- LAURA (10/5): Fantastic location - Location was perfect as a family with a 5 year old - away from the crowds but close to the main sights, supermarket and good restaurants Twin beds could have been comfier although I guess they are meant for children, not adults

- Jitka (10/5): Velmi pekne, skvela dostupnost, hodne mista, dve koupelny - Klidna zona

- Raewyn (10/5): Beautiful apartment conveniently located - The location was so convenient to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and pharmacies. The accommodation was a beautiful apartment with all the conveniences including a washing machine. We LOVED our stay. Nothing...although on reflection a clothes drying rack in addition to the small bathroom racks and small alleyway clothes line would have been helpful.
- Michelle (10/5): Brilliant apartment in Venice - Location, Location, Location!! Brilliant apartment in a brilliant area of Venice .. out of the hustle and bustle but still within beautiful restaurants - ferries … walking distance to all attractions / loved it .. Leaving
- Katherine (10/5): I would return, had a great stay!! - location - Garibaldi area is tranquil, near cafes, restaurants, and has nice views. ok, so in the downstairs bathroom there is a thing you stand on so your feet aren't on the tiles in the shower. Fine, except I didn't see that there was a little rubber drain cover underneath it, plugging up the drain. Exhausted from work and late at night I was showering and didn't notice that my feet were standing in water (I'm in a shower, after all). I managed to flood the bathroom and part of the bedroom, as no water drained out.
Why is that flat plug thing even there? who plugs up a shower? I thought maybe if odors come up from the drain, but no, it smelled fine without it.
- Elcira (10/5): Wonderful stay! - My family and I loved our stay here. The location was perfect. It was near markets, great restaurants, and walking distance to Piazza San Marco. We loved that the area was not crowded and had a lot to see. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Marco and his team were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I will definitely recommend Marco's place to friends and family. I honestly can't say we disliked anything. My family and I truly enjoyed everything about our stay here. The apartment, the location, Marco and his team. Everything about our stay was great. I would be happy to come back.
- Ian (9/5): Exceeded expectations… if we return to Venice would happily stay in same location. - Location is excellent … evening with the locals and a short stroll or Ferry to the main attractions. Nothing
- Mary (10/5): Great location with lots of local vibe - This unit was located in a wonderful neighborhood with mostly locals. We loved the produce market on the boat nearby, the coffee bar (with pastries)"Che Bon" located at the intersection of our street and Garibaldi. We also enjoyed the restaurant "La Perla Nouva" recommended by the owners. Lots of local vibe and a pleasure to be a part of the neighborhood after a long day of touring. no cutting board but worked around that
- Dimitrios (8/5): Very good - Separate bedrooms for parents and kids. Not so clean.
- Glen (7/5): Quiet oasis - Quieter part of Venice, easy walk to water buses and other attractions, handy to restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Well equipped, comfortable. Air conditioning less effective on second level. We were there in the height of summer, and it was tolerable. Probably all it needs is a portable fan in each room to help on those extra hot nights.
- Larina (7/5): Convenient location. - Convenient location and provided umbrellas which was very useful during our stay since it rained hard during one of our stays. No AC in the bedrooms and no dryer.
- Rohan (10/5): Lovely place, with even better helpful hosts! Highly recommend! - Loved the place and the hosts!
The hosts were in constant touch with us well before our arrival date to ensure we coordinated well with them on the date of arrival. They also accomodated our request of early check in, for which we are really grateful to them for. Not only that, they shared some incredible recommendations for places to visit and eat, and even informed us of a festival (Feast of Redeemer) that was happening on the last night of our stay - because of them we could see the fireworks! Thanks and kudos to them!
Coming to the room itself, its a lovely cozy place, located very conveniently with plenty of amenities and food places around, while also being well connected - highly recommend it! N/A
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anissa (9/5): Superb -
- Catherine (9/5): Nice apartment in a great location -
- Erika (10/5): Perfect apartment in a beautiful part of Venice - Excellent location!! Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, good bedding, well-equipped kitchen and a friendly and helpful host.
- Gregory (10/5): Amazing holiday spot - Excellent location, beautiful apartments, really friendly and accommodating staff
- Patricia (8/5): Very good -
- Federica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jesus (6/5): It was pleasant. - The location was perfect. Would be better with two bathrooms.
It is needed more things to clean : shampoo, paper of bathroom, soap,...
We had to buy these ones and matches to the gas kitchen.
- Marie (9/5): Superb -
- Catherine (10/5): A fantastic few days - Marco very friendly, quick to answer any questions on WhatsApp. Property very well situated for exploring the city, it was clean and comfortable. Would happily return
- Tony (9/5): Excellent accommodation in lovely location. Great communication from host. - Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Lovely location near busy and vibrant street with lots of restaurants and cafes. Marco was extremely good at communicating and providing recommendations. Helpfully he provided a place to leave our luggage following check-out. Excellent property. Nothing I can think of.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent. It is away from the chaos but still close enough to walk to everything. There are some lovely bars and restaurants a few meters away and the water taxi/bus stops within 5 mins so the airport is easily accessible. The property was spotlessly clean and beds were comfy. Marco the host was super helpful and was communicating from the moment we landed until we reached the apartment to make sure we got in ok. If we go back to Venice I would definitely stay again.
- Deneen (10/5): Enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Venice. We did all our tours through Viator except for the cupola at the Basilica. Google - The location wasn’t as crowded as some other streets. Seemed like more locals, less tourists. One tip, once you turn on the a/c leave your bedroom doors open to allow cold a/c to come in for a cool nights sleep. Very comfortable!! Even though we got our walking in it was only about 15-20 minutes to city center. Marco was very helpful, gave us recommendations for restaurants. We went to Nevodi, really good food, make reservations at your choice of restaurant because if you don’t odds aren’t you won’t get a table on just walking in. Reserve before you come to stay. Also we checked out later and Marco charged us a small fee for a late check out which was a big help.
