• Greg (6/5): Good location. - The cost of the accomodation and the comfort of the room Don't be close to the Gym as people start using weights just after 6am, so a bit noisy. The room also didn't have any coat hangers just hooks, which is a bit difficult when requiring a suit. Not a great view out of the window - just a wall.

• Anisha (10/5): Fantafabulous ! - The property is very close to CBD and convenient to get about. The room was clean and well maintained. Especially the bathrooms which I’m usually particular about was very clean and the bedroom was really comfortable. Staff was extremely hospitable and the overall stay was a great first experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family and would also visit again. Would be nice if the reception was a bit more inviting. While I was waiting for my cabs it would’ve been nice to have a seat. I also wished there was bedroom slippers and robes to get into after a long work day.

Baderommet lignet et handicap bad, med spesialtilpasset wc og dusj. Veldig stygt og sterilt uten oppbevaring eller flisbelagt. Rommet ble betegnet som «Deluxe». Veldig ironisk.

• Kristin (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, vieles fussläufig erreichbar. Es war sehr sauber und das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Einzelzimmer ist wirklich sehr sehr klein, mit Koffer und Handgepäck im Zimmer kommt man kaum ums Bett ins Badezimmer. Aber wie gebucht: petit:) Koffer hinlegen geht nicht. Wenn man sich dessen bewusst ist: wirklich ein schönes und sauberes Stadthotel.
• Preeti (7/5): - The location was convenient to public transportation and very central. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, room size was as described in the listing. The gym equipment was also sufficient. Staff were friendly and helped quickly replace the bedside lamp that wasn't working. The air in room 608 was uncomfortably humid, despite setting the air-conditioner to dry mode. I would suggest that a de-humidifier be added. Additionally there is quite a large gap under the door. Aside from being a privacy/security concern, this also means hallway light and noise from both the open stairwell and the elevator just outside the room door can be disruptive during the night. When I used the gym, the air-conditioning was not working, and it doesn't have windows for alternative ventilation.

• Jaime (8/5): - Beds are comfortable, the small couch and table are also handy to work and relax. The location is also ideal when using public transportation. The peep hole of the door has no cover. So the light of the corridor bleeds into the room. A microwave would also have been nice.

• Segers (8/5): Worth the stay and highly advise couples looking for a two night stay, this js your affordable place - The room was small however for two people it worked out fine. Given we were out most of the time. By the time we spent time in the room and especially some quality time together the room suited our needs. The little seated area was fun to use and fun to chill in. If there could be more towels and possible some sports or movie channels.

Also I noticed the beds were not made properly when my room was "refreshed."

• Patrick13140 (8/5): Super contents, le côté humain de l'accueil - Gabriel à l'accueil qui a été exceptionnel et ses collègues aussi, nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il était prêt de l'appartement de notre fille, ce n'est pas un grand hôtel, pas de lobby, pas de restaurant, mais c'est calme du côté opposé à la rue Clarence et surtout, c'est trés bien placé et pas cher, propre et cela nous a convenu comme les petites attentions lors du séjour. le fait que les petits dej ne sont pas dispo dans l'hôtel et qu'il n'y ait pas de lobby digne de ce nom mais c'était le deal.

• Guest (5/5): Good location but I would not recommend - The staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful. The bathroom was a good size although lacked space for washbags/toiletries. The breakfast is provided at an adjoining cafe and is not the usual hotel buffet but limited menu. However, they had toast and eggs, which was all I needed so I was happy. The room was dusty, especially at higher level, for example the statement light fitting. The carpet was ragged but my room was a wheelchair room so that might account for it. The curtains are not blackout. When I arrived I had been allocated a top floor room lit by a rooflight with an inadequate blind. (I was moved to a larger room downstairs, which I was grateful for.) The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were hard. Outside the building looks poorly maintained with vegetation growing out of the walls and what looks like a boarded up shop front.
• Cheryl (10/5): Great stay in the Sydney CBD - The room was not overly big but it had all the comforts we needed - the bed was super comfy and the shower was awesome. We stayed on Level 5 and there was no noise so we were able to sleep exceptionally well. The location was perfect as it was easy walking to everything we needed to see and do in the CBD. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The positioning of the TV in relation to the bed made it difficult to watch comfortably but this would not deter us from staying again.

• Heiko (9/5): gut erreichbares Stadthotel - Das Zimmer und das Bad waren geräumig. Im Kühlschrank konnte man die Utensilien fürs Frühstück deponieren, für die Kapselmaschine gab es kostenlose Kaffee-Kapseln. Die Lage war perfekt, um in der Innenstadt alle Ziele fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Metrostationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die "Rezeption" ist ein kleines Stehboard, an dem tagsüber immer jemand ansprechbar ist. Die Koffer konnte man am Abreisetag noch bis zum Nachmittag sicher deponieren. Es gab im Bad und auch im Zimmer nur wenige Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen oder Abstellen von Gegenständen. Das Fenster war verschlossen, trotzdem war die Straße zu hören, die Klimaanlage war relativ laut.

• Matthias Grziwa (2/5): Sehr enttäuscht. Abzocke. - Gute Lage. Zu Fuß ist viel erreichbar. Freundliches Personal. Extrem schmales Zimmer, sehr beengt (nur ca. 2 m breit und ca. 7m lang). Man kommt nur mit Verrenkungen ins Bett. Kein Schrank, kein Safe. Recht laut. Für solch ein erschreckend schlechtes Zimmer viel zu teuer. Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Man muss noch zusätzlich Kreditkartengebühren bezahlen aber Barzahlung, um das zu umgehen, wird nicht akzeptiert.

• Moni (9/5): Convenient, clean and quiet in the CBD - It was a very nice, clean, refurbished boutique hotel. Very quiet, didn't hear any other guests at all and the room was even bigger than I originally anticipated. For 2 people, it was amazing and very worth the deal we got by booking in advance. This is not so much on the property at all, but for me as a traveler I like to be a bit closer to the action. Don't get me wrong, The Clarence is still pretty close, but will requiring some walking around to get to the most convenient Train station.
• Jeni (7/5): - room 408 was small and no view but I was by myself and not in the room much so didn't really matter. I was concerned that it was just beside the elevator when I arrived but didn't hear any noise from the elevator or hallway at all - it could use a door "snake"to block light and noise from the bottom of the dooor - I just rolled up a towel and put it there. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was good pressure and hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No wardrobe or space to put your suitcase or in the bathroom for your toiletries. You had to walk sideways to get around the bed. Room is too small for two people especially for the cost. No onsite bar or cafe. Gym is very small.

The room (Superior Queen Room) was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The windows are not very insulating, and in the morning the road gets noisy (we were on the 4th floor). The cleaning was subpar. There was a layer of dust on the legs of the bedside table and the daily cleaning was superficial. crumbs and clipped fingernails remained on the floors for days. The bathroom could use some more shelves/space for personal items

In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Bars. Die Mitarbeitern waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. - für uns war es super
