• Darryl (7/5): Nice place. Could use a bit of maintenance. - Check-in was relatively smooth. The room was clean, quiet, spacious enough and well-decorated. The large bed was quite comfortable and the A/C worked well. There are oodles of excellent restaurants within walking/delivery distance. There is free parking available if need be. And the wi-fi is strong and reliable It was exciting to see a rainfall showerhead only to be disappointed when no rain came out of said showerhead. Merely a slight trickle from the center. The handheld extension had very little pressure and it took a good five minutes for the water to get lukewarm. As well, there is no hose (bum gun) with the toilet. I reckon guests are checking out of Aisha Hotel a lot dirtier than when they checked in.

• Timo (9/5): Cozy and clean - Good quality hotel and really fair price. Very friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable bed. We enjoyed having a smart TV for a few days as well :) wifi works great, location is good, especially if you have checked off your old-quarter-bucket-list. Laundry, shops and restaurants right around the corner.

The room had no hot water, which the hotel did know about, but didn’t tell us and we discovered it only at night (at which point the staff filled up a bathroom with water from kettles). The room had no windows at all even though the listing specified “inner courtyard view”. The staff was very hard to communicate with.
• Thi (10/5): I am completely satisfied. - The room is fully equipped with necessary appliances, clean and quiet. The hotel's layout is friendly but very luxurious. The receptionist welcomes and supports guests very enthusiastically. The hotel has a very convenient location for moving, full view of West Lake. It’s suitable for tourists, working travel, or couple. In the basement, there’s night club and bar. Next by the hotel is spa, coffee shop, gym center, supermarket and a lots of good restaurant. For sure, I will be back here whenever I’m in Hanoi. I have nothing to complain about Aisha House and Apartment
