Susisiekus su savininku pakartotinai, jis nurodė pečių nustatyti kitaip. Tuomet viskas veikė, tačiau patalpose pasidarė per karšta. Bijojome, kad šildymas vėl neveiks, todėl pečiaus nustatymų nebekeitėme. * nėra užklotų/pledų, tik užvalkalai

• Boglarka (3/5): - It was close to the centre. A couple of days after leaving the property , me and I mom both had rashes all over our body. Went to the GP and I’ve been told I have scrapie bites on me, so now having to use steroid creams for 2 weeks and antihistamine for the itching. I STRONGLY ADVISE A DEEP CLEAN to the home owner. This has unfortunately ruined the whole experience.

Fácil comunicação com o administrador, que foi gentil em guardar nossos malas antes do checkin, no checkout não foi possível, porém indicou um local a poucos metros. Siamo dovuti uscire a comprarci la carta igienica perché si sono dimenticati di fornircela.

• Glenda (6/5): Excellent location! - The location is EXCELLENT. When you step out of the bldg, metro station is there. Few more steps, you are in the Duomo Square. A lot of shops and resto around. There is no ready hot water. We don't know that there is a boiler that you have to switch on. We were able to use hot water the next day of our stay. The bedroom is dark even when the lights are on. We were expecting a washing machine as pictured but none. The shower room is clogged, you have to wait few min for the water to sink down.

Faltó limpieza en la cocina sobre todo en el refrigerador y hervidor que tenía mucho sarro. El baño también sentimos que le faltaba algo de limpieza y debajo de los muebles está lleno de pelusas.

• Simone (5/5): Tolle Lage, wenig Schlaf und schlimmes Bad. - Tolle Lage Leider war es sehr laut, sogar in der Nacht. Es ist schwierig, Schlaf zu finden. Das Badezimmer war unterirdisch. Klobrille und Spülkasten defekt. Waschbecken läuft nicht ab. Dusche ebenfalls und Temperatureinstellung nahezu unmöglich. Für 2 Nächte war es ok.

WC- Spülung - Abdeckung war defekt, WC- Ring war lose, Dusche wurde während dem Duschen plötzlich heiss. Es war sehr laut in der Nacht. Nachbarshund hat ständig gebellt.

Grave disagio per la mancanza di acqua calda durante tutto il soggiorno. L’host ha garantito uno sconto del 50% per i disservizi, ma non ha mai provveduto a riconoscerlo tramite Booking.com. Esperienza molto deludente.

Zeker de moeite waard voor een weekje er tussen uit. aan de buitenrand van de stad parkeren. Metro om de hoek. Parkeren in de stad was een probleem ivm opbrekingen. verbinding parkeergarage buitenrand tot centrum no problem met de metro. Zeker de moeite waard. dochekop defect, toiletbril paste niet op toilet. was iets minder

• Amin (6/5): Lage ist super mit einem riesigen ABER! - Die Lage Das Bad war sehr unsauber. Die Dusche ist verschimmelt, Duschkopf ist komplett kaputt und das Klo war unsauber. Dieses Bad-Erlebnis soll keiner in seinem Leben machen. Außerdem die Lage ist ganz toll, ABER Tagsüber (viel los) und Nachts (Putzkräfte) ist es sehr laut. Da die Zimmern direkt über die Hauptstraße sind könnte man kaum schlafen. Darüberhinaus gab es direkt an der Straße eine große Baustelle, die täglich morgens um halb sieben angefangen haben

• Anonymous (10/5): Almost perfectly - The aparment have a very good location all of the sight is very close to this , the metro station is about 1 minute , and the duome is about 1 minute. The owner of aparment allows to us to check earlier and check out later . The mattress to bed was lying out , and little bit is dirt in the house.
• Cecilia (10/5): Super location, super management company - The location is unbeatable, Duomo Milano is just right at the corner. Best bakery is within 2 minutes walk. The property manager is incredible, she sends us a detailed video on how to access to our flat. She even helped us to arrange a taxi pick up for our morning flight. The property itself has no issue, but there’s garbage car coming in the morning which will make the noise.

• Melissa (3/5): Great location, disappointing condition - Location excellent - clean sheets Lack of cleanliness, mouldy bathroom, bath mat mouldy, ill fitting toilet lid, broken lock in toilet. Coffee cups still dirty with dried coffee, kettle and coffee machine crystallised and sludge- not cleaned for a very long time, only 2 wine glasses one smashed in the cupboard, cockroach in the bedroom, apartment very warm and had to message a few times to find air con remotes that didn’t have batteries. If a little bit of maintenance and a good cleans was done this would be a great apartment, the way it is at the moment I wouldn’t recommend.
• Harika (9/5): Comfortable large apartment in the best possible location! 🥰 - The location can’t be better. Perhaps the best in Milan, just steps away from the Duomo (the cathedral) and in five minutes walking distance to La Scala. Warm apartment, when it was really cold outside. It’s in a beautiful old building. Thus, the elevator is in an awkward location. The owner send detailed information with a video. You need to climb one flight of stairs, which might be challenging if you have luggage. It’s best to push for second floor in the elevator, because then you’d need to climb three steps, as opposed to walk down 26. There wasn’t a washing machine as mentioned in the room description and not in the bathroom, but the place was really comfortable. It would also help for the owner to provide additional garbage bags as it was required to separate the plastics, bottles, and paper. We only had one spare bag to use for plastics and left the bottles and a couple of paper items next to the trash bin in the closet under the sink.
• Dejan (1/5): Worst expiriance ever! Avoid this scam of apartment - Worst experience ever, avoid this apartment scam Worst experience ever since I travel. First, the pictures of the apartment are not the same as in reality The entrance to the building, the corridors, the staircase is catastrophic. In order to get to the elevator, which is outside, you need to go through a corridor of about 70 meters and 2 big levels of stairs, so if you have a lot of luggage, you are in trouble. The elevator is not working. For a stay of 3 nights, it worked only once The apartment is terribly small, the walls are dirty. There is no light in the bathroom, so we had to bring a lamp from the bedroom to have one. We did not bathe for 3 days because the shower cabin is extremely dirty and full of mold. The lid of the toilet salt is loose, as is the holder for the toilet paper. The bedrooms are not heated at all, only the entrance part of the apartment. The kitchen is under some stairs and is not like in the pictures. The mattress on the bed is too soft, as if it were made of an ordinary sponge When we wrote to the owner, he did not even respond to the fact that there was no light, nor that he did not leave enough towels, and we paid for 3 people. We asked him to fix our basic things at least, they were not interested in that, they didn't even answer calls or messages. Terrible experience! The location is ok, but it's for nothing when you sleep in something that isn't even the level of a hostel, or even worse The entrance to the building itself is dark and unsafe. It is incomprehensible that someone charges for this and does not pay for the basic things for staying in the apartment, plus he posts different pictures and he did not even post the entrance to the building and the arrival to the apartment, because if what was shown, we would not have taken the apartment even if we had received it for free Most horrible experience ever. We would pu more pictures that booking allow it , so future customer could know what they expect.

• Michele (7/5): Great Location but some serious attention to amenities needed - The location is great. The washing machine didn't work, the toilet seat was ill fitting and very loose, the compact living area needs a small couch, the television didn't work and should've been in the living area and not in the bedroom. Some of the general housekeeping needs more attention like the coffee container was empty and hadn't been replenished, no tea towels to dry dishes, etc. This is a pity as it is in a great location but some serious attention to amenities/ detail needed.

Self checkin, nothing personal or nice touches like other Airbnbs used.

• Mia (8/5): Good value for money in a perfect location - Perfect location for city vacation! Right next to Duomo square. clean, comfortable beds. Restaurant tip : we got the best food during our 4-day vacation at the restaurant opposite the accommodation, where we usually went for breakfast. On the day of departure, we decided to have lunch at the same place and had the best food of our trip to Milan. (opposite the street, to the right, at the intersection at the end of the block Bar Mercurio) It took a long time to get information on how to get to the apartment. I sent many messages and I was quite nervous because it was already evening and the information had still not been received. The fact that there was only one key in use was a bit inconvenient. The loud noise of the trams early in the morning was horrible. It's like sleeping outside next to the highway. Would changing the windows help? Only a one big sheet as a blanket, so only the other one slept under the sheet :D Good to know : not suitable for people with reduced mobility because a lot of stairs.

It is an older apartment, but everything was in good working order and we were comfortable. You do have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the elevator. The WiFi was not very good in the apartment.

A short walk from the Duomo and the metro station which makes it incredibly easy to get to from the train station - Milano Centrale. The staff are so wonderful and flexible!! The toilet sink was sucked and water was not running. The host didn't share the invoice for the payment of the city tax evethough we paid.

Written and called the host but did not respond until late afternoon the next day. So we had to go out to find a laundromat outside. Even then the washer was not fixed during our stay.The rooms were also cold. Location was good but unfortunately we did not have a good experience.
• Jeanie (4/5): Clean, basic accommodations more suited for a group of young travelers perhaps. - The location was minutes from the Duomo. The apartment was what I would call basic. Kind of like a college dorm. Very clean and bed was comfy. The apartment is dark. No sitting area. Bathroom needs updating-mold in shower and the toilet started leaking on the floor our last day. Had to use our few towels to soak up the water. Electrical outlets did not work with the hairdryer or tea kettle supplied by the owner. We did ask about that and the owner brought converters to help with that. Most important was the apartment was soooo noisy. The tram runs directly below the bedroom windows- every few minutes 24 hours a day.

• Leo (6/5): Pleasant - Doumo is literally a 4 min walk. There is pastry shops all around the apartment. Princi was delish. Zara is across the street. Two private bedrooms. The shower is tiny and the water flow is close to none, goes hot and cold, none of the sockets worked.

There were only one set of keys for 4 people and it was difficult to get our luggage up. Communication wasn’t great.
• Naglaa (2/5): Dishonest communication with a below average apartment - Location only Almost everything is absolutely terrible with a completely dishonest person. First of all he mentions elevator but actually there are 35 stairs before you reach it and it is very slow and dysfunctional. Second of all the apartment is absolutely bare: kitchen is very lacking there is no dish soap or trash bags or enough toilet paper or any cleaning products. Even the towels he gave us were stained and not that clean. Third of all the bathroom is ratty: the bidet is leaky the shower is leaky the washing machine doesn’t work. When we called him to say the washing machine will work which is the reason we booked this apartment he said he will get a lady to fix it and then the next day when we waited for her he suddenly informs us that it doesn’t work we try to call him he doesn’t answer and says that he will offer us a discount. When asked about the discount he said it will be through booking (the money was already withdrawn from my card does he think I’m dumb) which is an absolute lie and scam and he even asked me to not leave a review which shows his character!! Moral of the story if you find another option book it because his apartment isn’t worth the hassle or money

• Ferdinand (1/5): we did not stay in the facility. nowhere to get the key we paid the reservation but we did not stay - we did not stay in your property. we were not given the key nobody told us where to get the key. it was a waste of payment because we have to book another hotel at the last minute.
• Bill (3/5): Beware of difficult entry with luggage, no instructions, uncomfortable living area (no sofa/chair) - The location was close to the Duomo and the bed was reasonably comfortable. That was it though. I do not undertand the reviews that were given because they sound like a different place. We would never have rented this place if we knew about the things we didn't like (see below). We didn't get instructions (after 2 requests) until the day before. No one showed us how to operator the apartment or gave us wifi when we checked in (we got the wifi password finally 2 hours after we checked in). There were no instructions or any information inside the apartment. The manager phone number did not work and he/she did not give us a phone number when requested. It took booking.com messages to get most requested information. We never did get instructions for using the washing machine which was one of the reasons we booked this place. The process to get into the apartment was very difficult and convolted involving several flights of stairs, several locked doors, and long hallways (see the pictures that are attached to this review). There were no instructions for the 4 keys so we had to figure those out as we went along. To exit the keys do not work on the 2 doors (turns out there is a wall switch but how would we know). We could not get the heat to work and after a number of emails found out it only worked on setting 20. There was no chair or coach in the living area, only a table and 4 uncomfortable kitchen table chairs. There was a lack of electrical outlets so we had to make due. The kitchen is very small and you could not use the counter without bumping your head. Again no instructions on how to use anything. There were no paper towels or dish cloth. There was no ice tray in the freezer. There was some mold in the bathroom. There was an ash tray since it has likely been used for smoking which we do not tolerate. The shower was the smallest we have seem in an apartment. Many of these are little things but they all add up. This is an apartment for sleeping and maybe storing some drinks in the refrig. It is not comfortable for much else, and the lack of information is unlike any other apartment we have rented. We have always either been shown around the apartment or there were instructions.

A/C was very difficult to use and required us to source new batteries for the remote. Washing machine still doesn’t work despite previous guests reporting this. No check-in details provided prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we had to wait a further hour at the property before finally hearing back about the check-in process. Issues were reported multiple times throughout our stay with one response over 24 hours later offering no help at all. Multiple further maintenance issues throughout the property demonstrate that the owner or manager have no care in providing a good standard of accommodation.
