• Robert (9/5): Clean, new, good location. - The rooms were very clean, comfortable and easy to get to, A very good value and plenty of restaurants nearby, No real gathering place and the chairs in the rooms were utilitarian.
• Gomez (10/5): Das beste Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, perfekte Lage (in der Innenstadt ist es sehr dreckig und laut), perfekte Ausstattun - Die perfekte Lage, die super Ausstattung, das leckere Frühstück, eigentlich alles! Es ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für La Paz! Man ist weit weg von gefährlichen Ecken, es ist nicht so hoch gelegen, also ist es nicht so schwer, sich an die Höhe zu gewöhnen, der Bezirk ist sehr sicher und schön, aber man ist in 10 Minuten an Teleferica, um den schönsten Weg nach La Paz zu nehmen. Einfach perfekt! Beim Frühstück gab’s nur löslichen Kaffee, der mir leider gar nicht geschmeckt hat.
• JENNY (10/5): Good value for the money - Located in a good neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. Walkable to cable car or short taxi ride. Bedroom is good size and bed is comfortable. We stayed 3 night and the young man in the lobby was very helpful (unfortunately we forgot his name but believe it starts with N) Some facilities in the bathroom were not functioning properly. Not all the windows are covered with blinds/curtains, so be careful with privacy while walking around in the room. There was noise from the fridge so we had to switch it off. Hope these things can be fixed by the management. Overall it's good value for the money.

• Ji Sun (3/5): - 신축이라 그런지 전반적으로 깨끗해요. 주방이 크지는 않지만 있을만한 건 다 있더라고요. 조식 먹는 레스토랑의 뷰가 멋집니다. 조식 맛이 흘륭하다고 말할 수는 없지만 나쁘지도 않습니다. 3명의 리셉션 직원을 봤는데 그 중 가장 중요한 체크인시 직원이 영어를 한마디도 하지 못했어요. 여행을 적지 않게 다녔는데, 리셉션 직원이 영어를 한마디도 못하는건 처음한 경험이었어요. 대화를 통역기를 통해서 했습니다. 그것도 스페인어로.. 오랜시간 버스를 타고 와 매우 피곤한 상태에서 뜨거운 물로 샤워하고 싶었는데, 뜨거운 물이 제대로 나오지 않았습니다. 직원 왈, 오래 물을 틀어놓으면 뜨거운 물 나온다고 하는데 전혀 그렇지 않았습니다. 뜨거운 물만 안나온게 아니고 난방도 제대로 안되어서 고생했어요. 라지에이터를 아무리 돌려도 라지에이터가 뜨거워지지 않고 미적지근. 시간대에 따라서 다른건지 오전에는 그나마 난방도 되고 온수도 나왔습니다. 그리고 또 다른 문제가 있었는데, 이용하는 사람이 두 사람인데 수건도 한장만 준비해놨고 침대도 셋팅이 되어 있지 않아 추가적으로 이불을 요청해야만 했습니다. 쓰레기통도 없고 이건 아니지 싶습니다. 건물만 깨끗하면 뭐합니까? 기본적인것들이 정비가 안되어 있는걸. 이런 부분 반드시 개선되어야 된다고 생각합니다.
• Juan Pablo (9/5): Un hotel elegante, limpio y moderno ubicado en un lindo lugar y con una vista linda - Me gusto mucho la modernidad, television con cable y streaming, las habitaciones son elegantes y nuevas, la limpieza, agua caliente, baño privado, wifi veloz, ahorro en energia, el desayuno riquisimo y una vista hermosa. Sin olvidar al personal muy amable y atento. No hay cucharillas en la cocina. En el baño no hay jabon liquido ni en barra y tampoco no hay implementos para colocar cepillo de dientes. No hay una mesa o lugar para la maleta

Must pour la litterie qui était très confortable. La salle de petit déjeuner tout en haut du batiment a une vue incroyable sur la ville et le buffet était varié. Nous avons loué la chambre avec spa. La salle de bain du spa était niquel sauf que le spa n'avait pas été utilisé depuis un moment, des morceaux marrons sont sortis des buses lors de notre 1ère utilisation. La salle de bain annexe avait une odeur de canalisation nous avons du faire couler de l'eau dedans pour que l'odeur parte.

• Anders (9/5): Really great stay, friendly staff - The staff was really friendly, professional and helpful. The apartment was perfect, the bed and pillow were really comfortable. Everything was clean. Nice breakfast with egg-bar (scrambled eggs, omelet etc), toast, fruit. Location close to many restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay here and really do recommend this hotel! Unfortunately, on our first morning at 6.30, a staff member unlocked and opened all doors on the floor, didn't check whether it was occupied, which was uncomfortable. The hotel was really apologetic and confused as to why that happened, they even gave us some delicious chocolate and a very kind note. We are grateful for that. It also didn't happen again :-)

There are some really nice restaurants in the area. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were full of oil and there was no proper bread (on the weekend). It takes a long time to get to the city centre by taxi or public transport.
