• Helen (3/5): Though the apartment layout (except bathroom) was pretty good, doubt that I could recommend - The area, Glenelg itself Poor inadequate / inaccurate description on accessing key to apartment Room was noisy due to outside cars / people Inadequate supply of 'conveniences' eg not enough towels considering it was a 6 night stay and one of the towels each we had to use for pool area - in other words 1 towel for 6 days Only one set of bedsheets to last for the 6 nights Yes, admittedly a washing machine was there for use but no way of drying in inclement weather No rubbish bags supplied for kitchen tidy and the little ones for bathroom too flimsy Slide screen door kept coming off runner Shower over bath set up too potentially dangerous for elderly Complimentary 'biscuit wafers' were out of date by 4 months Method of returning key inappropriate / difficult for us (again elderly related couple) ie had to get right down onto ground in car park in darkened area

• Rae (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent. Close to the beach and easy short walk to the tram if you want to venture further afield. Tabitha provided clear instructions on accessing the unit. Unit had everything you needed.
