• Gorka (5/5): Buena ubicación pero muy mala gestión - La ubicación Cuando entramos había olor a tubería. Las duchas no están bien selladas y se moja todo el suelo del baño. En la habitación que da a la calle se escucha todo el ruido de fuera, parece que están la misma habitación y no se puede dormir. Nos dejaron las toallas en la lavadora y tuvimos que sacarlas nosotros y aún estaban húmedas. Comentamos que el check in iba a ser de 15 a 16 y se pusieron en contacto con nosotros más tarde de las 15 horas para gestionar la entrada.
• Saida (10/5): Tres belle exoerience à refaire sans hesiter - Hote tres sympa qui nous a laisse acceder au logement plutôt que prévu. Appartement spacoeux avec meme 2 salle de douches et 2 toilettes ce qui était une très belle surprise. L emplacement dans la ville historique est exceptionnel. Lit très confortable. Rien à dire je recommande . En olis ol yva un patio super beau qui etait comdamne mais s il le laissent ouvers c est un vraie petot paradis . Un peu sombre mais ceci n est pas génant

• Ирена (4/5): disappointment - This is a ground floor apartment with no windows. One bedroom was practically on the street, with no windows and a blocked door to the street. The cleanliness was not up to par, the sheets were not clean, there was one face towel for two people. One bathroom was flooding. The whole apartment smelled like a canal. It's terribly noisy during Fayaz.

• Ralph (9/5): Buena opción! - Apartamento amplio, con el espacio muy bien distribuido y en una zona muy céntrica. Se pueden mejorar los menajes de cocina y la firmeza de las almohadas.
• Sonia (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación, en la parte histórica, era bastante buena para ver el casco antiguo y el centro. Huele a moho nada más entrar, hay mucha humedad. En la habitación que da a la calle no se puede dormir hasta las 3AM, se oye todo. Los dos splits que hay no son suficientes para calentar el apartamento si vas en invierno,hemos pasado frío. Te cobran como si fuera un piso de lujo, pero no lo es en absoluto.
• Santiago (8/5): Really good stay - The place is really functional, really well located in a quiet street but in the heart of the city center close to very good restaurants, central market, and stores. Place is super quiet. Didn't have an electric kettle. I am more of a tea person and the cups were too small (coffee cups). One of the showers leaks when showering and it dampens the bathroom floor. All small details and easily fixable.

• Ana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is big and the installation was great. Everything worked and was good quality. Also full equipped kitchen, even had a a dishwasher The apartment smelled strongly like cigarettes. Also there was absolutely no suggestion or flexibility about starting the check in one hour earlier, or even just keeping the bags somewhere (since my group arrived the city some hours earlier.) Also, got a text message saying that we should only give compliments on the Booking feedback and handle all the problems and feedback on WhatsApp directly with the owner. Found that a bit unprofessional, and I would let that pass if they would give great assistance. But I got in touch with the property the day before the trip and only got answered two hours before the check in with a dry text saying they could not keep our bags and the check in would start at the original time. I know it's not their obligation but I was expecting a more gentle text or even some solutions like an indication of a locker service nearby (that was one 100m from the property and no one says).

• Paula (7/5): Comfortable and modern, but smelly and damp apartment in the heart of Valencia! - Great location in the heart of Valencia! Big modern apartment, very comfortable for 4 people. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Fast wifi. Smell of damp in the whole apartment. We were there only for one night, but I cannot imagine staying there longer with that smell. Lots of noise coming from the neighbours and the street at night. Inside of the apartment it's pretty dark, no daylight. We were a bit disappointed that there was no coffee to use with the coffee machine, only herbal tea. Check in is from 3pm, but it was not ready until 4pm - at 3pm I messaged them on whatsapp asking what's going on and how/when can we enter and they replied that the cleaning is almost done and we will get further instructions soon. We waited for an hour on the street in front of the apartment. Also in the morning of our arrival I got a message thanking me for my stay (even though my stay hasn't started yet) and asking for leaving a positive review and keeping any remarks in private message.
