- Simon (8/5): Great property & exceptionally clean. Just need to be a little considered re comms with guests - Property was well located for our planned family trip. Bedrooms were very generous and the cleanliness of the complex exceeded our expectations. Easy access to lock box for access Queried whether a hair dryer was available on behalf of my sister & was greeted with brand new hair dryer in box upon arrival There was way too much back & forth re no party policy. I explained our family was travelling to attend a funeral for a member of our immediate family - yet multiple times I was asked to engage re no party policy even after explanation. Was also told I would have $ 1000 HOLD to credit card for damages - again never communicated untik after booking was made. After check out and sending ALL requested photos through re key return and bins emptied etc. I was phoned multiple times to ask to action even though this and been completed already to requested number provided. Also never reimbursed fee credit promised to take bins out ?

- maggie (9/5): - Every room is very spacious, especially for just six people. The only drawback is that the parking spaces are too small, so larger vehicles need to be very careful when entering and exiting. Overall, it's quite satisfactory. Parking too small.
- Steph (10/5): Good location for our needs in Brisbane. Would happily stay here again. - Location nice and close to shops and a short drive into the city. Very large bedrooms. Kitchen area was very warm. A fan would make this space more comfortable if spending more time in the kitchen/dining area. Minor problem to have though!

- Kevin Alo (10/5): Perfect Family Stay. Spacious, Well-Equipped, and thoughtfully hosted - We had an absolutely wonderful five-night stay at this property with our big family. The apartment was super spacious, clean, and very child-friendly, it felt like a home away from home. From the beginning, the team was responsive, courteous, and incredibly helpful. We had requested additional pillows before arrival, and they delivered them without fuss. Big shout out to Olivia Harris, their superstar host, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed: A full kitchen which made it easy to cook meals All bathrooms stocked with essentials Extra linen, sheets, and covers for guests An indoor jacuzzi (which we didn’t use, but it’s a great feature to have) The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, with local shops just a 5 to 10-minute walk away or literally 2 minutes by Uber. It was the ideal location for our family, with plenty of space for the kids and a very welcoming atmosphere. We also appreciated the little things: we vacuumed before we left, cleared all rubbish, and left the towels neatly folded in the living room for collection it was the least we could do after such a great stay. We’ll absolutely be booking again in the future. Highly recommended! Please stay here We liked everything!

- Ella (9/5): Clean and super comfortable & location is perfect coz it’s very close to the shops and restaurants - Clean, spotless and comfortable The weeds that surrounded the yard. After we hang up the laundry. We end up pulling out the spikey weeds all over the clothes i The place is great but the weeds are uncontrollably bad so sorry for that but hopefully this will help you to get rid of them
