• Farinoush (3/5): - Die Wohnung war groß genug für 3 Erwachsene, relativ sauber und in der nähe von Strassenbahn Der Eingang des Hauses war verdreckt. Die bettdecken waren stark abgenutzt, fleckig und schmutzig. Die Matratzen hat Urin flecken als wir um einen Wechsel der Bettsachen gebeten haben, bekamen wir am nächsten Tag eine neuer Bettdecke ( die Stark abgenutzt war) die Matratze würde nur neu bezogen dann haben wir nochmal auf der Urinfleck aufmerksam gemacht. Am nächsten Tag hat man einfach nur die Matratze gedreht. Unter dem Schlafsofa haben wir sehr viele benutzte Tashentücher gefunden. Die Bratpfannen waren nicht nutzbar.

• Gamze (9/5): - The apartment was easy to reach by public transport, 3 mins away from the tram station and 10 mins from the U-bahn. There was a nespresso machine in the kitchen with some capsules and a small treat, which we found lovely. The amenities were enough. The blow dryer even had a diffuser head for curly hair, which was a pleasant surprise for me. The apartment was super clean, as well. Self check-in was also quite easy. The knives in the kitchen were a bit too blunt. I think they could be replaced. And the shower leaks into the bathroom floor. Apart from these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay.

Better conditions than in many hotels. The neighborhood is quiet, close to shops, public transport, various fast food. The owners are friendly and available when you need them.
• Ana (8/5): - Smestaj je u mirnom kraju, relativno blizu je metro, a ima i stanica za tramvaj na 2 min od smestaja. Preuzimanje kljuca je bilo lako. Smestaj je prostran. Culi smo se sa vlasnikom preko poruka oko par sitnica i odmah je bilo reseno. Wi fi je bio dobar. Mislim da postoje neke sitnice koje bi mogli da urade da gostima bude prijatnije. Npr bilo je hladno u stanu, nema nikakve cediljke za sudove niti sundjera za pranje sudova,tiganji su bas izgrebani i stari. U sustini smestaj je dobar za taj novac ali mislim da bi bio jos bolji kada bi se malo potrudili.

• Marika (9/5): Tutto come doveva essere - Appartamento molto bello e semplice da raggiungere, spazio adeguato per massimo 4 persone con tutti i comfort necessari. Posizione piuttosto buona, si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e godibile, con molti negozi e locali vicini che rendono tutto più semplice. Comodo anche raggiungere le fermate di mezzi pubblici di qualunque genere.

• Cristian (10/5): Sejur plăcut și confortabil la Viva La Vienna Apartments, cu o locație bună și condiții curate - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Viva La Vienna Apartments. Locația este excelentă, aproape de transportul public și ușor accesibilă pentru a explora orașul. Apartamentul a fost curat, bine întreținut și dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil. Check-in-ul a fost simplu, iar comunicarea cu gazda foarte bună și promptă. Raport calitate-preț foarte bun. Recomand cu încredere pentru un city break în Viena. În general, șederea la Viva La Vienna Apartments a fost plăcută și confortabilă. Locația este bună, iar apartamentul este curat și bine echipat. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost rapidă și eficientă. Ca aspecte mai puțin pozitive, aș menționa că izolarea fonică nu este perfectă și se mai aud zgomote din exterior sau din alte apartamente. De asemenea, unele facilități ar putea fi ușor îmbunătățite (detalii mici, dar care ar crește confortul). În rest, experiența a fost ok și potrivită pentru un city break.

W apartamencie czułam się bezpiecznie jednak dzielnica w której znajduje się apartament jest pełna ludności z bliskiego wschodu . Na każdej ulicy znajduje się żebrak i wyłudzacz pieniędzy . Nie polecam chodzić po nocy gdyż ciągle napotykasz gangi ciemnoskórych pijanych lub nacpanych mężczyzn .

• Adam (7/5): Obiekt ma potencjał ale… - Przestronny pokój, miły gest na wejściu w postaci słodkiej przekąski. Wyrwane gniazdko w toalecie, uszkodzony prysznic z którego przy każdym użyciu wylewała się woda, bardzo brudna ściana w okolicach łóżka. Na pierwszy rzut oka czystość była okej, niestety po dłuższym czasie odkrywaliśmy takie rzeczy jak pajęczyna w rogu sufitu, pająk oraz sporą ilość kurzu w okolicy łóżka. Po kontakcie z obsługą ten problem został rozwiązany.
• Alejandro (10/5): Absolutamente Perfecto - El apartamento fue sencillamente maravilloso. Fui con mi mujer y mis suegros y la verdad que no nos faltó de nada. Estuvimos 4 noches y tanto el sofá cama como la habitación fueron suficientes para nosotros 4. La ubicación es buena porque a escasos 5/10 minutos andando tienes ya el tren con línea directa al centro. El apartamento completamente nuevo y reformado, limpio y con todas las comodidades posibles. No puntúo mas alto porque no me permite más la aplicación.

A 7 minutos de la estación Reumanplatz, y a 2 minutos del tranvía O que te lleva directo a la estación central Wien Hauptbahnhof. Baño moderno y amplio. Buena limpieza general. Secador de pelo (sin difusor). La cocina está bien surtida de sartenes y cubiertos, con cafetera de cápsulas y sandwichera. Es un bajo, pero las ventanas tenían la mitad inferior pavonadas para preservar la intimidad. Las dobles cortinas aislaban bien de la luz del día al despertarte. Calefacción con radiadores perfecta, no pasamos frío. Sofá cama del salón cómodo, de fácil apertura. Ya venía con las sábanas. Cama gigantesca. Firmeza media. Me gustó. Buena comunicación previa a la llegada. Durante la estancia no necesité contactar con él/ella. Buena relación calidad/precio Faltaba una bayeta para limpiar la cocina. Solo había un trapo de cocina, pero es una cosa poco importante, la verdad. El dormitorio tenía las paredes sin decorar. Estaba desangelado. Las almohadas no son de viscoelástico o similar, se desarmaban. Le falta difusor al secador de pelo. En la ducha solo había un jabón que no hacía espuma, sin champú.
• Bojana (10/5): - An apartment that we heartily recommend to everyone. Communication with the host is perfect. The apartment is absolutely clean and well equipped. After long walks and tours of Vienna, it was nice to come back to a warm room and drink a cup of coffee. Public transport in Vienna works very well, so you can easily get to any location. We will definitely choose the Viva la Vienna apartments for our next stay.

Apartment building is a bit run down. Could be improved with better lighting, cleaning of apartment entrance area. Apartment we were in requires some light maintenance such as paintwork and minor works. As a suggestion as an avid traveller, communicate with your guests especially to check if all is well. it helps to keep high rating.

The owner is very nice and kind. She speaks English very well so it is not hard to communicate. She was thinking my potential needs. One of the chair at the kitchen needs repair

That is why I have given the staff a bad score. Great shame they obviously don't care once they have your money.

• Viktoria (8/5): All things considered, I have had a positive experience. - Newly renovated, stylish and very well equipped apartment. The heating system worked perfect, managed to warm up the place fast. Also, the communication with the owner was flawless. There were some broken items and one of the TVs did not work. We also experienced problems with the WIFI-connection. A small lamp next to the sofa bed would have been appreciated.

È andato tutto bene. Unici due appunti: i saponi del bagno sarebbero da rifornire. Inoltre sarebbe preferibile un sistema di risposta almeno ai messaggi whatsapp, perché può servire in caso di necessità.

• Sergey (7/5): - The room was clean, well equipped, big enough. The apartment is located on the ground floor. While heating works well, floors were very cold, especially tile in the bathroom. No slippers were available. Also while minor inquiry emerged, team were not reachable on a timely manner by phone or messages. While our inquiry wasn’t urgent, another time it may be. Surrounding area is not very well-looking. If you need site seeing without walking 30 minutes one way or using public transport, it is not your option.

• VIRGINIJA (9/5): - The apartment is in a very quiet location, 11 minutes walk to the metro station and 4 minutes to the bus or tram. After a long walk around the city, it was nice to return to the warm apartments, only the bathroom was a bit chilly. The rooms are clean, tidy, in the kitchen area we found all the necessary cooking utensils, only we were missing a larger pot. We arrived in Vienna in the morning, thank you for the opportunity to leave our suitcases in the apartment. Overall, we were satisfied with the apartments and recommend them for both shorter and longer stays.

Ενώ βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή πολύ κοντά στις Δημόσιες συγκοινωνίες , Τραμ , Μετρό. • Damien (10/5): Great stay - I had a very pleasant stay. The room was large, comfortable and well set up, with a kitchen, living area and a smart TV. The central heating worked well and the bathroom amenities were included. The location was easy to find, about a 10 minute walk from the metro station, and the area was quiet, which made it easy to relax. Communication from the hosts was clear and helpful, and the self check in process was straightforward, including finding the key box. Overall, a comfortable and hassle free stay. I would happily recommend it.

В приміщенні тихо і є всі заявлені зручності, комфортне ліжко та кухня з усіма необхідними приладами. Мали проблеми з опаленням через аварію на вулиці, зв’язались із власником помешкання, який швидко відреагував та пояснив причину. Проблема була вирішена.і Перший поверх і дуже холодна підлога, рекомендую брати теплі тапочки.

• Valeriia (10/5): все супер - чисті, гарні та світлі апартаменти. видно, що готувались до твого приїзду і це приємно. всі зручності під рукою, і терморегулятор, чисті прибори для приготування їжі, тепла та чиста постіль, супер. мені дуже сподобалось єдине що можу виділити з мінусів - це трошки недомитий посуд, але цього було небагато

The room was spacious and clean with plenty of spare towels and duvets The washing machine was not working. The kettle was temperamental to switch on. The saucepan had scratches on it. The toilet brush was stained brown

• Mikhailova (8/5): - Из положительного: расположение номера, все близко , рядом есть и метро и трамвай , удобное сообщение с центром и до аэропорта, чисто и тепло , все как на фотографиях Цена качество соответствует Нет стиральной машинки, минус Район турецкий , не то чтобы сильно смущает , но все же Нужно больше чистых полотенец , нам на 5 дней одной пары не хватило Нужно покрасить стены , немного обшарпаны...
