Ian (7/5): Great - Great location and space. Disappointed that the hot tub wasn't plugged in and warmed when we arrived. We stayed for a short period only so this reduced the amount we could use this.

Keyur (3/5): Poor - Only portable AC for whole main floor and one AC on top floor in one room. Scorpion and bugs in the home as we enter. Hot water only for few seconds for shower then turned cold. Hot tub was empty and nonfunctional. Overall, would not recommend to anyone with family.
Lauren (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check in and clear instructions. The house was very spacious and accommodated 4 adults perfectly. It was clean and comfortable. The images for the houses are all combined so it is a bit unclear as to which property has exactly what amenities. I would recommend splitting them all apart and being very clear. For example, the listing showed a hot tub but after inquiring once we were there, I was told that is only for the 2 person house.
Phillip (9/5): Good location, nice house - The host Manrique met us on arrival and had some helpful tips whilst we were there. There was plenty of room for 2 couples, 1 couple upstairs and 1 down. The house was clean and tidy with free coffee and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. There was nowhere to hang or store clothes. The bathrooms are very small.
Hristo (8/5): Basic but clean big house for a big group - Casa Violeta is an excellent big house for a big group. We were five people, using all 4 bedrooms and it felt like each had plenty of space. The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and cafes. The house is situated in a private gated yard with other Airbnbs. The grounds are beautiful and attract capuchin monkeys. The pictures are not from the house itself, but a mix of all the properties on the estate. Make sure to confirm which one you are booking. Communication with the owner was somewhat difficult, but this could have been due to language. We had to chase a couple of times for check in instructions, but everything was fine in the end.
