• Anis (7/5): - The location was exceptional. 5mins walk to bond street/ tubes.. Apartment is heated 24/7. Hot water always. Not clean - when we entered the toilet was plugged with paper. Found left over stuff from previous bookers (like empty bottles) Multiple hairs on the bedsheets (hopefully they changed the sheets - we brought ower pillow caaes anyways) No view outside Not private (we didnt experience anything, but the mail openning is too big and u can see everything including the bathroom from it - and if some weirdo wants to have a look and the door tpilet door was open they would see
• Marianna (2/5): Not a nice and confortable place to stay - Location is good and the flat is cute BUT… I had appointment with someone in front of the building to receive the keys and I had to wait 20 minutes. Once arrived he accompanied me to the flat and we saw that there was a leak in the bathroom. The floor was wet and it dropped from the ceiling. He said that he will fix it but for 3 days I stayed in that place with water dropping from the ceiling and had to wipe the floor all the time. Very inconfortable! I had different contacts but nobody really helped. I also asked a partial refund at the end of the staying but of course nobody replied.

• Sarah (8/5): Lovely flat, helpful host. - Location near Oxford Street easy to walk to, very cosy flat. Property could’ve provided more bedding, maybe a duvet for the sofa bed in the sitting room?

• Rashed (10/5): Great staying - I had a great stay in this apartment. I really enjoyed it with my friends, and it was beyond my expectations. I will revisit again if I come to London because the location was more than great. The apartment was comfortable, not noisy, and it felt safe. The host treated us very well and was respectful. Although the ratings from other customers were not positive, I had a good experience. Thank you all for that! N/A

• Angelica (5/5): Get rid of the old furniture! - Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the Elizabeth train station. Convenient store and post office downstairs. The flat has great potential but they need to invest in new furniture. The furniture is old and broken, mattress stained. The sofa bed was broken, old and offer no support.

• Paul (2/5): Unclean and no Wi-Fi, great location wasted - Not clean and Wi-Fi switched off by BT as they'd not paid the bill! The whole place needed a good clean and the plates, knifes and glasses all dirty on arrival. No washing up liquid, dishcloth or tea towel so cold not resolve myself easily. Reported the Wi-Fi issue and it was not fixed despite a promise to do so. It is a great location and could be brilliant but it needs a through clean and for the host to think like a customer. Dirty premises and cutlery is never acceptable. The promise to resolve the Wi-Fi should have been kept.
• John (10/5): Flat with all you need for short stay away, fantastic location and helpful owners. - Good correspondence with property before and during stay, Vikram very helpful. Fantastic location in heart of Mayfair, above Post Office which has well stocked shop. The apartment had everything I needed. It was all good really.

Next to a convenience store/post office We could see emergency stairs through the windows but did not matter as we were there at night only
