- Property was conveniently located at 20 minutes from CBD and close to suburbs like Fawkner, Burnwick and Coburg that have ample of halal eateries.
- Property was as per the advertisement and also had a covered parking. - The property was reasonably cleaned but some areas were not properly cleaned such as vacuum cleaner, outdoor deck area, garage and lawn.
- Some amenities such as cloth dryer was not available. Only 4 rolls of toilet papers provided for 13 nights stay for 5 people and on asking told to purchase additional at our cost. Also, 8 dish washing tablets provided for 13 nights stay and were asked to purchase additional at our cost.
- The property expect that you manage the council garbage collection that happens every Thursday.

- Bec (10/5): Grrat place for the family - will definitely stay here again and recommend to others - Super conveniently located. Could walk to the ice rink (which was the purpose of our stay), plus short walk to Northland shopping mall - which was like a huge Westfield and offered everything from groceries to restaurants, chemist, you name it - you could find it
Beds were comfy, well stocked kitchen, shower temp and water pressure didn’t disappoint
Living area with tv and cool rocking chair was a nice place to relax
- Yvette (9/5): Felt relaxed at this property, great value and would be happy to book here again. - The property had everything we needed and a little more. Finding Milk and some other essentials was nice. It was clean and modern with great TV options. Toys for the little ones and a quite location. Was a little difficult to get in and out during school times. Parking could be hard if more than one car
- Sigdel (10/5): Very beautiful - Everything Nothing actually, the only is driveway for parking
- Chanel (9/5): Superb - Inside was very clean and had everything we needed as a family. It was comfortable and quiet, yet still close enough to a shopping centre that we didn't have to travel far. Well decorated, modern and charming, we would stay here again. The wheeley bin was full of rubbish and smelled, however this can hardly be helped as it was probably close to collection.
