Guest Reviews
- Fadi (1/5): Didn’t get to stay cause he had some sort racism against me and my religion - He didn’t even accept me cause of my race denied me entry to it He didn’t even accept me cause i don’t what his issue was
- Philippa (7/5): Great location. Great eateries nearby. - Great location Maintenance needs to be done on property. Replace light bulbs. Fix laundry/toilet door.

- Beth (5/5): Time for a fix on this one for the price they are charging. - Location very good, parking was excellent for vehicle Bathroom/Shower floor wasn’t up to standard cleaning wise, no tea bags or coffee pods in kitchen offered. Despite previous response from January’26 by a guest Toilet seat downstairs is still broken and cold tap comes off.
- Colleen (8/5): -
- Seamus (9/5): - Close to railway which is good but the trade-off is that it was a little noisy
- Shantelle (10/5): -
- Erin (7/5): -
- Meg (10/5): We had a fantastic time, great communication from the property, we will stay here again. - The location and the loft itself are fantastic! The only thing would be that I found the downstairs bed a little hard, but that might be perfect for someone else.
- Dempsey (10/5): - Location was great.
- Sam (8/5): -
- Fiona (9/5): Sensational location and city building views plus everything included for a comfortable stay. - The aesthetic is fabulous, utilitarian chic in black, white and soft greys with popping red accents. The conversion uses so many different textures. The photo above does not show the full extent of the walls. The multiple textures and tasteful decor work well together.
Sensible things such as a continuous hob in the bathroom are elegant and practical. Vertical subway tiles mesh well with the floor to feature wall tiling.
The TV is easy to use and doubles as an artwork.
The property is very well managed, especially helping guests deal with the security of entry and exit typical of inner city living. It is a joy to be told to leave things and not pre-clean on departure.
The views are sensational, 180 degree across the Melbourne city vista. We couldn’t work the air conditioning but solved hot rooms by opening some windows and setting the many fans in motion.
- Gary (8/5): Clean, good location and good communication with the host, who was very helpful with our parking - Convenient for our weekend plans, comfortable furnishings and clean. Host was very helpful Little annoyances like a broken toilet seat, broken laundry tap handle (cold)
- Melanie (10/5): Absolutely stunning - I recently stayed at a New York-style apartment and had an amazing experience! The apartment was beautifully designed, blending modern aesthetics with charming vintage touches. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning view.
Host was incredibly helpful.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy the vibrant energy of Richmond with a cozy and stylish retreat! N/A
- Stephen (9/5): Great amenity, great location - Loved the location to the sporting precinct, local shops and transport. The owners communication and care was above and beyond expectation. Nothing
- Amberley (10/5): Absolutely amazing, such a cool loft! The host had some great restaurant suggestions! :) - Super easy and clear instructions Nothing!
- Reshma (7/5): Good - Great location. Great shower. Comfortable beds. No windows blinds or curtains in the bedroom on the ground floor. This bedroom was enclosed in a clear plastic and was opposite huge windows without any coverings. It made it very difficult to sleep.
Blinds were broken in the third bedroom.
The door of the powder room could not be closed fully. It seemed to be off its rails. It was very difficult to move. There was no soundproofing. You could hear noises from the other apartments very easily.
There was no wifi despite free wifi being advertised in the listing.
When I sent a msg to Ash about the wifi. There was no reply.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -

- Sally (7/5): Amazing location if visiting AAMI park for a concert (only 10 minute walk). - Location was close to AAMI concert venue and great cafes and restaurants. Funky apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Host was amazing and let us check in at 11.30am when we arrived and looked after our bags until we needed to go to the airport. Bedroom downstairs really needed blinds as we were all awake at 5.30am with the light coming through the windows. There was no Tea and coffee facilities and a tea towel and hand towels at the basin would be a plus.
- Lindsay (9/5): Cool city stay - We had a great Melbourne adventure staying at this very cool Richmond Apartment. The location was excellent, very close to the main train station plus lots of restaurants, cafe and bars nearby. The huge windows made a great view over the city. With 3couples and a single we thought there were two showers, however the downstairs bathroom was a toilet only. Due to the warehouse style of the apartment it took a while to heat up and only one wall heater was working.
- Martin (10/5): A great location near the buzzing Swan Street and the MCG. Very comfortable and modern. - Spacious and modern. Great location.
- Mathew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kate (10/5): Perfect location - We had an amazing time. We were in the city for a concert at Rod Laver Arena and this apartment is the perfect location. It was clean and spacious and Ashley was very accommodating with our needs.
- Antoinette (9/5): Fantastic host of an apartment in a very walkable area. - Excellent and clear instructions by the host, walking distance to great cafes and restaurants as well as the stadium Beds were a bit small, took a bit to warm up the apartment
- Lucy (10/5): great place, great tips and great location - The location was excellent - we travelled to watch the Womens World Cup and the stadium was in walking distance. Our host also gave great tips for close coffee and eating places. The only thing that was missing was a drying rack for when we did washing but we managed without one
- Bernadette (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, easy walk to the MCG and great eating options just around the corner. Ash was a very responsive and helpful host.

- Ashleigh (10/5): High-end luxury apartment close to the Richmond nightlife. - The communication and constant updates of our stay were incredible by Ash. The apartment was very modern, with excellent features. We asked to check in early and Ash was extremely accommodating for us. The apartment was clean and had really high-end products for bathrooms and kitchen. It felt like we were stepping into a lux-warehouse apartment in NYC. Fantastic location only minutes from the train station and Richmond's nightlife.
