• THEO (10/5): Everything we could have asked for and more for our 4 night stay - Excellent property, convenient location 5 minutes drive from town centre. 15 minutes to Santa park, Santa village and the airport. Esa was an excellent host, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The kids loved the large tv and multitude of toys to play with. The Sauna was a great bonus too. Would highly recommend the property.

• Claudia (10/5): Exceptional !! - Our stay at the Modern Villa in Rovaniemi was absolutely amazing! Everything was high-quality, carefully thought out, and made us feel instantly at home. We even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, which made our holiday stay feel extra magical. One of the most wonderful surprises was finding essential items already available — things in the freezer, hot chocolate, pasta, butter, even baking supplies. Whether they were left by previous guests or kindly provided, it was incredibly helpful, especially if you forgot something. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and every detail in the house made it feel like an accommodation with a soul — created by people who truly care about guests and their comfort, not just for money. We rented a car and the location was perfect — close enough to everything we needed while still being peaceful and private. We truly felt welcomed and cared for during our stay. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable — we would love to return one day!
