Host was very helpful and let us into the room early. Not sure if it was mentioned in the property description but it is up 2 flights of stairs which was fine for us but might not suit everyone.

• Moosa (2/5): Terrible experience - The apartment was clean and located near the metro and a supermarket. The owner didn't tell us ahead of arrival that the air-conditioning was not working. He met us at the property and made a quick exit. When I realised the air-conditioning isn't working and called him he said it had only happened that morning. It was 29 degrees and only when I called him out on not having informed us or let us cancel the booking did he offer to bring a fan for us. Promised a refund then backed out when I involved booking.com. Caution recommended he's not reliable.
