• Andrew (2/5): I Checked out at 4.30 am left the keys on the washing machine, wasn't the best night, the Guy next door and his Gir - There is a permanent Tenant who has no regard for the short term stay clients shared bathroom was filthy
• Kumi (3/5): Poor - I didn't meet any staff 😢 No breakfast. I didn't expect to share the room with other people. Bathroom could be cleaner. I didn't want to use kitchen, then I left earlier.
• Tom (6/5): It was a frightening experience, and I was worried I had been scammed when the phone number wrong. - The location is good, the bed is fine. The information provided by the owner on the website is completely chaotic. The address is not entirely correct, and I can’t identify which room and unit is mine. The PIN for the key box is wrong and there is no key inside. The contact number is incorrect ,so no one answers the phone and the message replies are unbelievably slow.
• R (8/5): Very pleasant. Really enjoyed being so close to the station and the pub, lots of lovely shops - The main room was sunny and caught the light through all the windows. The bedroom was great - roomy, bed was comfy and the electric blanket took off the chill . There was a heater / cooler in the bedroom and two toilets. I loved it and would definitely return. The hostess was lovely. It was the first time I used a shared house but it was fine. I felt safe all the time. The locks need to be upgraded - hard to turn keys (front door) and I think they should have a security door on the front door so you are not opening it blind. Also curtains would be nice for privacy, just what I like though, there was venetians.

• Bui (2/5): Needs a good clean. Not fit to be let - Staff was trying hard to fix the situation. If it wasn't for the staff. We would've walked out of the place and asked for refund. Hygiene of the place was dirty. Sheets were smelly, not washed. Bathroom has mould and dirty. Heaters didn't work on a cold night.

• Karen (8/5): Don't judge an exterior-the inside was perfectly acceptable - Never judge a book by it's cover. Looks from outside are deceiving. This double room in a still being renovated property, was newly fitted out with mod cons, comfy clean beds, fridge, laundry. Bathroom lovely & newly fitted out. Fabulous value when you just want a bed for the night. Loved the fact we didn't have to leave until 11am next morning being totally tired having helped daughter move out of & cleaned a unit the day before, and we didn't arrive until 8pm No problems
