Останалото беше, както трябва и управляващите собствеността бяха на разположение за всякакви въпроси и проблеми. Малко е тъмен апартамента и е шумно, но за центъра на Мадрид и тесните улички вероятно е нормално.
• Miguel Angel (4/5): - El apartamento en general esta bien Nos molesto mucho que nos enviaran mensajes para que guardemos silencio a las 12 de la noche cuando solo estábamos conversando sin música, ni gritos. Solo algunas risas propias de las vacaciones. La calefacción no funcionaba y me cobraron 21,50 dolares a modo de "garantía " (la otra era un deposito de 300 euros por 15 dias). • Angelovski (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay here in Madrid! The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location for exploring the city. Everything was exactly as described. The host was welcoming, easy to communicate with, and gave great local tips. This place made our trip even more special. Highly recommended!
• Una (6/5): Good but needs improvements - Location of the AirbnB and fast check-in. Our thought after the stay: During check-in, the messages did not specify which flat we had. We only figured it out by the sound. The door mechanism, when opened via phone, produces additional loud sounds after entering the flat. During our stay, a lady came to measure the gas limits. Since we didn’t speak Spanish, she decided not to try to communicate and left without further action. As for the sound isolation and walls, we were warned twice about being too loud, two nights in a row. On one of those nights, half of our group was already sleeping. We tried to contact the owner via phone and WhatsApp, but never received a response. This situation ultimately made us feel uncomfortable even speaking while the TV was on. In short, the stay was lovely; however, actions should be taken regarding the situation in the apartment building so that both guests and neighbors can be comfortable and satisfied.
• GemaBB (6/5): Cuidado: vigilancia excesiva y espacio muy incómodo - La ubicación Si buscas un lugar donde relajarte con amigos, este no es el sitio. El apartamento es minúsculo para 6 personas. Para comer, solo cuenta con una barra minúscula pegada a la pared con 6 taburetes debajo; es extremadamente incómodo y apenas hay espacio para moverse si todos intentan desayunar o cenar allí al mismo tiempo. Sin embargo, lo peor no fue la incomodidad, sino la gestión del ruido y la falta de privacidad. Tienen instalado un 'Room Monitor' (detector de ruido) debajo de la televisión que es una pesadilla. Nos llamaron la atención dos noches seguidas por ruidos inexistentes: la primera vez solo estábamos hablando y la segunda solo viendo la televisión a un volumen normal. El nivel de control es tan absurdo que incluso se personó en el apartamento un trabajador de la empresa de seguridad, quien él mismo comprobó y confirmó que no estábamos haciendo ningún ruido molesto. Es una situación muy tensa sentirse vigilado y 'espiado' de esa manera. El trato del dueño fue, además, muy frío e impersonal. Nada recomendado."

• maria del mar (10/5): Unos días por el barrio de las Letras - Estaba super bonito, todo muy limpio,super bien ubicado, muy tranquilo y el trato al reservar genial, todo de 10. Que no tenga aire acondicionado, tiene unos ventiladores, la casa no es calurosa, pero eso seria un plus, por todo lo demás fantástico

• Ronnie (9/5): Excellent apartment in Atocha area. - Well equipped apartment on ground floor. Close to major museums. Supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. An initial diffulty with hot water and a broken kettle were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Well equipped for self catering but a manual for the microwave/oven would have been useful. Excellent wifi. Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime etc. With temperatures at 35 to 37 C, lack of air conditioning meant considerable discomfort, particularly at night. Fans provided were inadequate for the ambient temperatures at our time of staying.

No a/c, no dishwasher, tiny beds, cheap furniture, & the only fans were obtained after we asked & had to find the boxes & assemble them ourselves. Absolutely ridiculous for $450 a night.

• Rupal (9/5): Love it!!! - Appreciated the location, was as advertised, had a digital key so everyone in the party could have access, quiet area. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a grocery store nearby so I was able to pickup what we needed to cook for my daughter’s special diet. Uber was able to pick us up at the corner which I appreciated. BTW-Uber is very cheap here and Madrid has lots of vegan restaurants. We definitely made use of the washer/dryer unit. I started a load in the morning when we left and it was washed and dried when we came back in the afternoon. It is located on the ground floor. I would recommend the apartment and we plan to come back with my aging parents. Water temperature fluctuation in the showers was extreme.

• Ying (10/5): You will Live in Madrid with a Style - A very stylish apartment, well decorated with earth color, forest elements and natural material. You feel cheering by just sitting on the couch. Easy access to shoppig district, plaza, train station. There is a locker service center nearby. The host company of the property is cearly professional. My family love this property.
