deposit process earlier, before confirming the payment, would help prevent last-minute delays like this. I only discovered upon arrival that the deposit still needed to be handled, which was an inconvenience. That said, I really appreciated the excellent assistance I received. Luis stayed on the phone with me until everything was resolved—thanks for that! Still, I’d suggest finding a more streamlined solution to improve the experience for future guests.

• Sumayyah (5/5): Overall not pleased with our stay given the amount we paid and for the location. The mattress being the main issue and l - The cleanliness of the property and kitchen amenities. The mattress was evidently broken and incredibly uncomfortable. There were no bathroom amenities at all. There were not enough towels. There was no access to the balcony area. We also had issues connecting the TV.

• Sam (3/5): dirty smelly and broken uncomfortable bed! felt ripped off! - the location was perfect! for a start the flat floor was sticky! .. infact the whole flat was not clean ! the bed was broken and very very uncomfortable !!.no plug for the bath.!! horrible smelly plug ins everywhere to cover up bad smells coming from drains! I even bleached and cleaned sink to try help!!. sellotape holding parts of the kitchen side down!!. for the money we paid I was not happy with the standards of cleaning.. let alone when you start to look around and see all the other bits that need to be done. just not acceptable!

Building is very secure which is nice and close to good restaurants in Shoreditch - Very close to Shoreditch actually in hackney but close to good stations to get you places! Was really easy to walk and get around so location was fab. Good facilities as there was a washing machine that was able to be used and had laundry detergent! There was also water was in the fridge. Host was easily contactable which was very handy! The place was darker than expected as not much natural light besides the bedroom but that cannot be helped. The host only provided the key instructions very close to checkin time. It would have been preferred if it was provided in the morning so we would be aware of how to get in. Soap wasn’t provided but there’s a poundland next door. Overall really good stay only some minor things!
• Chloë (7/5): Overall a great flat and I’d stay again but it needs some attention - Super location with a large variety of restaurants and a market on Saturday. Lewis was easily available and very helpful. Spacious and very quiet. Lovely flat. Unfortunately, the towels didn’t seem fresh and the bathroom needed a good clean. A set of instructions would have been useful so we could have had warm water for showers. The mattress on the bed needs replacing.

• Nikolas (1/5): Bad and Misleading - Good size bathroom and very close to the overground station. Everything else! I wound not give such a bad review if it was only for the not thoroughly clean apartment, the uncomfortable bed with parts falling from it and the lack of attention to detail overall! Although the parking situation and the rude host really pushed me to my limits! They advertise it as a property with parking on site. This is absolutely misleading. I contacted the host before my arrival to ask about the parking space. I was told that I can park across the road on the public space and pay through RingGo! Wow, like I didn’t know to do that myself! Also, parking there is maximum 4 hours, so NO, you shouldn’t advertise this with parking! We were only visited for two nights and this ruined our short break! I would definitely NOT recommend it!
• Paul (8/5): A very successful stay in London and we would stay again - The location was very convenient.The apartment was very spacious and quiet.The bathroom was excellent.Good proximity to tube, buses ,bars and restaurants. The kitchen bench was made of temporary materials and needs to be upgraded. We didn't locate any manual of instruction for the property. This would be useful in terms of the WiFi, the TV and washing machine. Some information about the local area would be welcome eg restaurants, bars, bus stops, etc. With a few small tweaks this apartment could be improved.
• Nicky (8/5): Super flat in funky Shoreditch - Super clear instructions, very easy to retrieve keys and get into the flat. Huge bedroom! Lovely bathroom, well put together kitchen (although I didn't use it). Funky area (go the Verandah cafe just a few doors down, superb, fresh and lovely). It was really quiet too. It's a shame that the entrance & stairs makes you worry before you get into the flat.

The very nice bathroom would benifit from having an anti-slip mat in the bath/shower and a bath mat for stepping out onto the lovely tiled floor. Not a big deal but worth noting. What's not to like. We would happily return if we were looking for a place to stay in East London.

• Shelby (2/5): BROKEN BED-A big disspointment when you can stay amywhere for the same price. - The neighborhood was nice! The bed was broken and not sleepable. From the entrance to the hallway of the apartment was a stink of dirty diapers and glade plug ins plugged in to try and cover it up. Once inside, an array of plug ins all around the house in each room seemed excessive and was completely gross and allergy inducing and not an added touch. I would have rather had a functioning bed and laundry facilities, as thats what we chose an apartment for. We spent time doing maintenance on the washer dryer unit completely backed up with lint and unable to dry clothes. The housekeeper left us damp towels folded up for our use, because they couldnt get the laundry dry either. Just a nasty place , with a nasty caretaker that took no responsibility for the fact the bed was broken upon arrival, despite my detailed and timely documentation, I received no compensation for not receiving a place to sleep. It was unacceptable. I expected a partial refund and instead the property manager was rude and defensive and gave me nothing in return except for an invitation to leave this review if I wanted. Not happy for losing a precious night sleep on our short time in London, when we could have stayed anywhere. The place looked good, from a distance but was a house of cards. The shower drain was also clogged, no fun.

Was another 5 mins away so it was fine just maybe could be a little clearer xx

• Amy (8/5): Nicely done, home from home. - Host Lewis is very good with his communication. Lockbox very easy to locate and get the keys. The flat is modern, clean and airy. It's a great location just afew doors down from Hoxton Hall where we were attending an event. Would highly recommend Rapsa @ 100 Hoxton St - local Filipino restaurant also only afew doors down. The bed was uncomfortable as it seemed like the slats had gone but I believe Lewis will be looking to rectify this.

• Cherene (9/5): Superb - Perfect location. Close to local bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was immaculate and very spacious. Lovely bathroom and bedroom. Bed although very low was so comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again. Couldn't fault the apartment. Only small issue was there was an iron provided which was ideal, but a broken ironing board which could not be used, so needs replacing.
