• Vanina Soledad (10/5): Increíble! 100% recomendable - El departamento es hermoso! Todo súper nuevo y moderno. La ubicación es perfecta. Se encuentra en una perpendicular al canal entre la costanera (Av.Maipu) y la calle céntrica de ushuaia (Av.San Martín). A mitad del centro por lo cual lo hace ideal para alojarse. Además está sobre una calle que no tiene tanta pendiente. En cuanto al dpto estaba súper limpio, la anfitriona muy amable y nos dejó una de sus obras en acuarela (muy hermosa). Está muy bien equipado y con detalles de categoría. Recomiendo al 1000%. Todo perfecto, y sinceramente nada de queja. Solo por decir algo que la clave numérica sea más corta o fácil para recordar fácilmente. Y no posee lavarropas (en mi caso no lo necesite igualmente)

• Carla (10/5): Apartamento perfeito e localização maravilhosa! - O apartamento é excelente para casal ou família com até 2 crianças, sala muito espaçosa, chuveiro excelente, cama confortável, boas roupas de cama e toalhas, aquecido na medida certa, possui todos os utensílios necessários, é extremamente silencioso e a localização não poderia ser melhor. A anfitriã Violeta foi muito receptiva e solícita em tudo. Se um dia retornarmos a Ushuaia certamente nos hospedaremos novamente.

• Pablo M (10/5): - El viaje ha sido un fracaso. Nuestro objetivo de desencantarnos de Ushuaia mediante un intento de sufrir sus condiciones climáticas adversas no ha sido alcanzado. Caminar sobre los bellísimamente abrumadores paisajes de hielo y nieve para disfrutar luego de los cálidos ambientes que la oferta gastronómica nos presenta han atentado contra el intento de sacárnosla del corazón. Pero como sé que a Ud., viajero, le importa saber sobre el alojamiento, debo decirle que Rosas ha contribuido mucho a que deseemos volver mil veces más. Un departamento moderno, muy céntrico, de facilísimo acceso y bien equipado es aliado indiscutido en la lucha por convencernos a volver a elegirlo sin el menor atisbo de dudas. Con Violeta, nuestra anfitriona, ya con antelación atenta a nuestro arribo, coordinamos perfectamente la recepción. Plus: a la hora del check out, ofrece sin cargo extra dejar el equipaje en un locker hasta el real horario de partida, lo cual resuelve gratamente un problema con el que solemos encontrarnos los viajeros atados a horarios de vuelos. Eso si! Sugiero, humildemente, ofrecer unos cuchillitos algo más prácticos, de esos tipo tramontina que son más eficientes a la hora de cortar un pan para las tostadas.

Cumple con todas las expectativas. Tiene todo lo necesario. La calefacción es muy buena (lo aclaro porque fui en época de invernal). Tiene una vista impresionante. En cuanto a la ubicación, es inmejorable. Esta cerca de todo. 100% recomendable. Me gustó todo.

The location is perfect close to the cruise port and the center of town. The views from this place are amazing. Violeta is a wonderful host who is friendly and helpful.

• Tejonita (10/5): Perfect host - The host Violeta was very helpful on our early arrival. We were able to meet her at the apartment and leave our luggage. Everything about the apartment was perfect for our short stay. The apartment is very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We would have loved to have stayed longer if time had allowed. The host really cares about her guests and gifts each reservation a personal watercolour of the area - and homemade buns. Our painting will hang on the wall at home and remind us of our trip. • Christian (10/5): Modern, spacious and comfortable Apartment. - Spacious and comfortable apartment in the city center in a new apartment building; huge window in the living room with views on the beagle canal and the surrounding mountains; litte terrace; fully equipped kitchen; modern, tasteful Scandinavian style interior design; quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed and huge wardrobe. The extraordinary friendly and supportive hosts were waiting at the apartment at the scheduled time and provided a lot of useful tips about the city and region. Very good Value for money. During my three weeks journey through Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego Departamento Rosas was by far the best accommodation. I warmly recommend Departamento Rosas.

The street is easy to find but less easy to pin down the actual building. The owners were super welcoming. She even had drawn a little watercolour picture for me with a welcome message. They could not have been more helpful with recommendations of restaurants and shops. The communication for arrival and meeting them at the apartment was very efficient through WhatsApp. They kindly allowed me to check in early after I came back from a cruise mid morning. Good location. Excellent wifi. Underfloor heading Maybe a photo of the outside of the building on photos so that it is easier to find?
