• Aleksey (10/5): - Вид на гору Маттерхорн и недалеко от вокзала, два балкона один огромный и это пожалуй все. Посуды для приготовления и приема пищи фактически нет, при этом сковородка убитая. Кому-то это мелочи но если люди готовят за этим собственно и берут апартаменты хотят чтобы было удобно принимать и готовить еду.

• naocom (10/5): ツェルマット最高のアパートメント - We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of three during the winter peak season. This apartment opened reservations earlier than many hotels in Zermatt, which was very helpful when planning our trip. During the winter season, many hotels are extremely expensive and often require bookings of a full week, but this apartment allowed stays from just one night, which was perfect for us. The location is excellent — less than a 10-minute walk from the station and within 5 minutes of the Sunnegga funicular. Everything was very convenient. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a huge dishwasher, and the bathroom has a bathtub. We enjoyed cooking risotto and sandwiches with ingredients we bought from the supermarket, which made our stay even more relaxing. And the view — absolutely breathtaking. You can see the Matterhorn directly from the room. The angle is perfect, and it truly feels special to wake up to that view. It was unforgettable. Finally, we experienced lost baggage upon arrival in Switzerland and needed our suitcase to be delivered later. The host was incredibly kind and supportive — he discussed the delivery arrangements with us and even contacted the taxi company on our behalf to coordinate the handover. Thanks to his help, we were able to receive our suitcase smoothly. We truly appreciated his support and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. 冬のトップシーズンに、家族3人で2泊しました。 ツェルマットの多くのホテルが冬季予約を開始する前から予約可能だった点がとても助かりました。冬のツェルマットはホテルが非常に高額で、1週間単位でしか予約できない施設も多い中、こちらは1泊から予約可能で、私たちの予定にぴったりでした。 立地も素晴らしく、駅から徒歩10分以内、スネガケーブル乗り場へも5分以内と非常に便利です。 お部屋はとても広く快適で、キッチンには巨大な食洗機が完備されています。バスルームにはバスタブもありました。スーパーで購入した食材でリゾットやサンドイッチを作り、ゆったりと食事を楽しむことができました。 そして何より、部屋から真正面に見えるマッターホルンの絶景は本当に最高です。アングルも完璧で、毎朝この景色を眺められるのは特別な体験でした。 スイス到着時にロストバゲージに遭い、スーツケースを後日配送してもらう必要がありましたが、オーナーがとても親切に対応してくださり、受け取り方法を一緒に相談し、さらに配送業者やタクシー会社とも連絡を取ってくださいました。そのおかげで無事受け取ることができ、本当に感謝しています。 心からおすすめできる滞在先です。 A washing machine would have been even better. 洗濯機があればさらに完璧でした。

• Pasquale (10/5): Awesome views accommodation - Our accommodation was very modern, had everything we required. Both balconies had a view of the Matterhorn which was absolutely amazing. Nothing, it was great, only a 10 minute walk from the main street.

• Ika (5/5): Passable - The view was great, we can see the Matterhorn clearly from the balcony. The room was too cold, the heater can’t heat properly. The kitchen facility quite lacks, no microwave and no spatula.

• Pilar (8/5): Very good - Big windows and views and very comfortable large bed. nice apartment  inhospitable, no detail of decoration, home warmth, very little in everything, in kitchen utensils there were 4 staff and there were forks, 4 spoons, ... there were no bowls for milk with cereals, no toaster, no microwave, no salad bowl , not even kitchen knives... well, a shame, because with how expensive it is and the apartment was nice, putting a little love and detail into it doesn't cost anything
