• Jean Pierre (7/5): Acceptable pour une très courte période - Le volume du studio, les messages explicatifs pour l'arrivée et la récupération des clés. Grand frigo/congélo propre. Grand placard pour ranger ses affaires. Lit & literie comfortable. Chauffage de la pièce efficace par clim auto reverse Il n'y a pas moyen d'étendre une serviette de bain, SDB très petite. Pour une semaine entière, une serviette de bain par personne ne suffit pas. Dans la cuisine nous avons trouvé de nombreux verres, par contre une seule tasse à café pour 2 occupants. Nous avons demandé à répétition une deuxième tasse....qui n'est jamais arrivée. Par contre, 2 messages automatiques nous demandant si tout allait bien 😕. Table haute de cuisine avec des tabourets trop hauts (impossible de trouver de la place pour les genoux) et des chaises trop basses ( table qui arrive jusqu'au cou) Une deuxième table proche de l'entrée sur tréteaux avec une plaque brute de contreplaqué sauve un peu la situation. Le studio étant géré par un particulier, il n'y a pas de service de ménage, balai et mop à disposition. Le modem wifi est puissant, mais le débit de data est faible.

• Robert (10/5): Fantastic, modern studio in Athens - The property and host support are excellent. The apartment building itself is well-kept and secure and the unit seems brand new, was spotless and had everything needed. Check in and other instructions were flawless. Wifi was strong, hot water and water pressure superior also. The apartment is within a minute walk to food markets and within five minutes of Exarcheia Square, where countless cafes, shops, bars and restaurants are located. Highly recommended. Two small items: 1) stools at the kitchen counter are too high and not useful; 2) no hooks or racks/holders for towels in the bathroom
• Marilena (6/5): Nice room, irresponsible staff - The photos absolutely correspond to the flat provided, the flat was clean, towels and shampoos were offered and the bed was comfortable. The address of the flat is wrong and it can be misleading. It was tiring to reach especially for my father who is 80 years old (I booked the flat for him). The box where the keys were supposed to be placed was broken and the guest had to call the people from the customer service to bring the key as this was not mentioned in the first place. Also when leaving, the guest was asked to put the key at another box that was not working either and couldn't close properly. The TV wasn't working at first, a lady who said she was part of the customer service confirmed that it was broken - it turned out that the lady was the cleaner and the guest found out how the TV works using YouTube tutorials. Finally, customer service could have been more personalized - canned responses were given instead.
• Scott (10/5): Fantastic clean apartment in great location! Excellent value too! Near Archeological museum. - It’s a great location. It’s also very clean and very well organized. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is very nice and the refrigerator is very large! Guy was always just a text or phone call away. He took care of anything we needed! The accurate address needs to be displayed. It show as 45 and we had to walk a long way to get to the actual apartment. It needed to show 85-87 on the website instead of 45.
