• Mark (5/5): I would not recommend it to anyone. Pictures are deceiving - Close to our friend and shopping area and the airport. Not that clean. Wet smells. Bugs on walls such as house centipedes and cobwebs all over. Also dusty and smells dusty. The shower needs a lot of help. It does not have enough light in it. It was not done right and it has holes in ceiling and a window that is not supposed to be there. The air purifier is dirty and clogged. So no good use of it. It’s just does not have a clean smell or look to it. No kitchen or kitchenette. The couch smells funny and looks dirty so we did not even say on it. The apartment needs a lot of help.

• Dina (1/5): Unsatisfied - Nothing The conditions were inconvenient, the aC was so cold without any possibility to turn it off. There was spiders and insects everywhere. The host was abroad and no one could help us to set things out. We left without being paid back or even possiblity to cancel through Booking. The host accepted to pay me back but waiting for booking staff feedback . It was overwhelming and stressing to be there and not able to find another place where to stay especially late at night.
• Guchi (4/5): Horrible - Proximity The room is in the basement and the apartment is old. The noises from upstairs were disturbing especially when someone used the toilet the sound was disturbing and disgusting and I believe the building had a leakage because I heard some water dropping. The room was dusty and the bedsheet and duvet had a bad odour that I had to use my clothes to cover the pillowcase. It was a horrible experience.

• Elias (9/5): Superb - The host was very generous and cooperative, and every question that we had he gave a quick response!! The cleaning lady was so kind and gave us some advice as a new comers (although at first she requested the apartment to be empty when she comes)!! When we came in there was box of water bottles and everytime the host or someone came to the apartment they checked that we have all the needs like water, coffee, tea bags and every small detail. The bed is so comfortable, and how can I forget 75" TV with netflix on it!!! I recommend it to each and everyone.. Ooh and how can I forget the owner isn't living in the place but fortunately he came to spend long weekend in the house upstairs, and we had a friend who came to visit us, the host never complained about having visitors for a couple of hours (as I see in another places some owners don't like it).. I highly recommend it

• Grace (10/5): I had a very nice experience. Those working there are kind and helpful - There was no breakfast. I Provided my own food. I liked the privacy. I could work all hours never disturbed. Based on the question how was breakfast I which you would include a hot plate so guess can make breakfast while they visite. Or even Prepare something to eat on there own. There is a microwave however a hot plate would help.

The place is located in a quiet area, everything was clean, and at least when I was there, I think I was the only guest, so I had the facilities to myself. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't know where to park.

It’s a well secured house with cameras and high tech but easy access to room. Most beautiful, clean, extremely comfy place to stay -“I slept like a baby” ..I wish, I could stay longer. I happened to meet the owner, he is very friendly and welcoming.
• Ali (1/5): Unprofessional, unworthy, regretful - The smell was unbearable. Smelled like hard Indian food and it was absolutely awful. The lighting felt depressing and the bed was dirty smelled like a football locker room The owner was a complete jerk. I requested to cancel the reservation more than 24 hours before hand but he was very selfish and very difficult to deal with. I explained to him that I wish to cancel due to unexpected circumstances but he wasn’t understanding at all, and felt like he just wanted my money no matter the cost. Would definitely advise you to find somewhere else because of the treatment and quality of the overall experience.

• Bo (10/5): Great experience. The owner is very accomodating. - The owener is very friendly and accomodating. I had some special request and contacted the owner via chat, and he happily arrange it for me. The place is located in a residential area, very quiet and safe neighborhood, with short walking distance to bus 110 or Erin Mills GO station. The house is equipped with security locks and the owner will send the code before your arrival, which is easy and convenient. I think the breakfast is not included. But there are supermarkets nearby, so one can buy some food and store them in the fridge.

Im happy with my stay. Not sure if i like the air bnb vibe. First time, but being in a home with strangers was a little eerie.

Needed to provide washcloths along with the larger bath towels. There were some gaps in the ceiling that needed to be taken care of. Maybe a newer property so I would know Mahoney this is being addressed. A more comfortable couch in the TV area would also make the space more useable.
• Gregg (9/5): Great host, very welcoming. - The host was amazing. I had to add days to my trip and they were so accommodating and even let me use their laundry facilities to get me through. They couldn’t have been any nicer, even brought me some small cakes toward the end of my trip, what great people. The room was quiet and bright, only one other person their, for only one night, during my stay so I pretty much had the entire space to myself. Shower had all the essentials and towels We’re very nice.

• Lisa (3/5): we were really looking forward to a lovely stay in what looked like a flash place only to be distapointed. - location could not use the pool bed was super hard shower curtain was moldy toilet seat was not secure it looked clean but on closer inspection it wasn’t there was no top sheet or extra towels or pillowcases on the extra pillows it was really warm when we arrived and had to ask for them to turn the air cooler which they did but only until 11pm one window didn’t open no tv in room had no ice in the ice maker fridge

Had a great sleep and the kitchen, bathroom and other facilities were great (TV had Netflix and many more subscriptions). The location is good and has a peaceful environment, walking distance from the convenience store and a bakery. This is not a hotel, so kindly message the host way before you check-in as there is no one at the place. I had arrived exactly at check-in time but had to wait for a long time before I could get check-in instructions despite making many calls & messages. Also, I was not made aware that someone is staying in the basement, so I was quite shocked when I suddenly started hearing noises, especially at night.

There was a queen bed but it was in a small room. There were some appliances (microwave, fridge, coffee maker) but there was no kitchen or dishes, cups, cutlery or even a sink except in the washroom. The TV did not work. There was no way to heat the basement except with a space heater.
