• Luis (4/5): Muchos cambios a última hora , no dan confianza, mal sistem de ingreso , lo único destacable es una buen ubicación por - Debí decir que no alojamos ahí , porque nos cambiaron. Última hora a un airbnb , el día de nuestra llegada Me costó mucho la comunicación con los encargados no contestan y no tenían whappsap , tenían un sistema en la entrada con un llave escondida el cual era difícil de obtener y difícil de ubicar, para ingresar debía poner una aplicación de celular , todo muy complejo , además hubieron situaciones de peleas alrededor del sector, con otro dependiente del airbnb, todo por un mal entendido con llave, muy mal todo.

• Muditambi (8/5): The stay was fine - The accommodation was a walking distance to The Lords, which save us money and time for buses or train The space in the apartment is too close and there is no space to put your suitcase. The bathroom need to be cleaned and maintained everyday

Shoddy carpet install. -1 Bathroom scum & ill repair in shower, light cord disgrace, swollen particle board -1 FIX THE TOILET SEAT !!! …. FFS & regular toilet paper supply. -1 KLEVIO. OK for 5 days then problematic on 6 occasions despite app reloads. -1 Superior room - a joke. Inferior in so many ways. Torn curtains. Shabby flat pack furniture. Mini towels. No bedside lamp. Bed access …. -1 Kitchen - not what the photos show - shabby. FALSELY ADVERTISED & could easily be much, much better.

• Leandro Hiroshi (9/5): Boa estadia - Boa localização, com mercado perto. O check-in é online, então pode-se chegar tarde na acomodação. Tem cozinha com utensílios e banheiro grande no 3 andar. Comunicação rápida do proprietário no chat do booking. Alguns pontos precisam de reparos, mas já foi alertado e deve ter tratado.
• David (8/5): Agradable - Bien comunicado con lugares de interés, hay un supermercado a menos de 1 minuto andando y cafetería al lado, llegada autónoma y fácil
• Diego (1/5): Cutre - Tenían la calefacción El sitio más cutre de Londres. Paredes de papel, suelo inclinado, habitaciones pequeñas, pasillos super estrechos, paredes si. Pintar llenas de agujeros o rotos al igual que los muebles. No hay secador en el baño, tampoco proporcionan un cargador universal, el check in es muy tarde y no te dejan dejar las maletas antes de las 11:30, pero te las dejan en el pasillo donde pasa cualquiera y te la puede quitar. Sitio feo y muy cutre, se debería de reformar e invertir un poco en ese edificio para dejarlo apetecible

• Rosa (2/5): Mal - La ubicación y la zona La cama horrorosa, respirabas y sonaba, se escucha absolutamente al de al lado. El baño está muy sucio y siempre está ocupado porque el segundo baño es enano. Se nos fundió la bombilla nada más llegar y pedimos que nos la cambiasen, he estado 4 días y allí no fue nadie, igual se creían que con la iluminación de navidad, era suficiente. Estuvimos los 4 días sin luz. Pero para decirte la hora de salida y las penalizaciones, sí que valen. La habitación para dos personas es muuuuuuuy pequeña. Para lo que es , tiene un precio muy elevado.
• Chihowa (3/5): At first I got lost but the owner l talked to helped my friend and I locate the place ,she was very nice and accommodati - The property was really close to where we wanted to go so that’s better The bathroom was so small ,you can’t even turn or bend down to wash your leg ,that’s how small the shower I’m was .The bedroom I can’t even explain.The pillows were beyond dirty ,couldn’t even lay my head on it.The room wasn’t as big as it was shown on the images

• Alexis (6/5): - Decent price and the location was great. Easy to access main entrance. The bed was a little uncomfortable, especially after a week, and it could definitely benefit from a mattress topper or something added. The bedroom locks also gave us a little trouble sometimes, so we had to stand around while waiting for it to lock or unlock.

• Bernd Pfanstiel (5/5): Einfache Unterkunft, wohl mehr für Kurzaufnthalte - Die Lage ist gut, 10 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn. Cafe Nero 10 Meter entfernt, gutes Restaurant gleich um die Ecke, ebenso ein Tesco Supermarkt, der bis 23:00 Uhr offen hat, asiatisches Restaurant im Haus. Probleme mit der telefonischen Öffnung der Haustür. Toilette, Wachbecken, Badewanne und Küche ordentlich und recht sauber ABER die Dusche bedarf einer dringendsten kompletten Generalsanierung und ist schon eine Zumutung. Ausserdem war nicht eindeutig erklärt, daß es sich um eine gemeinsame Nutzung der Bad- und Toilettenanlage handelt. Zimmer sehr hellhörig ( "Papierwände" ), da kann man bei gleichzeitiger Belegung mit ner Menge junger Mädels schon mal bis nach 01:00 nachts nicht zum Schlaf kommen oder früh 04:00 bei Heimkehr wieder wach werden. in den Kühlschränken kaum Platz vorhanden. Spartanische Einrichtung des Zimmers, Minimalismus, bei dem Preis auch nicht viel mehr zu erwarten. Für Kurzurlaub ok. für längerfristigen Aufenthalt wohl etwas mehr investieren.

• Aurora Barbara Raffaella (7/5): - Posizione stupenda, sotto casa si aveva tutto dai bar ai ristoranti alla caffetteria in cui abbiamo fatto colazione per tutto il nostro soggiorno, strade tranquille anche di notte, pochi rumori, fermata autobus a due minuti a piedi e lo stesso per la metro, sette minuti massimo 10 a piedi L’appartamento manca un po’ di pulizia generale, dall’ingresso, ai bagni in comune , alla camera. nonostante ciò comunque per un soggiorno breve io lo consiglierei se si è da soli, noi eravamo in coppia e con due bagagli non tanto grandi comunque abbiamo fatto fatica a stare comodi nella stanza.

The area has some other options for accomodation, don’t get tricked by “ you are in lack, this propert - 6.8 rating on booking.com is way too high for this property. The only good thing about it is its location however bare in mind that it’s located above a restaurant and you can hear the noise from the garbage collection truck at around 11 pm as if it were inside the room. Once I opened the curtains I discovered rests of vomit on the radiator located right next to the bed and the window. Someone just drew the curtains in order for it to be visible. Hence the smell in the room. The only shared bathroom (between at least 6 rooms) is absolutely beyond dirty, nobody cares to clean it decently, stains, plague, dirt on the floor/tiles. I could not imagine showering there or touching anything. Absolutely disgusting. The toilet seat was placed on the floor so one couldn’t use the toilet (I am a woman). When I complained about it to the host the reply I got “bare with us regarding the toilet seat, the handy man was coming tomorrow”. I thought to myself that maybe the manager should come and bare with it in terms of their toilet needs while maybe I should go to theirs and use their toilet. Disgraceful lack of attention to the customers. The kitchen was ok, however some of my groceries got nicked by I don’t know whom. The garbage was full. There was also another guest who kept his door open so one couldn’t use see him resting and playing loud videos on his phone. If you offer a paid service the least you can do and should do is provide health and safety to your guests. Accomodation can be outdated and not modern but it must be cleaned. It’s a matter or health and self respect to your guests. Shame on you.

• Martinsson (9/5): Ett prisvärt boende med bra läge och en toppen värd! - Bra läge och super trevlig värd! Otroligt bra boende för ett lagom centralt London! Sängen var lite hård. Men man klarade sig!
• Brooke (8/5): Great location but small rooms. - Amazing location with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and public transit. The WiFi was great and it was very cleanly. The room we had was very small for two people - there was really only space for one person to be standing at a time while the other had to get out of the way on the bed.

• Matti (7/5): Zum Übernachten reicht es allemal. - Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut. Keine Probleme mit dem Schlüssel, der über eine App lief. Beste Lage mit Restaurants und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Gute Anbindung an Underground und Bahn. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war klein, aber durchaus auszuhalten. Der vorige E-Mail Kontakt mit der Unterkunft war sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und kaputt. Ein farbiger Hingucker wie ein Bild oder eine Pflanze wie auf den Fotos auf der Webseite zu sehen ist, hat leider gefehlt. Unter dem Fenster im Hinterhof war leider viel Müll zu sehen und die Lüftungsanlage des danebenliegenden Sushi-Restaurants lief tagsüber. Das Bad könnte vom Service öfters gereinigt werden.

• Vered (8/5): Nice located, very safe, excellent host - The house felt secured, it was quiet, and the area is absulutely beautiful. The host was very responsive, and they were accomodating. It was a good value for money, compared to other options. The room and house has a lot of what a traveller need (kitchen, washing machine, etc.), so it suited our needs. We were two for 6 nights, and the room was a bit small for a stay of 6 nights for two people. There were two days that toilet paper was not available in the bathrooms.

• Michelle (4/5): You get what you pay for. - The location. Room was tiny and outdated and as such couldn’t be cleaned to a decent standard. View was just a brick wall. However location was superb and only paid 260 for 4 nights including weekend so overall to be fair we were satisfied.

Unfortunately there is a long list of issues that detracted from our stay and we left one night early due to these: - most uncomfortable mattress we have experienced in a rental (old fashioned spring type) - mould on the roof of the shower and parts of the bathroom floor - stained linen - ripped curtain so the sun woke us up at 5am - when we arrived, the open bin in the kitchen was full, with refuse overflowing onto the floor. We addressed this with the host (who responded quickly and was very obliging), however the issue persisted until the next day, when a loose black bag was placed next to the overflowing bin for excess refuse. We alerted the host (with pictures) however nothing was done until day 4 of our stay when the bin was emptied. We wasted groceries which we had purchased, as we did not want to use the kitchen given the hygiene concerns. - Limited cutlery and kitchen utensils (eg only one teaspoon for all occupants of the house, no dishcloths) - bathrooms were generally dirty, with no bath mat available so the floor was often wet and slippery with all the foot traffic in the house. The second bathroom and shower were also absolutely tiny. - the heaters in the bathroom and bedroom look like they have never been clean - filthy and full of thick dust.
• Irene (4/5): Poorest facility i ever stayed in - Nothing. Arrived to find a worn out room, with damaged scratched furniture, damaged carpet, heating elements that were probably never cleaned. A poster over the bed that was half hanged and we had to take down as we couldnt risk it landing on our heads while we slept. No bath towels. Had to call and waited 2 hours for them to bring some. Bathroom was messy with a bunch of shampoos, shaving sticks lying around. 2 bathrooms for 6 rooms. Whenever we needed the bathroom we had to wait sometimes more than half an hour because toilet and shower was in the same room. You had to pull a string to switch in light as one would do back in 1930s The view was horrible . Window was next to a dirty pipe overlooking a dirty yard. Reminded me of bangonk not little venice london. Had to download while travelling another app than the one indicated to open the front and room door. App didnt work on lock ing door half of the time.
