• Wong (8/5): - Nice location near local cafes, shops, and a transport hub; an excellent collection of books for children and local history; clean facilities; sun-filled rooms; and a balcony. The host is prompt to help with all the inquiries. It will be better to have a dishwasher.
• Adrian (10/5): Very Pleasant , would like to stay again - The host had an extremely wide range of breakfast items, milk types, coffee types and a note that if what was needed was not there to give her a call and other can be arranged. The 3 rooms have all you need , and there is a nice porch, (if the temp isn't negative) Moss vale is a great historic place to stay and visit Fitzroy falls, Robertson etc. Nothing not to like
• Shelley (10/5): Perfect Weekend Away - The host was very attentive, the place was exceptionally clean, and very very well stocked!! The beds were extremely comfortable.. some of the best I've ever experienced whilst away. There were many many food options for breakfast, plus extra for snacks, which was very much appreciated on a long weekend when most shops/supermarkets were closed. The bathroom also has everything you could possibly need, and the place had games, entertainment for all ages! We loved our stay, and will be back again! I have nothing bad to say about the place! We loved it!
• Cas (6/5): Convenient but cluttered with no lounge area - Close to shops and cafes. Quiet. No lounge room. And no mention that of no lounge room. All the rooms were cluttered. Too much stuff. Pillows were hard. No warning about possible power outage with multiple items plugged into power boards.
• Anna (8/5): - Very beautiful peaceful setting close to all amenities. Lovely country style decor king bedroom ultra cosy 2 generous size bedside tables and perfect size TV.. MaIn bedroom also has lockable door for added security. Balcony looks out to beautiful lush garden very peaceful. Breakfast nook and breakfast table in single bed room, very clean bathroom with shampoo & conditioner, moisturizer and wonderful hot shower and bath tub. Host is lovely and quickly addresses any concerns even allowed for 11am checkout. Overall enjoyed our stay.
• Lindsay (1/5): Not so comfortable stay. - The location was good. The kitchenette is a microwave only and some breakfast supplies. The description did not meet what was in the so called apartment. This is not an apartment, there is no kitchen, no lounge area to relax. Also the other tenant has complete access to the 3 bedrooms, which made us feel unsafe and vulnerable (although she was away for that weekend, but we were told she might be back during our stay).

• Melanie (10/5): - We had a great stay at the French Boutique Loft Apartment. It was stylish, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was convenient and quiet, the communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.
• Shannon (6/5): Less pillows, less furniture would give more space, and easier to clean. - Location, quiet, bed comfortable, huge number of toiletries. Eclectic decorations and furniture good. Just too much and pictures not placed properly, in one day this place could be an 8.0 with cleaning and rearranging. Amount of unnecessary furniture, no where to place suitcases, nice balcony for one bedroom-should punch out another sliding door for master bedroom. Dusty and screens didn't work. Really a coffee bar, with little breakfast. No aircon and each room should have small fridge. Really hot during heatwave. Full time tenant bossy to owner and us (visitors).
• kathleen (9/5): Long weekend in Mossy - Love the quirky decor, plenty of space, lovely surroundings, good tv, nice array of breakfast items. Great hot water. Upstairs deck was great for an evening vino The pillows were too hard for my liking but that is a really individual thing.

• Lisa (7/5): Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation in lovely private setting. - Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely quiet setting in a private house, and the location was great. Many goodies were provided including various breakfast provisions, an assortment of teas and coffees and yummy biscuits/shortbreads. Microwave, toaster and kettle were provided. The host was friendly and on hand if needed. We were not able to use the washing machine during our stay (listed in the property details).
• Nicholas (10/5): Clean, tidy, spacious accommodation with a thoughtful and kind host. - The location was great, very central within town. The host was quick to respond to emails and provided sufficient information regarding check in, facilities, additional support or questions if needed. The rooms were spacious, bedding was very comfortable and the additional provided supplies (condiments, chilled items) really helped once we had arrived. The host was aware we had children coming and provided some additional toys and activities to keep them busy whilst we were in the accommodation. This is definitely a place I recommend for stays within Moss Vale.

• Lyn (6/5): Not what it seems!!! - Great location close to the township and golf club. Very comfortable and cosy beds. Bedrooms have a lovely outlook over the garden! "Apartment"....certainly not! The "kitchenette" is actually in one of the bedrooms (single rm)! The dining table is in the twin rm! All rooms tho furnished with beautiful French decor are cluttered, leaving no space for baggage! Every surface of furniture has books etc on it leaving no room for personal belongings! Cupboards have multiple linen peices stuffed in them leaving minimal room for hanging clothes! Not all rooms can be locked so security could be an issue when multiple guests are booked! You have to walk through the twin rm to access the balcony overlooking the garden!!
• David (7/5): Desite some points that prevent us from giving a very high score the stay was a pleasant one. - The rich decoration of the rooms- plenty of good quality framed pictures, good colour schemes, a lovely roofed balcony for good weather days, an excellent bathroom with easily used, plain old-fashioned shower taps, good interchangeable heaters for each room, and very quiet and pleasant location. The supply of food for breakfast and morning and afternoon tea snacks was generous and there were plenty of plates and items of cutlery. The apartment was good for a a three-day stay for a married man and wife but the other bedrooms have to shared with cooking and dining activities. The main bed cover in the main bedroom was a bit heavy and could have been warmer but we did finds blankets that solved the problem), litlle hanging space for or cupboard space for clothes, no comfortable easy chairs or sofa. One defect we thought was the lack of a kitchen- there was only a microwave oven, a toaster and electric jugs.
• Margaret (7/5): Good accommodation option for a family - Nice styling of rooms, good host. No common area for a group to eat and socialise except for an outside verandah through one of the bedrooms.
• Cody (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable and charming. - The host was very accomodating and the kitchenette and breakfast facilities were great. With some nice snacks for the kids.
• Kaylene (9/5): Superb - Fabulous host, beds super comfy, location was central to our travel area.
• Cheryl (5/5): Passable - Yard was untidy mess. Not as photos depicted. Driveway difficult to drive in and out of on blind spot. Rooms were very cluttered with odds and sods of furniture. Making it difficult to make our way around bed. Carpet was wrinkled in bedroom causing a trip hazard. Lots of powerboats everywhere. Had not realised there was extra fee for dog. What I did like was the amount of amenities on offer very generous. In terms of tea coffee and breakfast cereals. Bedding was very confortable. Host was very pleasant telling us where things were in town. Close to town centre and golf club.

• Cheryl (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location. - The location was excellent with a short walk to the centre of town. The view from the Loft Apartment verandah was beautiful filled with trees and birds. We had breakfast there every morning. The host was very helpful and friendly, providing extra fruit during the 9 night stay. Cant think of anything.

• John (8/5): A very pleasant stay.. - Everything you needed for your stay was supplied, very generous… owner was very attentive asking if we needed anything. The kitchenette was very poor, needs to be upgraded.

• Miranda (9/5): Superb - Beautifully finished and thoughtfully laid out with so many provisions and touches to make my stay so easy and mostly comfortable. The bed was AMAZING. Probably the most comfy I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom had so many thoughtful touches, as did the mini kitchen area. I didn’t love that the upstairs part of the property isn’t fully separated or secured from the downstairs and main house. Yes it’s a separate wing, but fully accessible by the stairs. This may not be a problem for some people, but as someone who’s extremely security conscious, I just felt slightly uneasy the whole stay knowing that whoever was staying downstairs could, if they wanted to, enter the space I was staying in upstairs.
