• Hans (1/5): - Der Aufenthalt in diesem Studio war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Bei der Ankunft war die Unterkunft in einem ungepflegten und ungeordneten Zustand, der nicht dem entspricht, was man bei einer bezahlten Ferienunterkunft erwarten darf. Der Eindruck von Sauberkeit und Vorbereitung war deutlich mangelhaft. Mehrere Mängel wurden zwar gemeldet, eine angemessene Reaktion oder Lösung erfolgte jedoch nicht. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt, sodass wir die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen mussten. Eine Rückerstattung der nicht genutzten Nächte wurde abgelehnt, lediglich die Reinigungsgebühr wurde erstattet. Insgesamt keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung.

• Marta (3/5): Spacious Studio: Espacioso pero sucio - Debo aplaudir la sinceridad de los dueños. Normalmente, las fotos engañan, pero aquí el nombre le hace justícia. En efecto es espacioso, porque está medio vacío. Si eres un entusiasta del minimalismo extremo o necesitas una pista de baile, este es tu sitio. Suministros de "lujo": Un cuarto de rollo de papel higiénico para 2 personas y 6 días. Un plan de racionamiento digno de una distopía. Platos, los que quieras, vasos ni uno (bueno, una copa). La higiene brilla por su ausencia, tuvimos que comprar desinfectante en el súper porque sentarse en el váter era una actividad de alto riesgo. También leímos que un huésped anterior se quejó de que la cortina de la ducha estaba asquerosa; bien, pues ya lo solucionaron, la cortaron y listo. Problema resuelto, supongo. El servicio fantasma: El secador de pelo no existe (son los padres). Prometieron traerlo tras 3 días intercambiando mensajes y aquí sigo esperando. Lo mismo con el edredón, nos dieron un edredón de cama individual (para dos personas). Pedimos otro y, como con el secador, allí no apareció ni el Tato.

• Matthias (1/5): Ekelhaft - Gute Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeit Zimmer war überhaupt nicht gereingt. Es standen Abfallsäcke herum, nasse Handtücher am Badboden und überrall Haare (vor allem im Bett) von den Vorgängern. Die Telefonnummer vom Kundenservice des Gastgebers war zuerst die falsche. Dann musste ich per Watsapp Fotos hochladen und denen als Beweis schicken, dass nicht gereinigt wurde. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass ich nach der Reinigung, die zu unbestimmter Zeit erfolgen sollte, telefonisch informiert würde. Ich sollte den Schlüssel wieder zurück an den Übergabeort deponieren. Da nach 4 Stunden und bis heute immer noch kein Anruf kam, bin ich zurück in das Zimmer. Statt 16h dann um 20h. Es wurde in der Zwischenzeit "gereinigt" aber immer noch überall lange Haare am Boden und vor allem im Bett. Einfach nur zum kotzen.
• Anna (4/5): - С самого начала когда мы прибыли в назначенное время-ключей в ячейке не оказалось,мы связались с персоналом и нам пообещали а течении 30 минут привезти ключ,так как уборщица забыла его оставить. Спустя 30 минут мы вновь подновили и они сказали снова 30 минут ожидания.Сумарно мы прождали ключи 1,5часа.После дороги это было очень дискомфортно. Затем в квартире не оказалось фена,только коробка от него. Я звонила каждый день по 2 раза и каждый раз новый оператор обещал доставить фен в этот же день.В итоге мы получили фен в последнюю ночь перед отъездом. К тому же ванная комната грязная,шторка в душе внизу вся в грязи,очень неприятно мыться.
• Yehor (1/5): - The apartment looks great on pictures, grocery store is 2 minutes away from the flat It was utterly hilarious how dirty this appartament was, i found a ball of hair a size of my arm, then it was very dusty everywhere like no one even cleaned there, the district also seems quite uncomfortable, and the flat overall seems dull and empty, the washroom is also a size of a peanut and using it was a horrible experience. The floor is cold. I recommend renting this flat if you like cold, dirt, and discomfort.
• Devaux (1/5): - Je ne recommande pas ce logement car impossible de joindre le propriétaire impossible d ouvrir porte 2 j consécutifs, jusqu'à tard le soir et quand l hôtesse décidé de rappeler elle pensse que nous ne savons pas ouvrir 😌☺️logement pas de chauffage après plusieurs appels le responsable se décide à nous envoyer un technicien qui constate bien un fonctionnement pas adéquate de la chaudière chauffage et un souci porte entrée ,enfin il a pu mettre chauffage pour pouvoir dormir au chaud la dernière nuit logement pas très propre je suis vraiment très très déçu j ai dis a l hôtesse que je demande un remboursement j espère que vous ferez le nécessaire auprès du propriétaire pour récupérer un remboursement dédommagement car franchement c'est désespérant de voir ça

• Pargger (4/5): - Die Putzfirma die benutzt wird hat keine Ahnung von Sauberkeit. Wir haben Haarbüschel und mehrere Flecken im Apartmrnt gefunden und das schlimmste: ein Kondom hinter dem Bett. Haben es natürlich sofort gemeldet und es wurde die Putzfrau geschickt. Als sie ankam war sie verwirrt was sie überhaupt putzen solle da es ja "sauber" war. Als wir ihr dann die Mängel vorgezeigt haben hat sie es nur genervt weggeputz. Putzmittel oder so etwas hat sie natürlich nicht dabei gehabt und hat einfach ein Handtuch verwendet welches im Apartment war.

• Anna (9/5): Bardzo przyjemnie - Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, dużo połączeń z centrum i nie tylko i za dnia i późnym wieczorem. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Pani była zainteresowana w trakcie naszego pobytu czy wszystko nam odpowiada i zgodziła się na wymeldowanie godzinę później, co rzadko się zdarza. Wbrew niektórym opiniom apartament był czysty. Świeża pościel, ręczniki. Kuchnia wyposażona całkiem dobrze. Będziemy bardzo miło wspominać swój pobyt :) Zabrakło kilku przedmiotów na wyposażeniu. Przede wszystkim gąbka do mycia naczyń była zużyta. Jest to niewielki koszt, ale na urlopie raczej nie chce się latać po sklepach w poszukiwaniu wyposażenia kuchni. Nie było także korkociągu i dużego noża (ciężko kroi się pieczywo nożykiem do warzyw). Kurtyna od prysznica mogłaby zostać wymieniona. Są to jednak niewielkie niedogodności w porównaniu z ogólnym komfortem pobytu w apartamencie.
• Isa (7/5): - Es espacioso y cómodo y está bien ubicado con el centro en autobús La cortina de la ducha está bastante sucia, la limpieza del resto del estudio tampoco era muy buena. Por las noches también pasamos bastante calor porque no tiene aire acondicionado. Las almohadas me parecieron demasiado blandas

• Stojkovic (8/5): Overall good and cozy and very fair pricing :) - everything was fine. It was very cozy and for the price definitely worth it :) The area was a bit scetchy especially once it was dark but public transport was very near so it was fine
• Christine (1/5): Bring your own toilet paper - The sleeping area is quite spacious. 1) No toilet paper available (only leftovers from assumably previous guests). After we asked about it, the host told us it's self-service, so we should bring our own - even though toilet paper really is the bare minimum you should be able to expect & it said on the website there will be toilet paper available. 2) Communication with the host was difficult, he wasn't helpful. He offered 2 days after our arrival to have someone bring toilet paper, as if we hadn't gotten it by ourselves by that point. 3) Toilet and shower are in separate rooms, there is no sink in the toilet room. 4) The toilet space is absolutely tiny, even as a smaller person, you can barely sit straight, larger people probably have to get creative. 5) There are no shelves in the bathroom or any place to put your stuff except the floor, which did not seem very clean. 6) No shelves in the sleeping area as well, just a rod with some hangers. There is so much space and it would be such a cheap purchase, no idea why there is none. 7) When we arrived the kitchen counter was sticky in places & there were some dark brown/red spots (+other colours) on the wall that we preferred not to identify. Chairs are dirty as well. All in all, I can't recommend this place.

• Iacob (10/5): Very good. - Good, spaciois, clean. The first acces was difficult. I got the key from key locker easy, but the appartment and key were not clearly marked. So i needed further instruction from the host... they came relativ quick.
