Struttura al quinto piano con ascensore, posizione perfetta.. a quattro passi dalla metro,su una graziosa piazzetta ove vi era tutto ( panettiere, supermercato, farmacia, gelateria, ecc..) Bel terrazzo che purtroppo non abbiamo sfruttato, casa con 2 bagni e due camere da letto.. Soggiorno accogliente con ampia vetrata. .. purtroppo chi ci ha preceduto non è stato rispettoso.. Il forno non funzionava, il microonde solo alla minima potenza.. Sinceramente avrei preferito più pulizia ( divano, tende, cuscini, muri..).. Magari qualche quadro nella cameretta migliorerebbe l'ambiente.. Materassi duri e cuscini inconsistenti.. Ma la posizione ha compensato, perché con due bambini il plus è stato quello!!

• Ελενη (8/5): - Πολύ κεντρικό διαμέρισμα δίπλα σε στάση μετρό! Το ένα δωμάτιο με τα δύο κρεβάτια παρά πολύ μικρό για παιδιά. Όμορφο διαμέρισμα σε ήσυχη περιοχή.

• Mark (1/5): Avoid - dirty and complicated check-in - The property is well located. - Not as advertised in pictures - Check-in was a terrible process that involved a check-in questionnaire, and the host meeting us >2 hr late - Bathroom was filthy - Host argued with neighbour upon arrival
• Hua (7/5): Good - Location is great. Nice neighborhood. Spacious room. 1. In person check in that we have to wait for the agent to arrive and give us keys. 2. No shampoo, conditioner. There is only body wash provided. 3. There is coffee machine but no coffee pods provided. 4. The carpet looks not clean. 5. We were asked to bring garbage bags out by ourselves during checkout. I think this should be included in the one time cleaning fee. (Even though we didn’t have time for it and they said it was OK).
• Mohamed (6/5): Short but sweet - The location The property wasn’t value for money. It was priced at the same region with other centrally located hotels hence would recommend the latter for the future. The apartment isn’t well lit and the hallways and rooms appear very dingy. Even though advertised as a 2 bedroom kindly note that the second room can only accommodate children as it’s a bunk bed setup moreover the room is quite small. The location is pretty much the only major pro this property has got going for it. If priced slightly better it would be ideal.
• Lilach (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay. the Company's service was excellent, the apartment is in a perfect location if you want to be near everything but necessarily in the hustle and bustle. Great coffee just outside the building and a variety of restaurants all around. the place was spotless and spacious. I highly recommend staying here.
• Mateva (9/5): Superb - Perfect communication, clean and cosy apartment, perfectly suitable for a family of four members, excellent location.
• Sergey (10/5): Everything was great - Great location. 100 meters to the metro. But it was quiet and cozy nearby. Everything we needed was there. It was convenient with a baby stroller because there are no thresholds at the entrance, and there is an elevator in the metro. We used metro rare during our week jorney because we walked a lot but twice when we were tired we came home by metro and it was very suitable
• Vessela (9/5): Superb - The location was good and accessible. The communication with the property management company was perfect. The demand of personal data is concerning and the support provide by Booking.com was ridiculous and awful.
• Ionel (10/5): Will come back ! - Excelent apartment for a family, 10 Min walk from the center and Rambla, 15 min leisure walk to Sagrada. Good facilities, a lot of parkings around.
