• Krista (9/5): Overall, it was an absolutely beautiful stay! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to find a comfortable, modern s - Incredibly beautiful panoramic views with a large balcony overlooking the city. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. Very modern and everything you need to have an amazing time, including dishwasher, well equipped kitchen with full oven and stove top, washer, dryer, etc. Close to the subway for transportation to anywhere in the area and also very easy to order food and have it delivered if you wanna stay in This is not the owner‘s fault at all, but we had a grouchy neighbor downstairs that came and knocked on our door several times saying that we were being too loud when we were merely having a conversation watching TV or folding laundry. Very minor inconvenience was that the sink in the bathroom seemed to have structural damage to the bottom of it so that any time we would run the water in there for very long. It would flood out on the bathroom floor. Seems some repairs are needed to the underneath of the bathroom sink. And also, even though there were instructions on how to get hot water if it was not sunny out the water was actually not hot/warm. It was more barely room temperature so some days is taking a shower when it was cloudy out, felt a little more icy than we would like.

• Mehrnoosh (1/5): Don't choose this dream. It is a nightmare! Athens is more beautiful than what you find here! - The only positive aspect was the staff of the agency that rented us the apartment – they were extremely polite, respectful, and always responsive. The apartment itself was decent and clean, although the balcony was completely unprepared and unusable for sitting or relaxing. Additionally, the indoor jacuzzi produced a strong chlorine smell, but this was negligible compared to the issues outside the apartment. The neighborhood was absolutely not suitable for tourists. It was a crowded area with a low socio-economic level. All the other buildings in the complex appeared old, rundown, and poorly maintained, and the neighbors were not the kind of people tourists would feel comfortable interacting with. The biggest problem, however, was parking. There was literally nowhere to park in the street or the surrounding streets. On the first night we barely managed to park close to the building, only to find the car scratched with a long, deep mark the next morning. From the second night onward, we had to park every evening in a paid parking lot several streets away and take a taxi back. Even finding a taxi near the apartment was impossible – we had to walk quite a distance every day just to hail one. Another major issue was the lack of cleanliness around the building. The entrance and the area right in front of the door were constantly covered in dog feces, which made us extremely frustrated and upset every time we returned home.
• Reiner (10/5): wir würden sofort das Zimmer wieder buchen, ohne wenn und aber! - die Ausstattung der Luxus die Aussicht traumhaft, wir waren absolut positiv überrascht! der Ort an welchem das Haus steht, ist schon in einem Gebiet das nicht so sauber ist, die Wohnung entschädigt aber alles!
