• Rengifo Zambrano (9/5): Buen servicio la atención de la chica de recepcion super amable y cortes, excelente ubicacion - La ubicación del resort es super recomendada todo queda cerca máximo a 15 20 minutos de los parques y outlets principales. La habitación super cómoda para una familia de tres, contaba con todo lo basico pero super bueno. No me gusto que no llegaron a limpiaron la habitación

Me.gusto tambien la.ubicacion. a 8-10 mins de Disney Springs y a 15 mins de Universal. No tenia ollas y sarten, raro. Pero lo solucionaron, en 15 mins me trajeron.

Havia pó de café e filtro. Detergente e esponja disponíveis. Sabão em pó para máquina de lavar roupa disponível também! Precisei de secador de cabelo e foi logo disponibilizado. Área de lazer parecia ser agradável, porém não tivemos tempo. Ficamos no prédio 14. Havia algum tipo de gerador que fazia barulho o tempo todo. Porém nosso apartamento ficava com o quarto pro outro lado então com as portas fechadas não tivemos problemas. Porém outros quartos deste prédio podem ter.

• caroline (10/5): Hotel justo e entrega o que se propõe - Cama confortável, estacionamento fácil, quarto com boa manutenção, oferecem itens básicos de limpeza como sabão para lavar roupas. Além disso, tbm deixam café disponível para ser feito na máquina tbm oferecida no quatro. Cozinha toda equipada. Mesmo não tendo limpeza diária, poderiam ter trocado as toalhas de banho, de piso e de rosto ao longo da estadia.
• Asmita (10/5): Excellent - I revel stayed at Westgate Blue Tree Resort with my family and has a very enjoyable stay. The location is nice, close to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping mall. Everything was clean and well maintained the beds were comfy. The resort was much better than shown in the pictures. The resort offer variety of amenities like basketball court, volleyball, arcade and gym. Everything was perfect 👌🏼 Nothing to complain about.

When I booked through you guys my confirmation receipt said that ALL Resort fees were included in my purchase price. When I checked out they emailed me my receipt and it tells me that I have a balance of $112 in Resort Fees.

• Ricardo San (10/5): Férias - Acomodação estilo apartamento com dois quartos e dois banheiros. Ter dois banheiros foi ótimo. A cozinha era boa e dava para preparar o café da manhã e demais refeições. Chuveiro muito bom. Havia estacionamento amplo e atendimento foi muito bom. Nada a reclamar.

• Kamil (10/5): Westgate is my new home away from home. - The resort really exceeded my expectations. Ive stayed in a Westgate hotel, but this location was truly amazing. And the staff members was friendly and nice. This will be place to stay every time I vocation in Orlando. Everything was GREAT!
• Emily (10/5): Comfortable hidden gem for Disney weekend - We stayed close to the clubhouse and really enjoyed the proximity to the pool and other amenities. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom upon arrival and our room was one of the nicest accommodations we have stayed in as a family. The room had everything we needed - in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. This is so small, but we had towels labeled for the pool in our room and they were so tiny. We weren’t sure where to get bigger pool towels, but we made it work and it wasn’t truly that big of a deal.

• Mindy (8/5): - It was in a good location. The room itself was pretty nice. Bed was comfy. It smelled like mildew in the condo. The air had a hard time working. Our first night there I woke up sweating. The room was 84 degrees even though it was set on 70. They said something about it being on a chiller system. They did bring me a fan. They did not have ceiling fans. The staff were not super helpful. We actually called about the air when we first got there and they said they were sending maintenance but they never showed up. When I called because it was 84 degrees the girl seemed annoyed that I was calling and they had to bring me a fan.

• Melissa (10/5): weekend trip - First off, our room was fantastic. I don't think I actually got the room I had originally booked, lol, but we are not complaining. I reserved a 1 bedroom but received a room with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. It was absolutely amazing. We loved it and hated to leave. Our flight was scheduled to fly home Sunday evening into a massive snow storm and we were concerned that it would be delayed/canceled. The front desk staff (Ericka) was very accommodating and allowed us to have a complementary late check out and we had arranged to stay an extra night if needed. As it was, we flew home as scheduled but it was nice to have the peace of mind that we could stay in the same room if needed and not have to change rooms. There are two properties in the same spot and they both are named Blue Tree, so make sure you are at the correct one! If I have to say anything negative it was that the water pressure in the shower was minimal, but that is to be expected for a large complex. Otherwise, no complaints at all. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff at check-in were extremely pleasant The A/C in the room did not function correctly. Room would not cool below 77 degrees so it was difficult to sleep. Contacted the front office and was told there was nothing they could do and suggested we shut the unit off and open the patio door because it was cool outside. We did not feel safe sleeping with a patio door open so we just made the best since we were only there 2 nights. Although the resort was very nice, We most likely would not recommend anyone to stay somewhere that has little interest in customers comfort!
