• Pablo (9/5): Tutto bene come da attese. Consigliato. - Posizione, metratura, prezzo Palazzo esterno davvero in pessime condizioni, tipico di alcuni palazzi antichi della zona. Quindi impatto visivo pessimo. Ma poi dentro è tutto molto in ordine
• Grant (4/5): Old unit in need of maintenance in central Naples - The location is a short walk from many nice places to eat and far enough away from the streets to avoid constant car noise. The patio gives a very nice view of the Naples skyline. As of September 2025, the unit needs a lot of maintenance and improvement. There is a very pungent, possibly mold-related smell under the kitchen sink and the furniture is in very poor condition. Although listed as a two bed unit, there is only one unit and only one real bed. The living room HVAC works but does a very poor job cooling the room. It was uncomfortably hot during our entire stay and the unit is poorly insulated. On the patio, there is an open hole filled with still water that is impossible to see at night and could easily lead to serious injury. The hosts were not helpful.

• Laura (10/5): - Location is perfect, everything is nearby. Apartment is very spacious. Plus, we loved the terrace and the beautiful view to the city and volcano. Recommend!
