• ALTINOK (8/5): - Evin konumu, mobilyaları, temizliği, mutfak araç gereci her şey çok iyiydi. Ev sahiplerinin iletişimi ve güler yüzlülüğünden memnun kaldık. Ufak sıkıntılar oldu ama kısa sürede çözdüler. Evde saç kurutma makinesi yoktu Kontrol edilmeden teslim edilmiş ev. Duş konusunda sıkıntı yaşadık o sebeple. Kaldığımız üçüncü gün geldi makine, hallettik sorunu.

• Sanan (1/5): Bad management and untruthful behavior - Nothing The hotel contacted me an hour ago before check-In and told me they can’t provide me the apartment I have booked as there is no availability, even though i had made the booking from a week ago. They said they can give me another apartment but the price is double. I was driving from another city and had to stay at a mall to sit in and make another booking.

• Georgij (10/5): All perfect! Thank you for hosting! - Huge apartments, we had two bathrooms, two rooms and big living room with kitchen. Also had sea view from balcony. There were everything we need for stay. All rooms has AC. Good noice reduction in the flat. Also liked location, very close to city center
• Jelena (6/5): The appartment is generally ok, but a number of little things mentioned above smudged the experience for us. - Central location, spacious, relatively new, comfortable beds, 2 large super markets just downstairs. There was some slight chemical smell all over the place, maybe a cleaning product or similar. Water is heated by the boiler, so only 2 people in a row can take a brief shower, the others will have to wait an hour or so before water becomes warm/hot again. Some simple things that could have done our stay more comfortable were missing: - kitchen utilities: no cutting board, just 1 knife, no glasses, only 2 tea cups (only small coffee cups were find), 3 tea spoons - for the group of 4 people obviously not enough. The only frying pan we found was old and didn't look good at all. - bathroom: no shampoo, no shower gel, only hand soap. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 night stay of 4 people is definitely short.

• Georgi (4/5): Difficult to check in, no hot water, cold appartment, no heating - Good communication with the host. We arrived late in the evening (around 21:30 - 22:00) and were met by a security guard on the ground floor. He did not allow us to enter the apartment at first, checked our passports, and, despite not speaking English, used Google Translate to communicate. We eventually understood that he was asking for our marriage certificate, which was quite frustrating, especially since my younger son was asleep in my arms. This caused an unnecessary delay in our check-in. Once we were finally allowed in, we found the apartment to be too cold, with the air conditioning not working. Additionally, while my wife was able to take a shower, I was unable to do so shortly after because there was no hot water. The issue persisted into the morning. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

• Gaurav (9/5): Highly recommend private apartments in a residential building - Beautiful apartment, great location and all the amenities on site, including a super market on the ground floor. Highly recommended The management was private, with individual owner and we had to wait for the manager otherwise building reception didnt even let us in, in the cold waiting outside was bit of a pain. Secondly since this was a privately managed apartment, payment was accepted only is cash.

• Azeer (10/5): Great Place - The apartment was neat, spacious and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent and there is a supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment building. Access to the apartment was very easy and private. One of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC installed which might be an issue if going in the summer. Also, the images don’t match the actual apartment 100%. However, it still had everything that was mentioned.
• Priyanka (9/5): Superb - We liked the apartment, though it wasn't the one we booked but we were offered another bigger 2bhk with 2 bathrooms with slight extra amount. This was also good and a big one. We enjoyed our stay here.
• Shaik (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean and neat well maintained. Very close to all necessary facilities like crocery, transportation. Staffs are very supportive and provided all the necessary support mainly Rashad and Raed Hot water facility is not upto the expectation. water pressure was less and hot water supply was not continuous.

• Alwaleed (9/5): Superb - Property is clean and the host really makes everything easy for us, property well prepared with all what you need. I will always stay here and recommend it for others. Driving to Nizami St only 15 minutes, or by Bolt cost less than 2$ Generally, perfect 👍🏻
• Sevinj (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect, close to everything you may need. Also, the apartment was spacious. You have almost everything you need in the apartment. Staff was welcoming. The apartment was really clean 🫶 Some facilities are not working properly, such as the sink in the kitchen and bathroom, water was accumulating in the sink. Also, most equipment in the kitchen were not clean and you need to wash again.

• Zakonnava (10/5): Would likely stay there again if we will visit Baku another time :) - Very big, very clean and comfortable apartment with a great view. Quiet area, good supermarket in the same building. Takes some time to get to the centre of the city, but it's a small issue. More kitchen appliances would be great!
