The room service breakfast was excellent, always delivered on time and with care. The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and always greeting us with a smile. It was also very easy to arrange tours and transportation through the hotel, which made exploring the area stress-free. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Great Pyramids, offering not only convenience but also a chance to see the real Egypt beyond the usual tourist spots. A special thanks to Adeel for making our stay even more memorable. His personalized tours, kind attention, and even hosting us for dinner made a lasting impression.
